I love this Chili's restaurant and they make some great flame broiled burgers. The service here was always great and the drinks were strong which is why I'm giving the 5-star rating. If I'm ever in the area again, I will go to Chili's. read more

Went here for Valentine's Day this year, I got a sirloin steak with skillet potatoes and corn on the cob. Everything was delicious and my steak was done perfect. We finished it off with the skillet chocolate chip cookie, it's incredible. Not to mention our food took only minutes to be prepared, great service and food!! read more

My husband and I stopped by after shopping at Boscovs. It was not busy at all. but we waited a few minutes to be seated.My husband has MS , so I ask for a larger table, THe hostess said, because it was slow, that side of the room was closed, So she sat us at a very small booth. A few minutes later, a young server came to take our drink order. I got a diet Pepst, and my husband got a frozen daiquiri . When it was brought to us, the daiquiri was not frozen, When we informed her, she rolled her eyes, but got a new one. After what seemed like a long time, she finally came to take our order. No offer of appitizers, or chips, We ordered, and the one thing that was right, was the meal came quickly. It was good, but , the server was not seen again, I saw she was in kitchen, talking, We finally finished, I had to go get some one to get her for our check, Needless to say,. I really enjoy eating here. Most of the food is great including the Texas cheese fries and the shrimp tacos! :) also good are the flatbread pizza, honey chipotle chicken, and big mouth bites. I don't drink alcohol but all the drinks are very tempting. Prices are pretty good compared to other similar restaurants. read more

Have never had a "bad" experience at this chili's location however our entire dinner this evening was ruined. We expressed to our waiter that we would like to order drinks through him to be delivered to the bar as we were dining with friends who were under the age of 21. Unfortunately our server, Garren, had a relatively large section and was visibly busy. This was not an issue as we ordered our food and proceeded to the bar. The bartender was accommodating and offered to add the drinks to our bill. I proceeded to tell her i'd rather pay and tip her as I did not necessarily care for our waiter. Moments later we received a text message from a member of our party still seated at our table that our waiter came to the table to deliver our appetizers and said, "your friend at the bar is talking shit and that's not cool." I was extremely taken aback that a customer service representative of this chain felt it necessary to criticize a paying customer with profanities. At the conclusion of the meal I asked to speak with the manager who offered absolutely no resolution. Overall extremely disappointing experience and I will do my best to avoid this location in the future. read more

I'm not a fan of Chili's, but my husband was hungry and it was right there, so we went. It continues to go downhill. Our server wasn't busy, but she seemed like she was. I mean having 2 tables and the one was paying their bill when we sat down, doesn't seem busy to me. I ordered a burger and my husband had Cajun chicken & shrimp pasta. My burger came out and the lettuce look like it should have been thrown away months ago. My Fries were cold and looked like they should have been thrown away. My husband asked for no tomatoes or onions, and it comes out warm, with tomatoes and onions. He didn't say anything, but he wasn't happy. When I was finished with my meal and out of water for awhile, she comes over and asked if I'd like more water. She never pre-bussed the table at all, until she brought us our check. When we got home we both felt sick. We left the server a great tip though. We both have served, so we tip right, she might have been having an off day. Maybe I care to much but I've been working as a cook for some time now and I know getting take out orders wrong is a trigger point for any server or manger who is dealing with the costumer. If your actual menu or online menu clearly states that it comes with some kind of dipping sauce or side it should be in the bag. Cooks not knowing the menu and severs not checking bags is only going to lead to an angry costumers. read more

I have come to this restaurant twice. The experience I had before was that the food comes out way to slow. This time this wasn't the case. Instead I realized that the server I had (Stephanie) was extremely rude. She didn't seem to care for us at all. She took our orders and then visited us once to ask me for a refill, which I am very glad. She did not have a smile on her face nor talked in a pleasant tone. I'm starting to think she's racist because I was with my Chinese friends. Come on, at least make an effort to act like you like your job. When we asked for separate checks she rolled her eyes shook her head and laughed. We asked to split it between 3 cards which isn't that tedious of a task. If one signs up for the job such as a waitress, a positive attitude and the willingness to serve his or her customers should be present at all times. Olive gardens service is great, and so is red lobster. Today, it might've been just the waitress, but through this experience I wouldn't want to come back, I honestly lost my appetite. We love Chili's, the variety is superb from salads to seafood there is something for everyone. Even my nineteen month old granddaughter Mea loves going there. The ribs are fantastic and the loaded mashed potatoes are wonderful. The hardest part is figuring out what to pick. read more

Our local Altoona Chili's is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. They get extremely busy during peak hours but mange to accommodate a steady flow of diners. Great place to take children......mine love the desserts! Always a relaxing time......can count on excellent food and service. read more

I'm glad we finally have a Chili's in our area! I've never had anything off the menu I didn't like! Food is always great and servers are friendly! My personal favorites are the strawberry lemonade, salsa and chips, buffalo chicken salad, buffalo chicken fajitas and steak! Chili's is always at the top of my list of choices where to eat out.
