I went to so many different Chili's in different states. This Ardmore Chili's was the best Chili's I ever been to so far. I ordered a classic sirloin steaks. It was very simple. The steak was exactly I asked for which was medium rare. Also the side of broccoli was very crispy not overcooked. I enjoyed my margaritas there. I also had my favorite cheese enchilada soup. It was so comforting. The Chili's was so busy the time I went. Kent was serving me and he was fantastic. The restaurant seemed very busy but he made sure my food came out good and the service was excellent. I had great time there. I love Chili's bar settings. Very casual and I love to always stop by at the bar counter and watch sports after my meal is finished. read more

Yesterday (2/7) I stopped in with my daughter for lunch. When we walked in two family groups were waiting. After 10 minutes of no hostess a wait staff walking by all of us without acknowledgment the two families in front of us left. A few more minutes went by and we were about to leave but then a manager appeared. She apologized and sat us. At our table we waited for another 10 minutes with no server. As soon as we walked in the hostess already had a bad attitude and immediately said that she couldnt seat us. Never gave us a reason on why she couldnt seat us. Tl;dr Kitchen was/is slow and sloppy, but the waitstaff are nice Stopped by around 6:15 or 6:20pm. Place only had a few customers and I was dining alone (work trip). Got a table in a corner immediately and my waitress was by shortly get my drink order. Got them, ordered one of the double patty burgers w/ fries, and waited. And waited. And waited. 30 minutes goes by and I flag a different waitress down to get answers. Turns out the kitchen is behind/slow. No idea why they'd be slow when there are maybe only half a dozen or so other parties in the building. The two waitresses are figuring it out and getting the manager, who quickly appears out of nowhere with my order and all is well. Looks good, tastes good, so I dig in. I'm taking a fry and I see a small pasta noodle, cooked, but in with my fries regardless. I don't think too much of it and will mention it when I'm done. I start on the 2nd half of the burger (I cut it in half) and as I'm pulling the sandwich away from my face, I see a larger, cooked, pasta noodle. Enough is enough. I stopped eating, got one of the waitress's attention, and got the manager back over. I asked if there were any burgers that had pasta in them, he said no, so I showed him the noodles. He was confused and I explain that while I don't have any food allergies, if someone did to grain/wheat or whatever the noodles are made out of and they got these, it would be bad for everyone involved. He thanked me for pointing this out and showing him, then left. I finished up the burger and fries as they were still tasty, and my original waitress stopped by to ask if the discount had been applied. I hadn't checked so she did and saw it hadn't. I'm assuming she found the manager and my bill was eventually discounted (other picture). Overall, 2/5. Positive: Waitresses were very kind, paid attention to my issue, and helped resolve it. The discount for my troubles was applied even though I finished the meal, so I didn't pay full price despite my troubles. Negatives: Wait time was too long for a lone diner in a not super busy hour. No excuse to wait for 30+ minutes for a burger and fries. A pasta noodle in the fries. How does that happen? It was boiled and cooked. Did it, hop/jump/skip from a boiling pot into the fry warmer? A pasta noodle under the top bun of the burger. How does THAT happen? It would have had to be there before the top bun was put on, meaning someone potentially saw it and did nothing. Will I got back to this location in the future? No. I will steer far away from this location from now on when I visit for work in the area. read more

Don't use TO GO service. Don't follow their instructions (arrive here, then wait for our text). I waited a while, then went inside. My order was gathering dust on a shelf. It was a busy day but the staff handled it like pros. Our food was delicious and fresh. The staff were also terrific with the kitchen manager Christopher Waw going out of his way to check on tables. The staff is unmasked in the kitchen. Touching customers orders with bare hands. I would not recommend eating here. It is in full view at the take-out counter. The worker that put my boxed meal into the bag had gloves and a mask on but I watched other staff pull their masks off as soon as they entered the kitchen. My burger was missing the side of bbq sauce and only 2 ketchup packets were included for the fries. Kinda hard to ask for more after picking up the to-go order. read more

This chilis just opened a few months ago & hubby & I decided to check out the burgers & wings they offer. I had never been to a chilis b4 so I can't comment on the old menu, however the current menu has some yummy stuff! :)' Hubby & I have been in several times now & we both LOVE the table side guac. Super fresh giant whole avocados you can either mash yourself or they will do it for you. It comes with chips & salsa. The smokey wings are also fantastic. They are not fried, just smoked. LOVE these. The burgers are yummy too. They actually have a build a burger menu so you can get them anyway you want them. You can order a regular patty, two thin patties, a turkey burger patty or a black bean veggie patty & add your toppings. They come with seasoned fries in a little metal basket that keeps them hot & crispy. LOVE! :)) The Margaritas are BOMB too & we also love the tablet at the table. When we get ready to go we can just pay & bolt. Super convenient. Every time we have been there we have had excellent service. Sitting in the bar area is the best Bc they have some really big tv's to catch the game & the booths are very comfy. We Love the new chilis. The fajita portion was horrible, and they were out of sour cream. They didn't say anything until our food arrived (we specifically asking for sour cream). Chips were crush, looked like the bottom of the bag. The place wasn't packed either. The hosts was clueless. We said we have a baby and needed a high chair and she tried placing us at a talk booth. Just had the worst service that I ever had at any Chili's. Friday night at 7:00 pm place half empty. Service slow you think service be ok. Waitress took drink order. 4 drinks ordered, 3 served by another helper. By the time our waitress came to check on us every one needed refills! Brought it to her attention we was a drink short, she let us know it wasn't her fault. She refilled our tea and brought a root beer. Appetizers delivered by a helper with only 3 plates, they are 4 of us!! Once again it was not her fault. Once she acknowledged our table again for refills. Entrees served. 3 smokehouse combos and 1 bowl of soup, no spoon. Had trouble getting our waitress attention, she never would come by or look our way. Finally, waved her down asked for spoon and napkins, we had ribs. Once again she let us know it wasn't her fault we had no spoon. Half way through the bowl of soup she brings a spoon, no napkins. Asked again. Finally one of the boys went to the bathroom and brought back a hand full of paper towels. So we could clean up. Waitress appeared and we asked for go box. When she finally returned she had napkins. No go box. It was like she couldn't multitask! Had a friend come in said it was an hour wait at SantaFe so they came to Chili's. So. We have 10 ppl in our group. And are all staying in a suite in a hotel. But because of covid. Chili's says we have to set at two separate tables. 6 ft away from each other. How stupid is that. We were going to drop about 200.00. Or more. So. We will take our business elsewhere. Where we can set as a family. They said it's a corporate rule right now. So. Guess it's every chili's. Now I realize the expectations for small town restaurants isn't the same as large cities, but this restaurant is really busy, off a major highway, and could do so much better! We stopped here on our way to OKC from Dallas (a road trip we do a lot throughout the year) because our usual stop, Interurban, wasn't open. We were the 2nd party to arrive at 11:00 am. We were oddly sat in the bar area even though we had children with us (I think they may have been understaffed). But that was fine. We ordered pretty quickly...2 kids chicken strips, a salad, and a club sandwich. The kids chicken strips came out fairly quickly but the adult food was no where to be found. After a good 20+ minutes of waiting on the adult food the food runner finally told us they had run out of turkey and was "warming the turkey" (assuming from the freezer) for the club sandwich. None of it made much sense. When the food finally came out, it was clear that the salad had been just sitting around while the club sandwich was being made and was real soggy. I was so hungry I just ate the thing. Meanwhile (while waiting for our food) I noticed the handle on my water glass was super sticky. I also witnessed the bartender pick something out of the inside of another customers glass while making him a drink. She didn't just get him a new glass. Nope. She stuck her fingernail inside the glass to scrape whatever it was off and gave him that glass!! This place isn't clean. I would never go back here. read more
