I have not been to Chili's in so long! Conveniently located right outside of Great Lakes Crossing! I ordered the 3 for me meal which was a great deal.. comes with a drink, soup, and entree (burger with fries).. all for $10.99 which is a great price. Would definitely recommend!

We came here on Black Friday so it was crazy busy. However our food was still great and drinks were cold. I would come back just not on a day like today.

I had to see if the triple dipper was worth the hype. I got the slider burgers, the honey chipotle chicken strips, and the massive cheese sticks. It came with a couple ranch and a marinara sauce. Honestly, I was here for those cheese sticks most of all, they looked so good online when people ate them and I wanted to experience massive cheese pull. It did not disappoint! Those were some of the best mozzarella sticks from a chain restaurant ever! They had cheese pull for days. The ranch was really good and the marinara was pretty tasty. I enjoyed the burgers, they were cooked well and I like the bacon on them. Honestly, I do make sliders at home that compare, and I do not always like ordering things I can make as well or better, but the bacon put it over the edge, and the buns were preserved in tin foil to keep them fluffy. I would probably order those again. I also enjoyed their chicken crispers. I did hear from those online that they were not overly crispy, and they were not. I wish they were a bit juicier and a bit crispier, but that honey chipotle sauce made them! So, if I do return to a Chili's, I think I would order the same dipper combination again. I did order this as a carryout since I did not have time to sit down and eat since I was on a super short lunch break. The restaurant itself did appear a bit run down, but the people working here seemed very friendly and they did have a small lunch crowd. The chips and salsa looked good, I would order that if I was staying for a sit down meal. Because it was a carryout, I did eat a bit of the food in the car for my break. I also wanted the cheese sticks while they were hot for the cheese pull. They did cool down and lose the cheese pull when I finished the leftovers when I got back. So, next time, I would want to do a proper sit down meal to enjoy all of the food while it is fresh and hot, but still tasted good later.

I haven't been to a Chili's in years! This location was close to Great Lakes Mall. They had a special margarita which was tasty and you could tell there was liquor in it. The appetizer where you can choose three different items was tasty. They were out of the mozzarella sticks but I was able to find another choice. Great waitress!

The food prices were listed on the menu, but the margaritas had NO prices listed. We each ordered a jumbo margarita, which seemed to be around 20 oz. When we finally got our bill, we found out they were about $18 EACH. Had the price been disclosed on the menu, we absolutely would not have ordered them. Two margaritas added roughly $36 to our dinner bill, and our total ended up around $85 for two people eating tacos/Tex-Mex. As for the food, my taco salad was huge and very good, so I have no complaint there. My friend's taco combo, however, was a very small portion--one little taco with rice and beans--and he ended up ordering another $6 taco because he was still hungry. We also waited quite a while to get our bill while there seemed to be an issue with a takeout order. My biggest complaint is the drink pricing. I don't mind a restaurant charging whatever price it chooses, but customers should be able to see the price BEFORE ordering. Finding out only when the bill arrives that two margaritas cost around $36 feels very misleading. Good taco salad, but the undisclosed drink prices left a terrible impression. Put the prices on the menu and let customers decide for themselves whether they want an $18 margarita.

I literally had to be talked back into the house, just after placing my order for 2, because there was a tornado warning happening! I was ordering on the phone while the alert was going off on my phone. Did I care? Absolutely not. And the lady who dealt with me and my mental health issues dealing with borracho's, she sounded like she was more than happy to make my borrachos even if cows were floating by the store window down West Rd. and there was a tsunami coming in from the Detroit River. Now that is service folks. Alas, I had to call this young warrior princess back and tell her to postpone my order, and we both hung up hoping we'd make it through the storm and accomplish our mission. (I felt that way at least...) But the storm subsided after a grueling 30 minutes of pure torture for me personally. I called back to place my order and was still treated like I wasn't insane! This young woman was outstanding. I think she knew we were in this together. I would not be denied, not because of my strength alone. But hers as well. She also has all the ingredients and the kitchen and skills also, which was helpful. When I arrived I met this person who has shared so much, and sacrificed so much, greet me with a smile. And then she handed me my borrachos. I believe I spotted a small tear drop in the corner of her eye, she was laughing hysterically at someone else, not me. Nobody was there or anything but who knows, maybe I missed a little person or something. ‍. I was crying to though so I get it girl! Super emotional moment...anyways... As I got to my car, the sun peeked out and that's when I knew, I should've gotten 3 of these things. They're freaking delicious. How's that for a review? . And thank you to the young lady who dealt with me. . You guys are always awesome!

06/25/25 update…read more Dinner tonight. Guisado is a dish that they do very well here. The restaurant was consistently busy with no tables being available on a couple of occasions. And to their credit, three people, including the owner/manager, were bussing tables as fast as possible. But consequently, it was hard to "flag" the waitress, and I only did so as she forgot me on two occasions. But I am a patient person...just hungry. COMMENTS: * A basket of chips and salsa (VERY GOOD) is $3. Profit margins are slim. They are worth paying for. * The AC was "barely" there. When it was in the upper 80s outside at 6 pm and cooler than it was inside, a HVAC mechanic was desperately needed. According to their Facebook page, this has been going on for a couple of weeks. It is either the landlord of a largely vacant strip mall (with a couple of anchors opening, which may help), causing the problem, or it is a triple-net lease, in which the restaurant is responsible for paying for the repairs. It's an expensive task. * Again, patient, but I wish that the waitress had checked more than twice - once to serve and once to refill a pop. Then, as the tables were still in some demand, "Let me cash you out..." It felt a bit like the "bum's rush." However, the food is good if you enjoy Tex-Mex cuisine. I will return - it may be at a different time of the day.

We bought 2 taco meals with 3 tacos each, we sent back 5 tacos and all the beans and cold rice with it. Wife got carne asada taco meal. The carne asada was so over cooked, dry and near flavorless and was legit impossible to swallow just a piece of the meat without a drink. I got the birria tacos, and I think that they think spicy by itself is a flavor. I've never seen so much cheese and a minuscule amount of meat on birria tacos in my life. All I could taste in the consome was spice, no other flavor. The taco, I could taste spicy cheese and corn tortilla, when I opened the taco up there was legit almost 0 meat with just tiny strands visible. When we brought our complaints of the food to the manager or whoever she was, she seemed to think that I didn't want my birria because it was spicy, no, I love spicy food, if it also has flavor. This ain't Mexican food by a a Mexican who can cook. Taco bell has forever won against this place, and taco bell is shit to say it nicely.
