Negatives: Whatever is promised on your tour of the school, forget it. Things said are to get you to commit, but it will not be followed through on. What was communicated to us over the app (eating, nap time etc) is more than often wrong - difficult to know how the day actually went until you get there for pickup since the app is inaccurate. And continuing education at a school when you can't trust what they're telling you about your child is even more difficult. For most of the administration and teachers, this is just a job and will be treated as such. There will be no effort to go above and beyond to make your child feel comfortable or taken care of. We had to make numerous calls and requests to advocate for our daughter when she was having a rough time with the many teacher transitions. With that being said, a BIG shout out to the early preschool teachers, Ms. Tomeshia and Mrs. Ailiya. Both were absolutely incredible and saved our experience with this school.
