The restaurant was filthy, bathrooms disgusting, our waiter was not friendly. Very disappointing

just ordered lunch and was told that we would get it in 15-20 mins. Unfortunately, it took 45 mins and it was because the soup didn't thaw (WHO KNEW it would take that long to thaw soup). Usually my go to spot when I want to go eat but this time around the service was terrible it took almost an hour to get our food. The burgers came out medium rare when I wanted it well done as well as coming out cold. Waiter was excellent just ended being the kitchen fault but at least the place was clean despite it being busy. I've gone to this location a few times. Long story short, it's terrible. The chicken in my tacos was unevenly MICROWAVED and when I asked for a new order I was told, "it's still going to be the same". Drinks aren't that great. Never again. I've officially crossed Chili's off my list. read more

Just flat out disgusting. Took the wife and kids there recently just because I figured we lived close and never stopped by. What a mistake. The strawberry lemonade tasted like pink water stuff to start. I figured the juice canister needed to be changed. Comes back and it's still nasty. I ordered a steak and loaded mashed potatoes and the wife had a shrimp combo. All of it looked like a combination of burned garbage that fell on the floor. None of it was edible. What a mistake that thankfully we will never make again. I understand chillis is a franchise but these owners should be ashamed of themselves. This location is bad. Went there for dinner w/my boyfriend. It was the first time I had gone to this location. It was the first time I had been to Chili's in a long time. Their menu was quite different than the last time I've been to Chili's I found the menu to be quite extensive with a lot more choices and found it very hard to pick something that was so many yummy choices. We went about a little over an hour before closing so they had maybe half the restaurant Side open in the bar we had a phenomenal waiter he was right on top of everything constantly coming to the table. I had this delicious watermelon drink that had chunks of fresh watermelon in it. We ordered an appetizer where you pick 3 items... we got boneless wings which were good we get the sauce on the side these cheese something or other which were good and then we got these original chicken some things they were a big receipt. I got the chicken fajitas which were delicious and actually had leftovers to take home there was just so much chicken. My boyfriend had steak dinner. Will definitely be going back. read more

Horrible experience. Worst Chili's ever!!! First of all, the seating host couldn't be bothered and gave us attittude because we wanted a table and not a bar seat. Then once we are seated took forever for the waitress to come for our drink order and even longer for her to come with our drinks. Once she took our order it took even LONGER to get the appetizer!!! the place was more than half empty but she and the other waiters seemed they were rushing but getting nothing done nor our orders correct. Food was sent back more than once to get right. plus we didnt even have place settings, had to ask for that!!!!! Waited forever to get the side of sour cream I asked for when i put my order in. Not to mention, the food tasted stale and AWFULLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!! MY GOODNESS!!!!!!! When we would call her she would come and would not even let us finish asking for what we needed, she would be rushing off!!!!!...TO WHERE WE DO NOT KNOW!!!!!! there were only four tables at this point in the whole place!!!! First time there....went for Happy Hour with a bunch of friends. Probably didn't matter where we had drinks or age because I was meeting up with old friends butv in actuality it did ! Food was good . I was not happy with Chilis. I usually go maybe once or twice a year. This is pretty much fast food. I ordered a salad that was suppose to have juicy steak,fresh greens and avocados. Well when I got the salad it was missing the avocado and the steak was well done diced meat. I told the waiter that the picture on the menu has avocado but my salad did not have it. Went there tonight for a family birthday. They told us there would be a 15-minute wait. We only had to wait about 5 minutes, which was great. We ordered two burgers, chicken fingers and quesadillas. After 40 minutes, our server said that the kitchen was "slammed" and that our food would be coming soon (no apology). She told us that the manager was coming to talk to us. We waited another 15 or so minutes and noticed that people that were seated after us were getting their food. We started to walk out and our waitress asked us "you're leaving?" With that the manager came over and offered her apology. She said that she thinks that the waitress never keyed in our order (she didn't know). I told her that the waitress should've and could've been honest with us and we would've understood. When my wife asked why the manager took so long to come and talk to us, she didn't know what we were talking about. Evidently the waitress never told her manager what was happening. We've been going there for years and have never been treated so poorly. We left at 7:40 and went to Oconee Diner. We were served at 7:57. Never going back to Chili's. read more

I never go on yelp unless it's really bad... when my boyfriend and I got to chilis, there weren't any customers waiting so we assumed to be seated quickly. But we weren't acknowledged for 5minutes. Then 2 different waiters told us to wait a minute so waited another 5 minutes alone. When they were ready for us, a waitress just pointed at the table so we sat down with no menus. Then she brought us menus and said the waiter would be right there. He didn't come for about 10 minutes. Julio was mumbling a lot and speaking too quietly to understand some of the time. I went here last night with a group of Co-workers. The service was poor at best. The food was as good as appetizers could be. At the end of our stay it took 20 minutes just to get the check. I made the stupid mistake of adding an order to go. I waited roughly 40 minutes before my waitress even passed me let alone noticed me I stopped her and asked where my food was she said oh were backed up it should only be a few more minutes. After a long day I decided to order online and pick up to bring home. Biggest mistake ever. I showed up half an hour after placing the order and the guy at the counter said he had to package it up. I asked to add in chips and a side of ranch. After another ten minutes my food was finally ready. He handed me a large bag and said sorry it's so big but everything is in there. I trusted it was and left. Biggest mistake. I got home and opened up my soup. There were no tortilla chips, no cheese, and it was filled halfway. I then moved onto the Mac and cheese. That had barely a scoop in the big container. Lastly the salad. The lettuce looked like it had expired a few days ago and when I went to take a bite found a large hair in there-definitely not mine as I have short blonde hair. I called up the store and while apologetic the manager really didn't do much except say i could drive all the way back or shed refund me. I asked for the refund. A few days later I was still charged. I usually enjoy a nice quality meal from a Chili's restaurant. However tonight was the night that this changed forever. Its only downhill from here. Tonight May 4, 2014 my family and I wanted to cap off an amazing day in the city with a Chili's meal. Unfortunately we were cursed with the waitress who goes by the name of Karyn. Karyn displayed faults on every aspect there is. She was inattentive and seemed like she couldn't be bothered with serving us. She took our drink and appetizer orders but then she disappeared into the abyss for 45 minutes following that interaction. Once she finally returned to take our orders for the main course she seemed bored, un-energetic and sloth-like. When we got our meals they were cold, lacked flavor and there was many mistakes. I feel as though the sub par temperature of my meal has to do with Karyn's lack of ability to perform her job. Then she proceeded to prove that this night could get worse. One of my family members never received their tortillas for their fajitas after a long 15minutes of already having their luke warm meal on the verge of freezing, she proceeded to argue with us about the amount of wraps that were present on our table. I may not be a math professor at Harvard, however I can tell the difference between 6 wraps and 9, which is the correct number we were supposed to have. All we needed was 3 wraps but she argued with us to make it seem like she didn't mess up yet again and it was our fault. The tortillas we then received were stale, but at least we got them. After we finished our main course we asked for a box to bring the remains of the garbage we received home for the dog but, you guessed it, we never got that box because Karyn neglected us. I decided to use the fancy new tablet gadgets on the table to order my dessert because I was unsure as to if i would see Karyn again or if she would continue to hide in the kitchen. I distinctly ordered 2 spoons with my cake just in case somebody wanted a tiny sliver. After I received another cold plate of food from Karyn, she proceeded to say how she added an extra 4 spoons to my order neglecting the fact I requested 2. She then threw subversive comments in face face jokingly saying "You are really not going to share?!". Unknown to her I am self conscious about my eating habits and she made me feel really uncomfortable. We thought it was just us and then we started overhearing the surrounding tables under Karyn's command or "care" and they were complaining about he same things as us. Then after mingling with them we all realized that our individual problems were actually of many. We left exact change for the bill and left a 25 cent tip. That 25 cents was generous. I know wait staff employees work hard for their money and rely on their tips to survive, I am a former wait staff employee so I am aware of the struggle. Karyn however did not work, she did not care about anyone or anything, she couldn't be bothered, she didn't have the time to do her job. I understand everyone has a bad day but if its your job to serve others you need to suck it up and put a smile on. Karyn also lacked to wear a name tag which looked very unprofessional and she lacked to reveal her name upon greeting us. I only learned her name after I received the bill telling me how much money I was wasting on this garbage experience. 1 night of my life wasted. Many meals of hard working patrons destroyed. A great loss of customers for the Chili's in Bayshore. All 3 of our tables united. We became 14 people strong, and we have decided to never return to Chili's of Bayshore unless Karyn is terminated or disciplined and gets an attitude adjustment. heins sight being 20/20 we should have left before we sat down.
