Ford's Garage atmosphere is like going on a mini themed vacation in the middle of smith haven mall. From the fun tire sink in the bathroom to the spinning wheels on the bar above the bar, there's an eye catching display everywhere you look. The food was good. I had the burger salad and was really glad, since it allowed me to taste the quality of the ground beef and it did not disappoint! The boom boom shrimp app was great and my son had his pork baby back ribs were good. But his tater tots were cold - nearly frozen in the center. He told the waiter who was about to bring out new when my son ordered fries instead. The fries were tasty but it was a really tiny portion. They also forgot the burger sauce on my salad. It sounds nit picky, but there weren't many pickles on my salad, either, which is part of what would set it apart from a regular salad. (It was supposed to be their take of a famous keto dish - Big Mac in a bowl.) The service was pretty slow, too. To end on a high note, we might return if we were in the mood for a really good burger but it's not a place I'd rave about or recommend. We went one other time when it opened and I remember the same thing - slow service, good food.

Finally had the time to try this place! Came here on a weekday night for dinner and was sat right away. Our server, Abbie, was great! Very attentive, patient, and informative. Food was pretty good, although they gave us the wrong burger (We didn't complain because it was the other thing they thought about ordering). Loved the detail in the decor, down to the napkin holders and car memorabilia! Would love to come back to try more things on the menu.

I'm not really a car guy but what a great experience. Really glad I checked this place out. **Food 5/5** The burnt ends sandwich was incredible - so tender and juicy with amazing flavor. Everything was cooked perfectly and had that nice crispy texture on the outside. Also got the berries gorgonzola salad with shrimp which was really good and tasted fresh. No digestion issues. **Service 5/5** Our server was super friendly and gave us some really good suggestions on what to order. Didn't wait long at all for anything, they were pretty quick. **Ambiance 5/5** The whole place has this really cool car theme going on. I mean they went all out with it - even the bathrooms are done up with the theme which I thought was a nice touch. Everything's bright and has a fun vibe to it. **Cleanliness 5/5** Place was really clean, didn't see any issues anywhere. **Parking 5/5** There's a huge mall parking lot right there so finding a spot was easy. No problems at all. **Value 5/5** Prices were totally reasonable for how good the food was. The portions were perfect - I ate everything and felt satisfied but not like I overate or was still hungry. **Overall 5/5** a homerun all around. I don't get how this place has any bad reviews because everything was great. Definately coming back here next time I'm in the area.

This was our second visit to the restaurant. The first time the food was excellent but the service wasn't the best. Despite that, we decided to return because we really enjoyed the food. On this visit, we were seated right away, but unfortunately, no one came to our table for nearly 30 minutes--not even for water--while other tables that arrived after us were already being served. It was frustrating, and we were just about to leave. We flagged down a staff member, and shortly after, the manager, Javier, came over. Javier was incredibly professional, apologetic, and genuinely understanding. He immediately brought us water, took our order, and had appetizers out within minutes. From that point on, the service turned around completely. His attentiveness truly made all the difference. To make up for the initial delay, we were kindly offered a complimentary appetizer and dessert, which was handled in a very professional and gracious manner. Once again, the food was a solid 10/10. The burgers were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection, and the cocktails were good. While the evening started off on a rough note, the way the situation was handled left a lasting impression. I will definitely be back and hopefully with a smoother start next time!

DELICIOUS! Normaly I dont like to have lunch at places where they serve burger and sandwiches! I am not a fan of either! But this place completely changed my mind! Everything we eat from appetizers, to drinks to mean meal WAS SPOT ON!! Ah the the service was also fantastic, it was like having friends welcoming us for a meal! The place is relaxed, great for family, friends or a date!

Simple and good! We originally came here on a Friday. Very frustrating they don't take reservations and we couldn't wait an hour so we came back on a Tuesday night. The attention to detail is fantastic. The napkin rings, the cars on the ceiling, the motors, just everything is five star. I ordered a Malibu bay breeze but they don't carry Malibu. The rum they gave me was pretty good, just not the same. My husband enjoyed his alcoholic root beer. He ordered a burger and I ordered chicken fingers and fries with pickles. My chicken fingers were actually pretty good. I wasn't expecting them to be the best but they did the job. For the amount of seasoning on my fries, it lacked taste. My husband said his burger was cooked perfectly. I fee like that's rare these days. The chocolate chip cookie lava cake was a first for his. Hot and delicious! Probably wouldn't go out of our way to go back again but I'm glad we tried it.

This seemed like a cool place to dine until you wait for their slow service and salty food. I wanted to like this nostalgic restaurant given its creativity, history, and location. However, the execution pales in comparison to the cute concept with cars, rags for napkins, and garage doors for window views. As a fan of the Ford GT40 for symbolizing how American ingenuity can beat and sweep the European race cars, such as Ferrari, at the Le Mans, I wish this restaurant could emulate their level of excellence. The only things that I enjoyed were the tower of onion rings on a funnel, truffle fries, and sweet potato tater tots. Otherwise, I had issues with the following: - Large slice of fish and chips with only malt vinegar and without tartar sauce - Estate burger was seasoned with a layer of salt to the point that it was inedible, especially if anyone has high blood pressure - The meat in the overdrive melt seemed so dry that I could barely swallow each bite without gulfing down their guava fizz mocktail, full of ice. This luncheon could be worth ~$35 per person if we could eat and enjoy it. Service took forever to get seated given tables seemed mostly designed for four people, not a family of five adults with a toddler. Moreover, the food took forever to cook and serve given they seemed to allocate more staff as hostesses standing around with nothing to do to chat than the few waiters and servers. The staff was friendly and helpful to earn tips, but the back-end operations would benefit from some major improvement in efficiency.

Great food and great service!!! Thank you Andrew!!! Looking forward to coming back and exploring the rest of the menu selections.

This chain is one of the more solid options with great burgers and barbecue as well as friendly service, a bar with diverse beer and drink options, great quarterly specials, and interesting, creative decor complete with some classic Ford cars, mounted engines, tire sinks in the bathrooms, and garage cloth napkins with hose clamps. I recommend the smoked brisket burnt end melt, the overdrive melt, and the high ocburger.

Here's the Scoop! Came here after Church for lunch. First off upon entering the decor is impressive. It has the garage feel. The wall decor, seating and table set-up is very creative with C-Clamps as napkin holders. The menu has many tasty looking pics and descriptions of their entree line up. This retro designed restaurant has a comfortable seating with full variety of and specialty drinks. Outdoor seating is large as well. Many large screen TVs throughout the restaurant. The food that we ordered (see pics) was simply delicious. I was very impressed and look forward to diving deeper into their menu on my next visit. So Yelpers if you're in the area of Smithhaven Mall and want to have a tasty meal with a twist on some of your favorites, come and give them a try. Plenty of seating for large groups. Fast , friendly service. Portions and price tag are reasonable.

Came here with friends and everyone enjoyed their food. The Ford/auto theme was consistent throughout with decor and uniforms to match. Super cute. My husband and I each got burgers and really enjoyed them. Service was fast and friendly and the place was packed which was a good sign. The crispy chicken sandwich also looked great and I will give that a try next time! Its connected to the Smithaven Mall so when we left we walked straight into the mall which was nice.

Between the warm, cozy atmosphere and a live band playing, it felt festive without being chaotic. It's exactly what you want during the holidays. We went full "let's share everything" mode, starting with the Wood-Fired Artichoke-Spinach Dip Pizzetta, and wow. Spinach, artichokes, béchamel, shaved parm, mozzarella, garlic dressing, and baby arugula all working together in perfect harmony. Easy 10/10. I'm still thinking about it and already planning my next visit just to order it again. Next up was the crab rangoon dip, which was rich, indulgent, and dangerously good. Followed by the beer cheese jumbo pretzel. They wee soft, salty, and exactly what you want alongside drinks. Zero regrets. We wrapped things up with the Kung Pao Cauliflower Bites, and they were such a pleasant surprise. The tempura cauliflower stayed crispy, the General Tso's-style sauce had just the right balance of sweet and heat, and the cashews, sesame seeds, and scallions added great texture. Drink-wise, we shared a bottle of wine from their solid selection, but I also have to shout out their massive cocktail menu, so many options that I'll definitely be back to explore it properly next time. The cherry on top? We made our reservation on Yelp . Between the food, drinks, live music, and overall atmosphere, Husk and Vine was a total win for a night out. Can't wait to return!

Being avegan bakery/cafe means they don't use any animal products and not only is that wonderful on its own, but it makes it possible for my son to enjoy a fun treat from their shop with zero worry of contamination from his allergens. (YAY!) Ashley is just wonderful. She is always present and always happy to help. She is very passionate and it shows. My son especially loves the margherita brioche pizza but he also enjoys everything he has tried here! I had an amazing oreo sandwich cookie the other day and it was life changing. They have a weekly rotating menu (they are open Friday-Sunday) and I love that you never know what fun treats they are going to be serving on a weekly basis. They post their menu on their instagram and its exciting to go check it out every Friday. They also have an amazing coffee menu so don't miss out on that. They happily shared their experiences, favorites and suggestions. This is a small shop. Once inside, you are greeted with the wafting of pastries and coffee. It's delightful! On this morning, the bakery cases were full. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and yummy. It was difficult to choose because everything looked amazing. There was both sweet & savory. So there is something for everyone's palate. Both my husband and I got our own boxes filled with delectable goodies. The menu changes weekly. Once home, I was so excited to dig into our boxes and wondered if my many beautiful selections would taste as good as they looked. And oh boy, they did not disappoint!! YUMMY! Collectively, we tried the dark chocolate hazelnut croissant complete with speckled gold shavings, almond croissant, rainbow cake slice, blueberry lemon scone, raspberry pistachio danish and a Biscuits & Gravy. Fresh and delicious on all fronts. We'll be back again soon! *Worth noting: We got there around 10:30; they are open 10:00 - 4:00 (or until they sell out) on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I suggest checking their IG to get up-to-date hours. A couple weeks back, we stopped by at around 2:30 on a Saturday only to be greeted with pulled shades and a locked door because they'd already sold out!

That said, for a chain restaurant, it does feel a little expensive. There are a lot of local restaurants near me where I can get fresher, better food for the same price. My family really likes this place, mostly because the menu is huge. There is something for everyone, which makes it an easy choice. For me, though, the menu is almost too big. It feels more like a diner menu, with so many options that it can be overwhelming and hard to choose. Each time I go, I usually try something different. The Chicken Madeira is a safe choice and is usually very good. The steak dishes, however, often disappoint me. I know this isn't a steakhouse, but the steaks don't feel very fresh and seem to be the same cut used in different dishes. Compared to local restaurants, the steaks just don't stand out. One thing they always do well is the service. The staff is friendly, patient, and very accommodating. The atmosphere is also nice and almost makes you feel like you're on vacation, even when the restaurant is close to home. Overall, I never leave feeling disappointed, but I also don't leave thinking it was great. It's a reliable place with consistent food and good service. If my family wants to go, I'm happy to join them because I know what to expect. It's decent, comfortable, and dependable but, not my first choice when there are better local options nearby.

The wait time (for everything except being seated, shocker) was again, ridiculous. There were empty tables on a Saturday night. The server was cocky and made my husband get up from the table to go to his computer TWO times because he was lazy. He tried to make my young daughter get something on her plate that we clearly stated she did not want. No drink refills. He did not wait on tables in order so the table next to us that came in after us got bread but we did not. We asked for lemon in our drinks, didn't get any. The utensils were filthy. The food took forever to come out and when it finally did it was cold and had so much salt on everything that it was inedible. Specifically the chicken in the "fried chicken bowl" and the fries. The meatloaf was burnt and then covered up with gravy so you couldn't see it, but could clearly taste it. The fried chicken bowl came with Frank's red hot sauce on the side instead of gravy like the menu stated and when brought to the servers attention, he came back with some cold, thin, liquidy au-jous instead of a gravy. (Good thing I noticed before pouring it on top, not that it would have made it worse). The whole bowl under the chicken was cold, including the "biscuit" that was hard enough to break a window. The smash burger was barely smashed and the meat was rare. Unheard of with a smash burger! The server didn't check on us at all DURING the meal. But was sure to hover over us for his tip. The table next to us also complained about their food. We ordered chocolate cake to go and the portion was TINY! It used to be worth the price you charge. The container was half empty. The fact that there were empty tables on a Saturday night should have been our cue to walk out. But this restaurant used to be tradition for our family. And it pains us to write these reviews. Yet here we are, hoping that something will change for the better. Prices go up. Quality and quantity go down. Soon, it will catch up to the business owners and we will read about bankruptcy in the news. I'm sad. The best part of our meal was the bread. Side note- FIFA soccer games AND the Knicks championship game were on and the bar was EMPTY.

The seafood pajeon was too burnt and did not have any seafood, almost all batter. The banchan was ok but the kimchee was a little too ripe. Service was a little show because they were short staffed according to our waiter. So all in all, just not a great experience. They were great, but not that great. The nachos were very barebones, something getting them at full capacity wouldn't have done much for. The queso is gross, and put me off from eating too much. The avocado was a single, sliced avocado which is fine, but pretty hard to eat with chips. The chicken was a bit of an issue, not tasting great. The fire island fries were good, I enjoyed the flavor change, but I feel like some cheddar would have made them from "good" to "amazing". Adding cheddar to my leftovers later confirmed that. The french onion soup was the shiniest turd I've had the experience of eating. It is the best of the worst, in every way. The cheese tastes a bit off, the broth did't have much flavor or salt, the onions were sour, and overall it looks tremendous, proper quality, but tasted like I was eating expired progresso with some sour cheese melted over it. I love proper French Onion soup, but this was very difficult to force myself to eat. The penne alla vodka was fine, but they could have added more salt, it just felt a little bland. The chicken was hard and dry. It didn't work with the dish itself, it felt like eating two different things at once, neither of them tasting as good as they should. The fish and chips were the real star. The fish was as crunchy as you expect, the chips were proper chips. The curry was hot but delicious, everything was absolutely fantastic. If I was reviewing on the fish and chips alone, this place would absolutely get five dtars. But they need to work on the other areas of their menu, they're heavily dragging this place down. I also got the donut with ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. A donut from dunkin would have been better in my opinion, and you would save $10 assembling everything yourself. Finally, the service. It was very here and there. At first, we were getting checked up on often, but at the end, there was a good 20 minute stint where they wouldn't show up at our table and we had to flag them over to get our check. I'm not rating this against them, but I would have liked a little more observation. It was a one and done place, with excellent fish and chips this side of the pond. If I was closer, this would be a Wednesday night thing, but I'm too far to justify that.

It takes a lot to impress me these days...Rockefellers checked all the boxes. The food, ambiance,…read moreservice, drinks, all hit the spot!! Our server, Nicole, was seriously top notch. She took care of the entire floor on a busy Saturday night and didn't skip a beat! She was so attentive and wonderful. We had the Thai chili meatballs, trio dip and crispy tuna. All were seriously incredible. I don't even like seafood and this tuna dish was so fresh and delicious! We ended off the night with a brownie sundae and espresso martinis and they were perfect. The live music really made the night memorable and I can't wait to come back! 5/5 on all aspects!

Stayed at a hotel nearby for the weekend and saw this place with great Yelp reviews. The place was…read morecute with plenty of seating at the bar, tables and TV's along with a small stage and a live musician on a Friday night. The place was freezing with the AC on full blast and right above us, another table that sat a few tables away was also complaining about how cold it was. We ordered the kids Mac and cheese and chicken fingers with fries. Unfortunately they brought out a burger instead of my daughter's chicken fingers along with my other child's Mac and cheese and we told them it was wrong. My poor child was starving while everyone else's food came out already and she had to wait for hers but luckily we had some fries for her from our dish to share. I got a French onion soup and you can see it was a bit burnt on top. The soup was too salty and I couldn't take more than 3 sips. My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich and I liked my cobb salad. My youngest enjoyed her Mac and cheese.
