Nashville mozzarella sticks- 2/10 not spicy at all, tasted like a regular mozzarella stick with ranch. Employees came over every 3 minutes but it felt like they were trying to get rid of us, we kept looking around to see if maybe there were no tables open and nope! They just wanted us gone for some reason. A waitress came up to us maybe 7 minutes after receiving our food and told us we could pay on the tablet thing or hand her cash. All of our plates were full. I'm not sure why they were asking us to pay if we didn't even have 1/3rd of our plates eaten. They also asked if we wanted a to-go box when again, none of us had even made a dent in our food. I won't be coming back but the booth was nice. Could only finish 1 mozzarella stick because it was disappointing.

Went for lunch. I had a margarita and the smoked house combo with crispy chicken and ribs. It came with fries and corn on the cob. It was tasty and filling, the ribs were tender to perfection but the flavor was okay. The egg rolls were great ! Their drinks are pretty good as well

"Bone-In Buffalo Wings"

I ordered 22 bone in wings. As anyone would, I expected a lusciously crisp bone-in wing lathered in rich sauces. Instead I get soggy chicken nuggets made with hatred from Chilis. I don't know who was hired to be the head of this "It's Just Wings" operation, but they need to be removed from that position. The name It's Just Wings is literal, too. Clearly they thought this would somehow entice the younger population but it simply doesn't. How do you sell wings and keep NO napkins as part of your slogan? Oh yeah because they barely coat the product in question with ANY sauce so you won't need napkins as you won't have anything to wipe away or wash away the dry soggy disgrace you people call wings. Plus if all this wasn't already bad enough - they were cold.

We started with the shishito peppers topped with feta, and they were absolutely divine. The combination of flavors was incredible and made for a fantastic appetizer. For my meal, I ordered the Burrata Crunch Melt, and it was excellent. The bread was perfectly toasted--soft on the inside while still delivering an amazing crunch on the outside. Every bite was delicious. The weather was beautiful, so we chose to sit outside. The staff went above and beyond by putting up extra umbrellas to make sure our group was comfortable. Our server was a young woman who was incredibly friendly, personable, and attentive. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her warm and welcoming attitude. Between the delicious food, great service, and lovely outdoor atmosphere, Barnwood Grill was a highlight of our day. I would absolutely return if I'm ever in the area again! I am definitely interested in trying a cocktail.

Another problem is the lack of heat during cold weather, all they rely on is a small heat machine for warmth. Please get better and my review will exceed, thanks so much :)

I took a quick look at the ratings and the food photos and that was enough for us to set the GPS for the Stone House. Entering, we were greeted immediately and made to feel very welcome. The dining room was lively but we had a nice table and soon had water and bread, which came with a delicious sauce of some kind that had vegetables and cheese in it. It was so good they should sell jars of it! We ordered some shrimp cocktail to start (those were some giant shrimp, although it was only three and four would have been a nice even number) and then I had the rib eye for my main. It doesn't come with anything so I ordered fries on the side. That steak was outstanding! The flavor, the texture...everything was amazing. It came out on a sizzling skillet and it tasted as good as it looked. It was also so big that I took half of it home for lunch and if possible, it tasted even better the next day. I was very pleased. The fries were also exceptional and even though the serving was big, I ate them all. I couldn't help myself! Since I took half of my steak home, I decided there was room for dessert and the chocolate mousse didn't disappoint. The food was so good and the service was so warm and friendly, I definitely want to go back to Stone House Grill. If you're nearby, stop in for a meal. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I deducted the three percent from the tip which I left in cash. I eat out at least 4 nights a week. And none of the restaurants I go to charge to use your credit card and I don't go to the ones that do. I won't be going back.

After eating there, I can confidently say Doug, your pub makes pretty good food. Our party of four was seated at a high-top, and the feasting began. They've got a great beer selection and took care of us right away. Food-wise, we started with the chicken wings, which were huge and packed with flavor. For me, the main event was the original patty melt. You know when something tastes homemade, but in the absolute best way possible? That was this burger. It was hot, juicy, and dripping with flavor, with perfectly caramelized onions and melted cheese. What really made it work was the bread, it still had a crunch instead of turning soggy. Every dip into the Thousand Island just made it better. The onion rings were a perfect sidekick. Around the table, my brother-in-law went with the Nutty Hog and enjoyed it, my sister liked her quesadilla, and my wife was happy with her chicken. No complaints anywhere. You know how I feel about local spots, and this place was full of charm and character. The drinks were cold, the food was solid, and I'll absolutely be back. 5/5 stars

Blazers is a 10/10 for both food and drink…read more There are bars and pubs all over the world. Most likely of them litter the earth like wrappers from spent candy bars, a constant reminder of good times gone by. And then you get The Blazer. It is one of those places that shouldn't be there but it is and we are all the better for it. A low ceiling, low lights, jubilant conversation in the background all make for a snug setting. The bar is a seen out of Cheers with the conversation between business man and blue collar foreman flowing as quickly and easily as the beer from the tap. The drinks are cold and served quickly with a smile but it's the food that takes the crown. The menu is small but everything is cooked and presented perfectly. In all the years God has blessed me with life I have never had a better chicken wing. The Blazer traditional wing is served dry with limited spice but full flavored and from a temperature standpoint hotter than the devil's pitchfork. They were perfectly cooked, completely rendered, flavorful gifts of gastronomic joy. The burgers, cooked in a broiler style format, were fresh, perfectly cooked, delicious and of ample portion. The chicken fingers, which were each one a meal, served red hot, perfectly cooked, crunchy on the outside and tender within. The chili cheese dog was everything it should be and the French fries, which are a traditional steak fry cut, were incredibly crunchy on the outside and soft and tender within. Every bar and pub owner and chef should come here. This is the superlative example of a simple menu, cooked perfectly and served quickly with a smile. It is obvious that the setting, service and menu gets them to come back again and again across generations from miles and miles around.

We came as we understood the wings were the best in Westchester County... After trying two varieties, and being on a perennial wing trail chase for the last four years... I find that title difficult to believe. Wings were meaty, cooked correctly, and came well appointed with blue cheese and celery. Plus, I'm a sucker for wing establishments that provide the wooden bowl for bones. I love that. Otherwise, I found the wings lightly sauced, and kind of dry... We tried the blazers traditional, which are fried, sauce, then refried... They needed one more dunk in sauce to be top-notch. Our second order was their teriyaki wings... much more palatable... But we're still lacking. And I'm not a huge fan of wings that are not sauced in a hot sauce base. The opportunity to add a side of wasabi sauce to any wings was a welcome addition... As we needed the moisture. We did not try any other menu items, but the pub food looked delicious... And our server was fantastic. I do look forward to going back and trying to order things slightly differently... I'll chalk this first experience up on me not really strategically placing my order or knowing how to maximize the potential of a really great place. I know next time will be better.

To find it, drive up to the top (third) level and it faces away from the street at the end (furthest from where you drive into the third row). It's a great neighborhood pub that happens to have some indoor virtual golf rooms. There's a lot of space and not so many tables in the front section, which get filled up on trivia night. The service was very friendly. I had the ribs special with fries. I was a bit surprised when it came out with only three ribs. They were also pretty small. On the good side, the meat fell off the bone. The rub, if there was one, was not evident. The sauce that came with it tasted like store-bought sauce. Maybe one of the Jack Daniels BBQs. It was thick and very sweet. Fries were standard shoestring that also felt like they were store bought, but they weren't greasy at all. I'll try the wings next time. If they are not on special, they are pretty expensive if you calculate the cost per wing. Decent beer selection. Guinness comes from the can and they use the small 12oz tulip glasses. They do have a small selection on tap. Prices are reasonable, even for the specials, although the serving size is only good enough for a snack for anyone bigger than a 6th grader. Burgers seemed much bigger and plentiful from what I could see. Trivia on Thursdays is fun, although it is corporate trivia, which is not as much fun as personally tailored trivia that you see in some other places. They have lots of numbers questions or facts that no one would ever know because they are too detailed and the host generally does not understand the answers or mispronounces them. Definitely worth a visit if you are local, but don't come hungry if you plan to order a special.
