Party of 6. Friday evening around 6:30pm. There was no wait time. We were promptly attended to. All the food tasted good EXCEPT the rice which was borderline raw for all the dishes. If you have kids in your party, you will be charged if they play games using the tablet on the table so be mindful of that. Great location off of Cobb pkwy, tons of parking available, super friendly customer service! This was our first time eating inside of the restaurant (we usually order take-out here) but we decided to stop in one weekend for lunch. We were quickly greeted and sat at a table near the restrooms (which was great for us and our small children). Clean restrooms by the way! NEVER go to this chilis location for take-out/ doordash! My family has ordered from this location many times and everytime either the food is poor (cold or smaller portions) or something has been forgotten, today was the last straw with this location. We ordered a family Fajita Party Platter, which states that it serves 12, (it barely serves 3-4). This entire meal cost over $70 and the employees completely forgot to include a WHOLE ENTIRE tray of rice and beans (like what!?). What we did get was 2 pieces of grilled slice chicken breast and ONLY 1! Piece of sliced steak over peppers and onions along with toppings. I can understand making a mistake here or there- it's fast food after all- but to mess up this badly on such a big order is embarrassing. It's just so crazy that a place with pretty decent in house customer service would fail at such a basic task of checking an order, not just this once, but many times before. Clearly they need a better system of accountability for take out BUT until then I'm not coming back and neither should you. read more

This is been one of the worst experience that I've ever had at a Chili's. First we walk into it feels like a deep freezer in the back of a restaurant. And upon telling the waitress nothing was done all. She didn't offer to move us at all. They said the air is off which we clearly feel it still blowing. Also there was a second party of guess that also complained about temperature. The hostess completely ignored our request to move two times, and there seems to only be two people working at the bar and seating guess. who would rather talk than actually help Guess. Do you self and save your money and go elsewhere they clearly don't need it. After freeze an hour behind so we just asked to box up the rest of our food since I clearly have lost my appetite and then upon wanting and waiting to leave is when someone comes out to actually do something about the temperature in which he stated that The heat is on now. So..before I came here I saw some reviews for this place and it didn't look good for some of what I read, but Since I still like going on adventures and trying new things, I wanted to see it for myself & add my own opinion to it. I've been here but it's been years. It was packed for a Saturday, even though the social distancing was good, 6ft and such. I think the highlight was the meal. My friend and I had the $25 for two deal- app, entree and dessert. For the app was the chips and guacamole and salsa- yum. For the entree, I had grilled chicken fajjita and my friend had the Cajun chicken pasta. Both tasted fresh and hot, excellent presentation too! For dessert we had the cookie with ice cream in a steel pan which was very yummy, esp when it's hot. Waitress was punctual and busy. Overall, the food was the topic of the night. The Acworth location is becoming our favorite. We had the Bacon Chicken Quesadillas. One serving is enough for a couple IF you have an appetizer and chips & salsa. Delicious taste served expertly by Kirsten. She not only gave great service but really helped us get our Chili's rewards. This Chili's is another vanilla chain restaurant. Nothing great, nothing too terrible. The facilities are clean, including the bathrooms. Loads of TVs; if you or someone in your party is easily distracted, don't plan on having too much conversation. The food is tasty, but not top-shelf tasty. You probably know the prices you would expect. The servers don't seem to have a lot of personality. They seem to be rushing, and the earbuds and communicators in their ear make it feel like I'm being waiting on by the Secret Service, but in t-shirts. They'll get refills and to go cups and napkins and sauces when asked, but don't expect them to offer. For my part, I'd suggest you spend your money on better fare elsewhere, but there's nothing particularly bad about this Chili's, either. read more

Checked in and the hostess said they were cleaning our table it would be another 10 min. 30+ min go by , she still said we were being seated next, then comes back to tell us it would be another 30-40 min wait, that would've been an hour and half ! I'm going to be quiet honest the chicken fingers are probably the most soggy and unappetizing thing I've ever received from a restaurant. They look like fried fish. I don't go to Chili's often but it was in the same shopping center as where my mom and I were shopping so we decided to stop by for lunch. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who showed up to our booth by the bar, when we arrived the restaurant was nearly empty. In terms of interior and exterior, this Chili's is like every other one I've been to in the past so there is not much to say that most people don't already know. I must say I like the fact this Chili's is conveniently located on Highway 41 around a lot of other retail locations. Their parking lot is on the medium to small size so there should not be an issue in terms of finding a spot if they are not really busy but if they are packed it could become difficult. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries and a Dos Equis, my mom ordered the buffalo chicken salad and a glass of chardonnay. Overall the food was good, nothing exceptional, but still satisfying and inexpensive. My only issue with this visit is that my mom said there was no paper towels in either of the two despisers in the ladies room and that she had to shake her hands dry / use toilet paper to finish I drying her hands. Given how empty the restaurant was they definitely had plenty of time to refill the paper towels so that is not cool. Hopefully that is not reflective of other deficiencies in the customer service of this particular Chili's location. If you don't mind Chili's this is not a bad location and I would recommend it because the food and service was not bad, just cross your fingers that the restrooms are adequately stocked with paper products! read more

Way to go Chili's! First off, I've been going to this location for years, but this is the first time I've been in 3 years & the first time as a yelper:). I stopped in Friday afternoon for a beer at happy hour. Fernando was attentive even though I walked up to the bar on the phone. I was offered my choice of regular or large sized draught. Luckily, I chose regular cause even that must've been 16oz! Served in a glass beer stein, the Bud Light was perfectly cold. Rudy took over the bar and asked me if I wanted another before my glass was empty. Much appreciated. I was also aware that he never took his attention off the other patrons. His eyes were always checking on every single customer while he handled the task at hand. Nicely done. Ordered chips & salsa (which are amazingly fresh) and was given plenty to take home when I asked for some to go. Restaurant and back bar were impeccably clean & I'm very particular. I leave no room for error when commenting on cleanliness & they pass with flying colors. As for the other less than complimentary reviews, I implore you to try them again.
