The prime rib was very tasty as was the potato casserole I ordered as a side did I mention how great the croutons were? They are amazing. Definitely would recommend fireside for your dining. It's only open on Friday and Saturday so it gives you something to think about during the week.

I had a cheeseburger and I was in heaven. Fresh meat melted American cheese, mustard for me, plus onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles. Fresh bun, my oh, my. Fries were probably frozen, but the burger more than made for that fact and I ate them all. Spousal unit had the fish dinner with salad bar. Yes, a great salad bar! He said the fruit was obviously fresh as it had flavor. The fish he said was delicious and wondered if it was fresh as well. He got mashed potatoes and green beans as his side. Iced tea was brewed not instant. They are open from 5:30am - 8pm. I highly recommend this place. Clean, well-staffed with friendly people and good cooks.
