This was my first time at Bob Kaiser's Repair. It was at a time when my car was in very desperate need for a regular scheduled maintenance and friends were also telling my my tires were not safe to drive on. I recently lost my Mom and kept putting it off, but I was really afraid to drive it. I read great reviews about Bob Kaiser's Repair, and also that they had a loaner car. I have a lot to get done after my Mom passed, and couldn't be without a car. Bob Kaiser's had everything I wanted. Great reviews, a loaner, online scheduling, great prices, and a plus is they are AAA approved. Even though they are busy, everyone I talked to there or on the phone was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job on my car and the new tires I needed, and at a good price. In fact, my car has a wonderful new boost of life in it. Must be all the sludge that they got out of it. LOL. I live in Virginia, but was considering the purchase of a specialty kit car located near Hilton, New York. These guys squeezed me in so that I could get a prepurchase inspection done quickly. I can't say enough about their professionalism and thoroughness. Brent Took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with a fantastic written report explaining all the challenges with the vehicle. Excellent service for a very tricky electric issue we were having with our Ford Escape. Great and prompt communication from the staff keeping me informed and up to date with what needed to be done, estimates, and time frame. I honestly don't believe that another repair shop would've been as thorough and knowledgeable to figure out this repair. Some serious detective work was needed to be done.
