I love this Chili's and plan to visit again soon! I came here with a group of 6 friends and we all sat at the bar. The waiter was very friendly and took very good care of us. We came here specifically to watch the World Cup Final, and not only did they change the big TV screen for us, but they also turned up the volume. The food was delicious. I got the Half Rack of ribs, and they were fall off the bone. The meat was super flavorful and NOT burnt! It was absolutely great. My broccoli was a little dry, and the fries didn't have enough seasoning in my opinion; but I can't complain. This location is incredibly hit-and-miss. There are times when we take the family there for a meal and the food is prepared correctly, quickly, and the place is clean and welcoming. Other times, the experience is the exact opposite. In fact, many times I've nearly fallen on the floor because of the film of grease that often seems to be there. The one really consistent feature seems to be the staff. Always friendly, accommodating, and intent on giving the customer a good experience. Happy with my recent DoorDash order. For it being 30 mins away and super cold my food was still delicious and hot! I ordered a triple dipper with burger bites and honey chipotle chicken crispers. We've been to chili's twice so far within one month of staying here in Michigan. First visit was only for chocolate molten cake, which was delicious! The second visit was for diner. We took mango lemonade, which was very good. Shrimp fajita, which was okay. Mix & match fajita with shrimp & stake, was good enough. And the chocolate molten cake, which is always awesome. Our server named Sid was little bit weird in a way that she was rushing a lot. It was rush hour, she was running around, trying to do lot of stuff. But then I don't know how many times she was about to grab the menu from my hand as I was still ordering. Very impatient! She didn't ask us if we wanted refill on our drinks & gave our check to pay the bill. I had to as another waiter's help to get our drinks. While she was passing by, she heard & brought one drink. We arrived and were told it'd be roughly a 15 minute wait but we were seated within 5 minutes. The place looked really busy, the dining room was full, the bar was full.. we were seated in a booth, away from the front door which was nice. We are staying in town for work staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door to Chili's and we had the best time with amazing food and exceptional service! Our waitress "Yoshi" was so awesome! She helped us with recommendations for places to go in town that were fun but close enough that we didn't have to fill the gas tank! Besides our waitress being so awesome, our food was amazing! We had the fajitas and I have nothing bad to say about them. Everything that needed to be HOT was sizzling and everything that needed to be cold was chilly. The drinks were cold and so tasty. Well this one is a coin toss. Sometimes you get service sometimes you don't. We are guests at a hotel that shares the same parking lot as the restaurant. We decided to get some food from there and it hasn't been the same each time. The first time was great, Food was hot and the service was good. Even enjoyed a drink from the bar while waiting on my to go order. Now the nect time which was just a couple of days later. Couldn't get anyone to take my order there was no one at the bar for a drink. I waited 15 minutes before I saw anyone and boy was she ever so cranky. I am so sorry I came in and caused you to do a job that you are paid to do!! The food is always good but some of the people there are definitely not doing their job. It was so disappointing! I could not even find the energy to type how awful this experience was on Father's Day. Horrible service. Horrible food. Horrible day! This location is under staffed and in dire need of support. I rated it a 1 due to our meal being comped and we were offered dessert. I totally considered it was Father's Day and the demand; however, I was unable to justify the poor service and lack of any managerial assistance with addressing the line out the door and failed online booking. Chili's has been my favorite restaurant for years and was only chose it because it was neighboring Great Lakes and heading to Round One following. We will definitely pick a much more exclusive and finer dining experience any other holiday. This was a lesson learned. read more

This is the worst chilis I have ever been to. They told us it was a 30 minute wait and we waited 45 minutes and decided to leave because it said there were still 4 people in front of us in line. Yes, many places are understaffed, but we were very patient and still went way over the wait time. The hostess made several snarky comments to other guests that came in like "better luck at the next place." Not even half this restaurant was being used for service. They should just close the entire restaurant at this rate. I'm so upset I wasted 45 minutes of my day here. read more

Management cannot be bothered to pay employees what their worth so it's no surprise they're hurting for help. This is the best Chili's I have ever been to! I probably come here at least 3 times a month because the food is always good, the menu is huge, the beers on tap are good, and service is always timely. I've never had a bad experience. Plus, they have self- service stations at each table to check out at your convenience, which is nice. I recommend the endless chips and salsa and the chicken mex bowls; good portions and really tasty. Pair that with a Rebel IPA or the Longboard Ale and enjoy. I'll be back for sure. read more

The steak and fries were in the same container, which would be fine except the butter for the steak was also in the container instead of in a ramekin or it's own container.
