Was in the area at aventura mall and decided to make a quick lunch stop !! Decided to get the 3 for $10 special. Which had quite a few good choices .. it came with a drink, appetizer and an entree. I had the strawberry lemonade, chips & salsa and the bacon burger with fries. The chips and salsa were fresh !! The burger was cooked perfectly, was juicy and fresh. Clyde and I went to see a friend who was being checked at Mt. Sinai Emergency in Aventura. This Chili's is next door. We took a break to get something to eat and a quick drink before returning to Mt. Sinai. Lucky for us it was Happy Hour. We went into the bar which was pretty crowded. A server took our order right away. I got white wine, which was two for one. The two glasses were served in a carafe. Clyde got beer. For food we shared chips and salsa and a flat bread. The chips were stale. After telling our server about the stale chips she replaced them with a fresh batch. The flatbread was good, although the serving was small. The bar area was small and it was hard to get around the tables. I felt like I was walking an obstacle course to get out of the room. Diane and I were visiting someone at Mount Sinai Aventura Emergency Room. We needed a break, so we went next door to Chili's for Happy Hour. I ordered the 2 for 1 Miller Lite pints. When they say 2 for 1, they mean 2 for 1. They bring out both beers at the same time. It was ice-cold and delicious. After spending several hours in the hospital, beer was a wonderful respite. For food, we had the chips and salsa. The salsa was fantastic, nice and spicy. The tortilla chips were a little soggy and limp. We sent them back and received some that were much fresher and better. We also got the Flatbread, which was a small serving, but extremely tasty. The Happy Hour hit the spot exactly. I loved the beer and flatbread. Our family eats clean and meal preps every week. We weigh out or naked chicken breast and steamed veggies and there comes a time for cravings of yummy loaded cheese fries. Margaritas, long island iced tea and the sampller platter. This location lost a star for the bathroom floor being wet and just kinda icky. But everything else is great. I had visited here Sunday night and Monday night, customer service was very good. The waiters would check on us throughout dinner. They kept giving us salsa and chips on the house since we have rewards. The waiter would re fresh our salsa that I think dust didn't have a chance to accumulate. He was quick, attentive and sharp. Very hard working! The food is good for fast food. I wasent a fan of the cheese curds, they are very salty but again I do not use salt during the week. So my body was panicking when it had some salt. Try their sampler app sooo good! The southern egg rolls are such yummy junk food . The jalapeno margarita is good, just they need to hold back the ice too much Their ribs are good the dry rub was the ones we got and it was pure rub moist yummy ribs. We got the honey chipotle sauce on the side it was perfect. Their mixed fajita platter is bomb, easily can share with two people. I am not a fan or their ice cream, it is a bit artificial color tinted white yellowish cream looking. You can taste the corn syrup. I read a lot of the bad reviews, and while I realize every day can be a different, I had a great take-out experience! I came in right around 6:45pm, prime dinner time, I was greeted right away. The gentleman who took care of me was friendly, and when he went to pull my order multiple employees asked if I was being helped. Everything in my order was correct, and the food was fine! I am not normally a big fan of Chili's because its so heavy but I had the best experience this time and it was all thanks to our amazing waitress. Dana was extremely friendly, courteous, and attentive to our tables needs. The food was brought out quickly, in the correct order, and tasted delicious. You could tell it was fresh and hadn't been sitting in the heat lamp. We ordered the queso dip and fried pickles to start. Our entrees were the chicken fajitas and the bacon ranch chicken quesadilla (my favorite thing here!). Dana made sure to include an extra sauce with the quesadilla after I mentioned how much i loved it. Very thoughtful. Our drinks were always flowing thanks to her attentiveness. We had tons of left overs, a side effect of my eyes being bigger than my stomach, and everything was packed up nice and neat with new sauces. This is the kind of service that stays with you. Even if the food had not been excellent (which it was!), I would come back just to receive the excellent service. I rarely ever go to chain restaurants, but some coworkers wanted to grab a drink after work and I agreed to go. The parking at this location is not a problem. When we entered the hostess station we were instantly greeted and given a table. When I was going over the menu, I was automatically grossed out because the menu was extremely sticky. I asked my coworkers how their menus felt, and they all confirmed they also had sticky menus. My advice to management is to clean your menus. Moving on, the food was typical "chain food", decently tasty but extremely greasy. We shared the sampler with the Southwest Egg-rolls- those were actually really good. One thing I will compliment was how nice our waitress was. She was extremely attentive and was so kind to have the bartender remake my drink without any fuss. For my mom's birthday, we went to Chili's to celebrate! Chili's is a Tex-Mex restaurant franchise that is a bar and grill and offers numerous tasty and delicious entrees at great prices! I have visited this Chili's location multiple times and have not been disappointed. My mom and I visited around lunchtime so it was not busy. We were seated immediately and our order was taken by our waitress, Genesis. She was patient and helpful as we mulled over our menu debating on what to order. She checked up on us multiple times in case if we needed anything. I ordered the Boneless chicken wings with a mild honey Chipotle drizzled all over. It came with crispy salt and pepper fries. I also ordered a fresh Cesar salad. My mom ordered Chicken Fajitas with a side of Mexican rice, bell peppers and cilantro. She also ordered a Cesar salad. The food was so satisfying! We really enjoyed our orders. To top off the amazing day we order a chocolate-y molten lava cake with creamy fudge and yummy vanilla bean ice cream. Holly got our order correct the first time even though there were quite a few changes. I decided to try the 3 for $10 so I ordered a fresh house salad with their vinaigrette it pure citrusy goodness I was surprised I actually enjoyed something other than the usual, along side the Cajun chicken pasta and a raspberry tea it was perfection. We stopped by here for dinner and went with the $25 Meal deal. I had the Chicken Bacon Quesadilla, and my son had the Just bacon burger. We also had the Guacamole and chips. My quesadilla was too crispy but that could've been because it was late and they were ready to close. The guacamole and chips were very good. My son loved the burger he could barely finish it.
