This has nothing to do with COVID, there are no excuses for a dirty establishment, fingerprints on the windows and terrible restrooms. My wife ordered a house bourbon and was told they didn't have bourbon. She changed to whiskey and we had to tell the bartender what whiskey was. I tried to order a martini and was told no olives or onions. The bartender then asked if I wanted my drink in a tall glass, when I asked for a martini glass she didn't seem to understand. I gave up and ordered a beer. We ordered takeout and were told if we wanted chips and salsa while sitting at the bar it was $4.50, something that used to be free. When the food arrived, the bartender walked by numerous times without acknowledging us or the credit card out on the bar. We had to flag her down to finally pay. No paper receipt is allowed. The food was less than pedestrian at best, no salt, pepper, napkins or utensils were provided. I ate my broccoli with my fingers. Chili's used to be our go to chain establishment, if our experience is indicative of the chain as a whole, it has become a tired, worn out, dirty shell of what once was a proud franchise serving quality food and drinks. read more

Don't get me wrong my family and I love Chili's however ever since they fired the previous manager this place has been ran straight into the ground. The new manager is a disgrace to the Chilis corporation. Wait times have gotten ridiculous for ordering inside the restaurant and the one time I ordered food here on Doordash I waited and hour and half just to receive cold quesadillas and stale fries. Don't recommend going to this particular chili's unless you want to be highly disappointed. read more

Three of the five plates brought to the table for us to share appetizers were visibly dirty and water stained... ICK! My dry rubs ribs were pretty good... The sauce made them better... The margarita was pretty much all sour mix... It was practically too thick to drink... Ugh. My boyfriend's sister didn't enjoy her BBQ ribs at all... I tried Chili's to-go tonight and once again it was terrible. Ordered @ 7:30pm & they were out of sweet tea. Picked up the food which was $50 & didn't have items that were checked on the receipt. Why is it so hard to get ranch? I let you keep your chicken, bacon & I can't have ranch!?! Food was cold & the portion was cut in half. The manager must be clueless as this location is always out of something. I see that one manager got fired in previous review, but evidently this one needs lots of training. Overall are visit here was bad in general. Our table was "cleaned" when we got in but this is the amount of filth that was on it still (pictures). We got the "meal for two" (including of, chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, chicken crispers, Texas cheese fries, and the skillet chocolate chip cookie) and the "big mouth burger bites". The first thing we did get were the Texas cheese fries that we saw get delivered to another table and then 5 minutes later given to us. Then we got the rest of our meal. The chicken bacon ranch quesadillas were greasy, the burger bites were put together poorly and the chicken crispers tasted and felt like rubber. At this point we just asked them to take off the chicken crispers since they weren't edible. Our bill still came out to $38.85. Which DEFINITELY is not worth it. Awful experience would give no stars for how awful the service was and also the food was not even that great. Coming back from Tennessee and passing through and wanted to get a bite to eat. We got there around 8:00. So it wasn't busy at all went to the rest room and seen servers standing in the kitchen not really doing anything. That's why we waited 20 mins before our waitress came to the table to take our drink and food order. No biggy until I got my house salad as my appetizer and waited for my boyfriend get the chip trio. Took over an hour waiting for someone that wasn't our server to come to the table and tell us that they were out of chips and to remind us that it wasn't our servers fault. But when he brought the salad there were chips and salsa on the tray for another table. If they were out, why not tell us then and not and hour after I get my salad? I'm a waitress and if my table doesn't have their appetizers 10 mins after they order then I immediately go check the kitchen to see what's up. But no our server did not, she did not even come back to the table when our bacon ranch chicken quesadillas was brought to us. Didn't even check up on us at all until we were done with our food, and tell us that they took the extra charge off for the chip trio. But we were still paying for a appetizer we didn't even get with the 3 for me. Great food, great staff! They switched up how the food is presented and it was awesome! My boyfriend and I went here for a date night, got the 2 for $35 and it was so worth it. You get an appetizer, you each get an entree and a drink, and you share a dessert! We got unlimited chips and salsa, I got the honey chipotle chicken crispers, a margarita and we shared the cookie skillet dessert! I've never been so full leaving a restaurant haha would recommend!! read more

Ordered the Enchiladas, they were ice cold in the middle. One of my guests also ordered the enchiladas and they were ice cold. Walked in and the sanitation grade was 90.5 and 7 tables were not bused. We weren't helped quickly and left scared before being seated.

We went on a Friday night at 5pm, waited about 30 mins to be seated with tables sitting empty. We were told they were waiting on waiters to get there. Once seated waited way to long to have someone even ask for our drinks then waited for over an hour for food to come to the table. The waitress was nice and friendly but she apparently had too many tables to attend to. The food was not worth $5 and absolutely not worth $50. The manager was clueless and didn't seem to have any idea of what a manager is suppose to do. We will never eat at this restaurant again it was hands the worst $50 we have spent on food. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. It doesn't deserve one star in my opinion but I couldn't give it less. read more

Went to Chilis last night. Ordered the chili, 3 appetizers, and the avocado burger. The chili was the best of what we ordered and it was mediocre. The burger was way over cooked and lacked taste. One of the best places in town, the did was amazing and our server was fantastic. They have done such a great job since they moved in here. The manager just went around making sure everything was all good and she was so nice. I got the loaded potato soup and im not exaggerating at all it was the best soup I've ever had. This chilies has really good sit down service from all the times I've been there, but the girl with the long brown wavy hair at the bar is rude when I place take out orders. Consistently. Just very short and no smiles, who doesn't naturally smile when someone is nice? Very quick and to the point on slow days, no eye contact. I had visited this chili's the other day and I was somewhat anxious. I usually don't have the best experiences going but it was for a friends birthday. Our server was amazing but the food wasn't good enough. I had ordered the chicken and waffles and so did a friend of mine and aren't food wasn't hot enough and the chicken tenders were so hard to bite through. Also the fries that I had were not quality fries and definitely needed to be cooked more. I hadn't said anything because the waiter was such a sweet man and the restaurant seemed to be busy. my wife and I took my son and our grandkids here for a quick bite on the way home. the waitress was pleasant , the food was awful. my grandsons mac and cheese came to the table cold. My wife ordered bone in wings and got boneless. I ordered a chili burger which came raw in the middle. I sent it back to the kitchen after taking a bite of it. The burger I got back was the same burger I had sent back, they cut the part I had bitten and put the bitten side on the inside. Whenever we go for lunch we have to make sure we have at least 90 minutes!!! The service is SO PAINFULLY SLOW. There is one woman that seems to have to serve the entire restaurant at lunch. It's the worst situation I've ever seen. Additionally, there is no dedicated hostess. Again, the one woman is trying to seat people as well as serve. When looking for a manager, none is around or readily available. One of the most poorly run restaurants I've ever seen. read more
