Horrible experience, I don't write one star reviews very often but after our experience at this Chili's it's definitely warranted. They need to do a serious overhaul on how they quote wait times. We had a large party after my son graduation so we called ahead. They quoted us 35 minutes, then when we got there they said 45, no problem we know it was a Friday night and we had a party of 9. After waiting over an hour we went to ask how much longer as the entire group was cranky and starving and they said probably another 45 minutes to an hour. Are you kidding? Man what a horrible way to end the night that was supposed to be a celebration. If we would have been quoted a more realistic time from the beginning we would have just left and gotten food elsewhere. Avoid this place unless you don't mind wasting time and not even getting to eat. Such a bummer. read more

Had the best service yesterday when I dined in for dinner! Scott was a great waiter. Very friendly and attentive! My son ordered the mac and cheese with corn on the side. For some reason the mac and cheese came out tasting bitter. Scott was understanding and took it back right away to get a new serving for my son. Second batch was great! According to my son. I ordered their brisket quesadilla and shared the fajitas with chicken and steak. The quesadilla was a hit! Very tasty and the brisket was delicious! The fajitas were ok. You definitely need to eat the steak right away or else it turns rubbery. For drinks I highly recommend the sunrise margarita! Very fruity and tasty. My daughter got herself half rack of bbq with fries and coleslaw. Everything was delicious, I personally love the green bell peppers and grilled onions on my skillet and I always put some of my red rice in the bowl of black beans that comes in my order. Yum! Yum! For drinks and I will only call out the adult drinks. We ordered the mango iced tea and strawberry lemonade lol okay lets go to the real adult drinks which were only a couple. Lots of variety on the menu that my sister spent some time figuring out what she wanted to get. They seem to have it all with cocktails, beer, wine, margaritas, starters, pastas, ribs, steaks, fresh mex, and etc. The restaurant inside is spacious. Our server was Andrea. She was around when we needed her. The three of us were seated in a booth. There's a restroom to the back right of the place. There was a bit of a wait for the food. The Secret Sauce Burger is thicc and juicy. Still trying to figure out what's in the sauce. I want to say it has an aioli taste. Super filling. I had to force myself to finish eating the crispy and well-salted fries that came with the burger. The Brisket Quesadilla is a lot due to the amount of cheese which overpowered the brisket at times. We ended up getting it to-go. I like how big the plastic mug you get with the water is as well as the sturdiness of the mug handle. The water tasted a lot better with the salty food. Had a very good dinning experience tonight. The restaurant was clean- floor, tables and restrooms. The TVs were all on and tuned into our local sports games;" they are located both in the bar and throughout the restaurant. We had excellent customer service tonight, from the greeter to the server to the manager. There was a mistake with my order. The server apologized right away and told the manager. The manager came out and apologized for the mistake. She offered to take my order off my check. She also asked if I wanted something else. Overall, they were very attentive and quick to own their mistake. Their attitude and willingness to make things better made me forget that things did not come out exactly as I ordered. Came here with a few friends and was immediately greeted by a rude hostess who said the wait was 15-20 minutes. We proceeded to give her our name and phone number to be on the waitlist. While I understand restaurants get busy but we started to notice tables get called that arrived after us after waiting 30 minutes, so we politely went to the hostess and asked how much longer our wait was and they rudely told us we weren't on the waitlist and provided no help at all. I got the fajitas steak and shrimp combo with an addition of queso. The steak was ok, it fell a little flat when it came to flavor. The shrimp was probably my favorite part of the meal, seasoned very well. The rice was a bit undercooked though and the queso didn't end up adding that much flavor to the meal. This location has been revamped and more modernized which draws you in and very large from the inside including a big and large bar top. I came in here on a Thursday after work after 5pm. I ordered the classic margarita and happy hour boneless wings the service was slow beyond belief for it being at most half full. The gentlemen we had was very nice but the service felt slow for what we ordered. We got checked up on every 20 mins if that. We initially had a coupon for FREE chips & salsa, long story we get charged for what we thought was going to be FREE. Being completely honest paying the $8 was not my problem. If it was I would have never gone to eat out. The problem here was that TONY(I) was literally not able to do a single thing to compensate for the inconvenience. Her hands were tied. As a manger there was absolutely NO possible thing for her to do in the moment. In what world is that even possible. We love coming to chilis so when a group of us decided to come here for a few drinks and food before knotts scary farm, we expected to have our usual great time ! Unfortunately the bartender (female who worked on October 11th at 6 pm) was so incredibly rude multiple times that we couldn't wait to leave. Her behavior doesn't belong behind a bar or anywhere near the food service industry. She was rude so many times that I don't want to type out all of the examples but we were shocked with how openly rude she was. When she would walk away, the other patrons at the bar were expressing the same concern and none of us wanted to ask for basic things or inquire about our drinks that took 20 minutes because she would openly snap at people who did. I found an old Chilis gift card from like 7 years ago so we had to go to Chili's. I chose this Chili's because it had three stars, and all the other locations had less than three stars in the area. I am giving this spot five stars because for a Chili's this was much better than the ones I've been to in the past. This location was cleaner, the service was quick and friendly, food was hot and fast, and we were checked on for refills. They did a good job for a chain restaurant in a busy tourist area. There was also a large party having their Christmas lunch and our waitress still did a good job. I came here around 2 PM on a Friday and it was pretty busy. The host was also the bus boy and he was hustling around and got us a table. Really communicated he was going to help us and running around to clean. I appreciate that he was such a hard worker for sure. I had done some research and found that people online really liked the chicken crispers the pick 3 lunch and the trio appetizer. We ended up ordering each the pick three which includes a drink, appetizer and entrée. I had an Arnold Palmer, and he had a strawberry lemonade. I also got a refill of the mango tea with lemonade, and it was amazing. For the appetizer I had had the baked potato soup and he had the chili. The baked potato soup was good but a little bit watery. The chili was very thick and salty. I prefer the soup over the chili. Entrées I got three crisper chickens with the sauce on the side, which was a chipotle honey that I really did not like, but I did use the ranch and ketchup and barbecue sauce. The tenders came out super duper hot. My fries were not very crispy, but hot and there weren't very many of them, but it was enough for me. My partner got a crispy chicken sandwich, a.k.a. the big mouth chicken sandwich with fries and they were also good. read more
