Worst chilis ever!! This is my favorite restaurant and have been to many chilis. We are new to area and so we went to try this one out. We went in and sat down for over 20 mins and no waiter. We saw waiters chatting it up in back and one actually walked past is multiple times to help the table near us that had already been there awhile. I have never seen service like this. We actually got up and left due to no one even speaking or talking our order after we sat at our booth and waited so long. Such a disappointment! read more

Well, I haven't been to a Chili's until this one. Kind of just a fast food joint masquerading as a restaurant. You could make better nachos at home. The drink menu was pretty good for inspiration on what to make at home too. The frozen margaritas were good (nice and strong). Staff were attentive and friendly. The place was relatively clean. It was especially difficult for celiac disease to eat here, as nothing is marked gluten free on the menu. Staff being nice is the only reason it's a 3 and not a 2 star review. read more

This is the 1st I ever been to Chili's in Brunswicks Town! This place is awesome! Food is great! We got the sweetest server ever and he is so helpful! We order a bunch of food and a Lava Chocolate Cake for desert for the 2 kids Celaeno & Matthew. Our server even goes ahead and gives us an extra free Ice-cream cup so we can divide the Chocolate Cake to 2 dishes! So thankful to have a good heart person like that working here! Life is hard sometimes but just a little warm kindness bright up the night! The kids love their foods! Will come back guys! Good jobs the whole Team + Manager! read more

I haven't wrote a review in years but this experience was awful and felt racist.... Even having more black employees there. They took the white couples order who came in 5 minutes after us. The worst Chilis I've ever been too, we were sat down quickly however no server was assigned to our table, we had 5 different serves look at us and passed right by us. When I went to ask for assistance everyone was in the kitchen chatting in a circle. I pray that management gets this under control because the employees are all lacking. read more

We were there at 7 pm yesterday. The food was NOT fresh. We ordered the triple dipper with plans of taking our entrees to go. The apps were cold and stale. My wife was so excited to try the IG famous mozzarella cheese sticks. They were horrible. She was disappointed. They offered to bring us a fresh new triple dipper. (We took one bite of each appetizer). The legitimacy brought us back our same plate minus the apps that we tasted and added one new item to replace the bitten menu items. The replacement plate was just as cold and just as stale as the first plate. The manager took the appetizer off of the bill. We did not order any additional food. Today Sat September 13th marks my and my husband's Anniversary. We decided to go to Chilli's in Brunswick Ga. When we walked in, we stood and waited to be seated like the sign said... No one showed up but we saw the employees standing in the back laughing and talking....so we just seated ourselves and as soon as we walked over to a empty table a Waitress comes walking up and asked us "Did yall come to eat"? We said "Yes" then when our food was brung to us the Waitress sits it on the table and says "Yall enjoy" No forks or spoons so we asked "Can we please have some silverware"? Then the Waitress says "Sure" then she says "Oh, do yall need Silverware"? We said "Yes" The walks away so we had to flag her down and "Ask" for napkins & she says "Do yall need napkins" we said "Yes" We will never come back to this place again, we have never ever been so disappointed in our life. Today is our 34th Anniversary and we picked Chilli to eat at and this is how we get treated. Next time we will eat at one of our local restaurants where we will get the most decent customer service. Very fast service, great portions and the food is great. I hate corn but I loveeeeeee the southwestern egg rolls even though they have a lot of corn in it. The margarita chicken is my go to, it's delicious and not too high in calories. I enjoy being able to pay at the table and the ability to split the check any way you'd like. read more

Ordered the burger special to takeout for $10.99. Came with fries, drink, chips and salsa. Burger was juicy and tasty. Fries were just right. Both were hot. The chips were thin and crispy. I am an avid chilli's patron and tonight was not a good experience. We (party of 6) walked in at 6:00PM and were seated immediately. We asked our server if it was appropriate if we all ordered drinks and food at the same time. She was cool with that! After ordering we didn't receive our soft drinks for 15 minutes. The beers that were ordered took 20 minutes. The restraunt was not that busy. Our food took over 35 minutes and did not all come out at once. Our salads came out after our entrees. Our server apologized. A patron at my table ordered another beer and the bartender was no where to be found. Another 15 minutes for one draft beer. We closed our checks and left around 7:30. I really hope management reads these reviews because, as a long time chillis reward member I was not happy with tonight's service. I will be back again, but I can honestly say some of the other people in my party won't. Hope this is reviewed and help is offered! read more

Went to Chili's and ordered THE ORIGINAL TRIO. It said it had a roasted jalapeño on top but doesn't say anything about being spicy. I had to give my food seat and picked up son bathing else to eat on the way hon be. If you are making good spicy you have to tell people- not everyone likes spices foods. read more

Two of the things I need most right now as we all still navigating Covid are a safe place to dine outside and a less complicated experience outside my home, whenever possible. Chilis delivered such and more. I cannot recommend here more. It's a clean and solid experience you will be happy with. After a secluded day on Jekyll Island, my husband and I were hungry. We called to inquire about outdoor seating and were told they had some. We arrived to a lovely patio we had to ourselves. I had a big chicken salad that was enough for two meals and my husband did the margarita chicken 3/$10 deal. They were both tasty. It's not spicy or gourmet food, as most chains aren't, but it was adequate and our selections were healthy. It was our server though who really made it a 5 star experience. He was a young guy who was just so friendly and attentive. We couldn't have asked for better service than what he delivered. The staff here from start to finish were all really impressive. So, the next time you went to sit outside and have good service and inexpensive food, consider this Chilis location. You will be glad you did! read more

Hello Landon, it is a shame that your leadership team that you recommended we reach out to refuses to respond, I have emailed your leadership team multiple times because this is a route my Fiancée' and I are required to travel for work multiple times a month. Landon, you stated that the leadership would rectify the problems. This did NOT happen. I would recommend that if you thinking about stopping at this location within 1 to 1.5 hrs before they close note you will NOT get fresh food, they will be serving what is sitting in the warmer bins and covering the food with sauces, The owner cares , the leadership team and managers of the Chili's does not care, on our trip back we stopped , (Maybe the staff had a bad day the first time) unfortunately after driving for hours it was 1.5 hour before they close and same old dried food AGAIN, we complained to the manager and did not even finish our drinks, we tipped our server because it was NOT her fault that the food from the kitchen was stale/old . the moral is DONT stop at this location if its late and your hungry. read more

I've been to this chilis a few times, it's never that busy yet every single time I have waited a minimum of 40 minutes for the food. The food is typically pretty good, but today the macaroni I got was horrible. The noodles were very tough and it was just sitting in very watery cheese. Do not go to this chilis if you have things to do afterwards. read more

Upon arrival our group of 5 had a little bit of a wait to find a table but seated shortly after. Once seated we were immediately taken care of. Our orders and drinks were placed and before you knew it the food and drinks were out. Typical chain restaurant environment but the staff was accommodating and welcoming. The unprofessionalism of the manager Lara is clearly that of an untrained ghetto woman. While I was in the restaurant she was talking down to the servers and standing not assisting. She was talking very nasty with a loud tone. It made me feel like this is not a place for anyone to come in for a pleasant encounter. I would not recommend visiting this establishment if this is the type of people they employee as managers. You can tell she's not a team player, I could tell just by watching this interaction. Me and my family came in to eat and the host that was going to seat us said he would have to go ask if we could sit in a booth because we had my niece in a stroller and he didn't know if there would be anywhere to put the stroller out of the way. We told him we were fine leaving it by the door but that apparently was an issue. My niece is 4 and has a feeding tube so she has to be layed down to eat. Which is why we needed the booth. During our visit there were three staff at door entrance and Three just hanging out on the right side. Why the manager would condone this is not good. Wow, Chili's was wonderful! Ate here for the first time and everything was perfect. Our waitress was a delight and our food was great - husband had the shrimp tacos and I had the chicken Caesar salad, and both were delicious. One of the highlights of our meal were the chips and salsa - at 70, I can honestly say that the salsa was the most delicious I've ever tasted. We're going to add this restaurant to our B'wick/SSI rotation - amlooking forward to trying some of their Mexican food next time. read more

Two stars is because I heard my husband say words I have never heard before. That was the worst cut of steak I have ever eaten. My sister and he both got the 6 ounce sirloin. Both are too kind to send food back. She could barely cut through it. And how long should you have to chew meat before you can safely swallow it? Both said any good manager would have removed this from the menu. Chefs should be tasting to see what is being served. I loved the sampler trio and my nephew loved the Cajun pasta. It's our first time to dine in this restaurant and we are excited to experience the food. We chose to dine here for our wedding anniversary celebration. So my daughter ordered a sandwich, i ordered the baked salmon with mango and my husband ordered the steak (medium done). When his order came, he sliced the steak it was not cooked as ordered (bloody/rare) He asked me to try it, i got a small piece, put in my mouth, i didn't chew it instead spit it. It has a bad smell and tasted nasty. Told my husband don't eat it.. We called the server and return it, and they cook another order. Husband is definitely not happy !
