We were all happy with what we ordered and glad that our food was right on the money. Wrong place to go to, very rude team there. This location had the worst service. I have been a total of 3 times. Would stop on my way home from work to pick up my take out order. When I started going there I used to get the ribs with fries and salad; the salad came in an actual plate. One day I went there and they served me my salad in a small carton container, visibly a smaller portion. So I inquired about it, the young lady on the register there brought her manager who was irritated by my question. I paid but before I left I tried to get her name through her badge and she threw a fit. I continued going there 2 more times due to the proximity it has with my house. Both times she called someone else to come charge me and give me my food. Today on my 3rd visit the GM was there and she had him come serve me which at that point he confronted me in front of other clients and said she was uncomfortable serving me due to her past experience with me, the young lady claimed that I tried to grab her by the chest and her badge. I tried to explain the entire situation to the general manager, even advising him to review his cameras. He spoke over me stating he wasn't going to argue with me and he is protecting his team members. I gladly told him to cancel my current order and that I wouldn't be coming back to his restaurant. I really like this location. The service has always been really fast, and the servers I've had have all equally friendly. The restaurant is clean and the food is top notch. I have always loved Chilis for their baby a lady ribs especially. This location offended me in a way that was not only unprofessional, also disgusting. I ordered lunch for my office and had our admin pick it up. There was a special order cheeseburger in there that we all heard her order over the phone with no mustard. When she arrived the order had mustard all over it so she sent it back. They took it to the back, scraped the mustard and cheese off the bread and burger, tried to cover it with extra ketchup then served it back to her. When the order arrived at the office it was clear that the patty was destroyed, they had tried poorly to cover what they had done and now I had an employee that was unable to eat completely. I called and asked for a manager. Ashley was fairly short in temper telling me that they would refund the burger from the order and give me a coupon for another burger. I told her that I wasn't interested in another burger since what their kitchen had done was disgusting. She started raising her voice and telling me that if I was going to insult her kitchen we had nothing to talk about. I calmly explained that I was only explaining what had happened and why it would make me not want to eat at chilis. She rudely hung up. I called back to find when I could expect my refund and she said rudely again that it would take a few to pull the order and she would call me back. This type of cleanliness in the kitchen and terrible customer service is far from what I would expect from the Chilis brand and will certainly keep me at least from this location. read more

I normally enjoy a stop at Chili's close to home or traveling. Today, not so much. Service quality lacking. No suggestions, no personality, have to request refills of ice tea and wait for it to arrive, oh so food just arrived and she got order wrong. This location I will definitely avoid for long time even though I am here almost once a week in the area. Evaluate the food when it finally gets here. Chips served with the White Queso dip were lots of broken pieces, few full chips so that was a challenge. Chicken tacos arrived. Tacos hot and excellent, beans and rice also very good. My biggest beef with Chili's is EVERY location in South Florida the salt shakers are garbage - the salt is wet and nothing comes out of shaker. On vacation before our cruise we decided to stop by for a late night appetizer session. We use to love Chillis and have not been in a long time. It was pretty crowded for 930 pm but figured being in Miami this is normal around here. Once we sat down it took a while for our waitress to come over to get our drink order. We decided to order our food as we figured it would take a long time. Once we ordered it took about 20 minutes for the waitress to bring us our drinks . She came by the table and said " whoops you never got your drinks." Ordered the triple dipper and got the boneless wings with honey chipotle sauce and the big mouth bites with no onions. Out waitress name was Hayli. It was a busy night so I figured it would take a while to get our food. Once the waiter brought out our triple dipper it was totally wrong. The boneless wings were buffalo and the big mouth bites had onions. The waiter said "I must of gotten the wrong one I can get you a new one but it will take a while." We decided to just keep what we had and I asked if she could please bring me a side of the honey chipotle sauce, which was one of the reason we went to Chillis. I began to eat my food and 15 mins later there was no sauce. I was also needing a refill. Once the waiter came we asked for both and it took another 20 minutes and when she came back she had neither!!! She said " o they didn't bring your sauce out???" After about 45 minutes after I ordered, the sauce was finally on the table. By that time my food was already cold and not worth eating. I took a few bites so I can taste the sauce since it was what I was craving. We understand that it gets busy at the store but it was not run very well. Everyone seemed to be over worked and no one had time to look at us so we can order more drinks and sauce. Also our waitress Hayli was the most forgetful person which does not bode well he en you are waiting on 6 tables. Food tasted good but the service is what brought the score all the way. Be careful about using your credit card online for pick up and delivery. I placed an order online for delivery two days ago but the website routed me for pick up. There is no link to cancel online, you have to call the store. I called, they said it's cancelled, I called back to make sure and they confirmed it was cancelled. Today I saw the pending charge from 11/18/19 for $32 was now posted. The girl on the phone was rude and dismissive and I had a hunch they didn't cancel my order. This was the worst experience in a restaurant in a long time. I went there with my family. We were a group of 5. Ordered drinks and water right away and it took 30 minutes to get them. We saw a table come in and get their drinks and food before we got our drinks. Then, our waitress (skinny, tan girl with some highlights ) kept running away every time we asked her for refills or to check on the status of our food. We counted two whole groups that came in and left before we could close out. When we asked to be closed out, our bill had an entertainment charge (we never used the ipad on the table) and we were going to basically split part of the bill. The waitress once again said that she would be right back. At this point we knew she was doing this whenever she wanted to leave and go do something else instead of finishing our task because after about 10 minutes, we saw her helping other people, she did this every time we asked for something. Who tells a group, i'll be right back and then leaves never to come back. We were there for over 3.5 hours and we ordered right away and didn't stay to chat. This time was spent waiting for drinks, food, refill and finally the check. We were pretty upset and we are a patient group. She also forgot to bring out part of my mom's meal and didn't apologize so someone else brought it to us. We asked the host for the manager at the end since she saw we were needing something ( we were trying pay after our waitress had done the disappearing act again) but she seemed nervous about our request and pulled our waitress to the side to tell her we were requesting the manager. I barely come to this restaurant , the experience I have yesterday was good ! We get there around 2 pm it was not busy , the hostess apparently new did not say hi or take our names but we wait we get sat and our wonderful waiter Jay took our order and take care of us very good , I can see he has a lot of regulars , and I can see why ! He was on top of everything , refills , all the extras and he was polite and attentive. The food does not impress us at all but the flavor of my chicken quesadilla was great , my husband burgers was like McDonald's style ... Chili soup was good , my favorite part was dessert the volcano chocolate vanilla ice cream mmmm was great !!! This order was delivered to us at home. We got a Smokehouse combo, a ribeye steak, a kids meal, and a mini chocolate cake. My steak was supposed to be medium. It was well done. Hardly any color to it at all and a bit dry. Not seasoned. This worked out wrll, because i ordered the optional mushrooms with it which were very salty. This balanced out. My side was 2 sides of corn, which were very tasty. The smokehouse combo we chose was brisket and dry rub ribs. Both were tender. The brisket was so salty you could barely taste the beef. The ribs were not as salty. Both were dry. The mexican rice and street corn were very tasty. The kids meal of chicken tenders with mashed potatoes was tasty, as was the cake. I received a gift card for this place and as I do not typically dine here, it was a great gift due to summer teacher pay and $50 can easily be two lunches. 1st impression, dirty. Not the floors, tables, walls, but the staff. They were all in black and looked like the shirts were rubbed in flour or bleach. There wasn't a 'professional' look. This made me weary of their food handling skills. We took advantage of there new $20 menu, split and app, 2 entrees, split a dessert. With 2 waters, $21.50 was a great bill. Food was ok, it was what i was expecting. The dessert, that darn Chocolate Volcano "I'm popular in EVERY restaurant now" Cake, was HUGE. it was a friend's bday and i was happy when he selected chili's as his restaurant of choice. my association with chili's = inexpensive, consistently tasty food with good service. unfortunately, this spot TERRIBLY disappointed. we walked in and it was relatively busy so we excused the mess on the floor, the dirty bathroom, and sticky menus. we were in a good mood and chatted as we waited for our food... patiently..... patiently.... for close to an hour. we inquired and apparently our waiter forgot to put our order into the kitchen! the entire time we were apparently invisible to him - our drinks were empty and when i asked for a refill he vanished with my glass and never returned. my order was messed up - i asked for a black bean instead of beef patty and he came back with a beef burger with a side of beans. hm. i like to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt and dislike writing negative reviews but management needs to step up here.... BADLY. they have take-out here too - and unfortunately it might be a better option if you're craving chili's food but don't want to endure the poor service. read more

2 1/2 Stars out of 5 Chili's is one of those average chains at best. I stopped here with a friend after a nearby event and even though there were a bunch of empty tables, we had to wait a bit to be seated. So we decided to wait in the bar area, which was on the dirty side. The entire time sitting in the bar I never saw anyone actually clean or clear tables. We both ordered drinks and I had the Buy 1, Get 1 Margarita that was fine. We also ordered Southwest Eggrolls and Fried Pickles as appetizers. Probably took around 10 to 15 minutes to receive the appetizers and by then the pager had gone off to be seated. We then headed to the table with our drinks and appetizers. Once seated at the table we were actually ignored for a bit. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication, but the waitress didn't realize we had never ordered from her. Also, the bartender said she would bring my second margarita over, but it never actually was delivered. I had to ask for it from another waitress since the bartender forgot. We finally were able to order and I had a burger and my friend had a sandwich. The food this time didn't take long to get and both items were pretty decent for a chain restaurant. One thing that is a bit different to me is the waitress brings the bill, but you actually swipe the card yourself at this machine that sits at your table. This is a nice concept since your credit card never leaves your space, so less of a chance of someone writing your number down. The only real annoyance about this is the machine/screen takes up a lot of space on the table; we actually placed the screen on the floor to make room. Overall the food isn't horrible at this Chili's, the Southwest Eggrolls and Fried Pickles are pretty good actually. Both of these are enough to bring me back, if I was in the mood to deal with Chili's. The area I think Chili's falls flat is customer service at moments and this just creates a negative experieince. read more
