While we don't come to this location really .. I believe this is our 2nd time coming here in a few years.... The staff are all very friendly.. but the service is lacking a little .. we hardly saw our waitress.in between getting our drinks our appetizers and then our meals.... But she was nice . I would just recommend touching my base with your table a little more . because when we got seated and placed our order the place was dead... The appetizers weren't even hot the main meals were the same nothing was piping hot... And at the end of all of that we had to acknowledge the hosted as we exited the establishment. Since I can't recall my past experiences from this location I can't say for certain if we would come back. Like I said staff was nice just felt that this visit wasn't a home run. read more

I loved going to chili's but today that I went they took a while to attend us and when are food came out it was cold i went with my boyfriend and we got the three for me and the fries and the bun of the burger and fries was cold i ask them if they can get new hot fries and when they came they where hot but it was like if they re-fried the fries cause they where darker and for my side i asked for a potato soup that was also so cold i ate about leas than half and left it cause cold soup is not good at all and my boyfriend asked for the triple dipper and the mozzarella sticks always have a cheese pull and this time it didn't cause it was cold so it wasn't a good experience 1/10 and if you want to have a good time I suggest you go in the afternoon because i went at 10:15 and i can tell some people weren't happy cause they close at 11 but we still had 45 min and i could tell some waiters weren't happy with there emotion and i heard two co workers talking about people come like an hour before closing and they find it annoying and they still have to accept them so if you want to have fresh Hot food and good service i say go before 10 that is very disappointing that i had to eat cold food just because i went not 10 or 20 minutes before closing but 45 min read more

Completely disappointed with Chilis new full rack of ribs! I've always enjoyed the ribs at Chilis until last weekend. They no longer serve a full rack of ribs at chilis, they put two small racks together, I was floored! The manager didn't have me pay thank goodness but will never order the ribs at chili's anymore. Hostesses were incompetent, waited for 45 minutes after waiting to get a table when it was dead only for my wife to make one online after being there forever. Went to have lunch on Saturday at about 2PM. Not packed and was seated on bar side . Waitress was dismissive, inattentive and never checked on us for drink refills ,(I had to get up from table and ask bartender for another beer / to track down waitress for wife's drink). Waitress and staff seemed to be having a chill time yapping away on other side of room - again not busy . When we finally got our dessert, it was placed on table with a "here" and walked away . Not a "thank you," " do you need anything else?" ...nada.
