Cute wine bar near Dallas, GA. Upon walking in it took a while to be served at the bar despite multiple bartenders seeing us sitting there without a menu and looking for assistance. Once they acknowledged us the service was quick for wine and appetizers. We shared the small charcuterie board between 2 people and it was more than enough. We ended the night with 2 more drinks, which somehow were forgotten about. I believe they were just trying to close up shop, since it was the Wednesday before thanksgiving. read more

Three of us went on a Friday night and of course the restaurant was packed in tight. It was during the recent cold snap and our table was only partially blocked from the front door by the hostess stand. Needless to say it was very uncomfortable. They can't control the weather, so not their fault. The waitress was excellent. She was very busy yet allowed us (first timers) leeway to ask questions. We ordered 3 dishes. I'm not a fan of delivering each dish as it is finished but the waitress told us in advance that's how it happens. My dish came first and I would have waited were it not for the cooling effect every time that door opened. I had finished before the 3rd meal was delivered. The food was good (good, not great). The reason I mention that is, in my mind, some of it is over valued. We had one cocktail each, three. Tapas plates and one dessert which we took home. The check was $150.00 I did not see the value I expected for the meal delivered. Still, I'll go 4 stars because the waitress handled the table so well and again the food was good. I have mixed emotions about this place. The ambiance is great. The decor is rustic, but modern at the same time. The people are typically friendly. The place is clean and I like the darker lighting. The food is hit and miss. I've eaten a lot of places in my life. Consistency is the key to success. I haven't always had consistency here. Some dishes are excellent and others are disappointing. So we ventured out for the first time to eat out in who knows how many months.....lost track. Only request I had was that our first place we dined at was here. They opened up for full dine in service not to long ago but prior were doing deliveries to the area based on the demand. I couldn't have been happier to walk in and be greeted by all the staff and management (yes wearing face masks) but yet you could see a smile. We went to the bar where they have separated seating per state rules 6 feet apart and very adherent to it. Let's just say all for the greater good. We were greeted at the bar with a smile and a quick "what can we get you two to drink?" It was just like visiting as before when things were..."normal". Enjoyed the meat and cheese platter (ALWAYS A FAVORITE) followed by some cauliflower and Tuna Tacos (AMAZING). Had some wine, some cocktails, a bunch of laughs. It was fantastic to be back at one of our favorite spots here in Acworth. Make sure you plan an evening here for cocktails, apps, or a full dinner. All of which are amazing. We dined here last Saturday and was greeted in a courteous friendly manner by the hostess. Ae were led to our table and met by an awesome waitress named Maddy. She was very attentive and very accommodating. We had the best conversations with her. She took the time to keep coming over to see if everything was ok and and if the food and drinks were ok as well as engage with us. Overall the food the was very seasoned and we enjoyed it. The drinks at this place are top tier. OMG! Very tasty and the Al it was present! The ambiance was there and I danced in my seat the entire time. I loved the music. Date night and we decided on trying Unwine'd and Tap at Cedarcrest. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. My wife tried a wine sampler and I had beer on tap. Drinks were at the appropriate temperatures and came quickly. Next came the food is tapas fashion. We tried the Shrimp Bacon n blue, Korean braised BBQ ribs and the chicken biscuits with fingerling potato's. All the food was served fresh and hot and was very, very good.
