The chips are too thin for the thick Quacamole dip. By the time you finish breaking off all the chips in the dip, you have to reorder chips . And I don"t like that they want to kow if you want to donate to St Jude's, and if so how much. We have been waiting 45 minutes for our food and STILL counting. No apologies from the manager - I am assuming -standing at door seating customers. Our waitress is attentive and has apologized. Another fine meal from much improved Bartlesville Chili's. Large, freshly made Garden Salad, Chicken Fajitas with plenty of the meat, beans, rice. Guest had Chicken Strips with fries and Corn On The Cob. The corn was a full piece not a Cob cut in half. Last time I ordered Fajitas (2 years ago) was served very little meat. This is our second visit in 2019. We never visited after lousy, skimpy portion meals back in 2017. The restaurant was full of customers. I keep giving Bartlesville Chili's a try. But no more. My last three visits.... slow service. Booths duct taped. Women's bathroom was ridiculous (fix your leaks!). Food was awful. We went in to eat during spring break in March. Everything we ordered, they were out of and we had to change our order. No ranch, no queso, no Alfredo sauce, no shredded cheese, and more. I changed my order 3 times. From Cajun chicken pasta (no Alfredo), to chicken tacos (no shredded cheese or ranchero sauce) and finally settled on a guacamole burger. They actually had everything to make the burger. Either order correctly or find a new food vendor to deliver. According to our server, that week of spring break was the 3rd week in a row Chilis was out of most of the menu for 2 days before their next order came in. On top of the hassle to find something on the menu they could actually make, we sent my daughter's undercooked grilled chicken back. I didn't learn my lesson! I decided to give them another chance. Went in for dinner last Thursday, June 14th. I had a great server. However. My food was terrible. Don't try the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich. It's nothing but hard breading and very little chicken. Break your teeth breading. I cut it in half and could only eat the very center. My daughter ordered the kid chicken dippers. I'm not sure what kind of chicken that was but it looked like plastic. When a restaurant changes their menu to low grade, low quality food, they do themselves a disservice. Especially considering the prices. I won't pay through the nose for food I can't eat. read more

I placed two orders online for the very first time to try out their curbside delivery. The Steak Fajita was charred BLACK when I opened the container at home...(I live 18 miles away) and I thought it was the seasoning... NOPE, definitely overdone and tasted of charred grilled steak... so disappointing.. had I been sitting at the restaurant I would have asked them to take it back and make me another.... Beware when ordering online via Chili's website for this facility. They will offer Burger Bites on their menu, accept your online order, confirm that order via email with a stated order pickup time, but then when you show up at the restaurant they will tell you that they don't accept orders for those items on weekends.
