It was back to this Chili's for the first time in the backdrop of Covid-19, and my initial experience with its well-advertised curbside service, which was easy, quick, and flawless. As instructed, I pulled into a parking spot behind a curbside service placard on the side of the restaurant, and phoned that I had arrived. Within a minute a female staffer came running out a door in front of me, and, as asked, deposited my bagged food order in the open car trunk. Then she collected cash through the open slit in my driver's window. And I was swiftly on my way home. Light homemade Tortilla Chips & fresh Guac was a great starter for me, while Diane enjoyed perfectly prepared Fried Cheese Bites. The Nachos with Beef were good but the tortilla chips were rather skimpily covered. Numerous small containers were provided to hold the fixings to be paired with my Mix & Match Fajita Trio, consisting of steak, chicken, & shrimp, to go with Green and Red Bell Peppers, White Onions, Mexican Rice and Black Beans. Salsa, Pico de Gallo, more Guac, and shredded cheese were great toppers, with the lot of them, the three types of protein, and assorted vegetables all being stuffed by me into four folded warm Flour Tortillas prior to biting down on them. Service sucked, but the food was fine. Let me tell you why the service sucked though. We waited 45 minutes to be seated only for our table to be given away. We mentioned that right away to the host and they played it off like it wasn't their own screw up. We then got seated (party of 12) and there weren't enough seats by THREE CHAIRS. The party who waited maybe 15 minutes after us had extra chairs. STILL they didn't own up to their own mistake. The manager of the whole place was insufferable. Our waitress was actually very great and sweet. Then as we left, the host had the audacity to apologize for the "mix up". Let me make this very clear, there was no mix up. There was a mistake on their end. They escorted a group to OUR table, then escorted US to a table made for them. We didn't have enough seats, we didn't have enough room then belittled us for complaining on THEIR mistake. They didn't offer any compensation on THEIR mistake. That's immensely insane. At least apologize for your own mistake and not make us feel like we're in the wrong here. I don't blame the host, I blame the lack of management and their lack of professionalism. This was actually my first time at chilis but if this is the standard across the board, I will not be returning. DO BETTER or at least act like you care. read more

I ordered the rib dinner with fries and Mac and cheese. The waiter brought the Mac and cheese and it was like soup! I told him I didn't want soup so he took it back to the kitchen Someone dumped the soupy cheese out and the MANAGER brought the same Mack and cheese back to me!! I know it was the same bowl because the macaroni was dry and there was still a little of the soupy cheese in the bottom of the bowl! I then told the manager that I wasn't going to eat it and requested to have the potatoes instead This was unacceptable behavior. The servers, like the manager that trained them, were gas-lighting my family, saying that the burger we ordered doesn't have sautéed onions when the menu clearly states it does. The server also tried to gas light us into believing the honey chipotle wings were BBQ wings before, after saying they weren't, the server took the wings and brought ACTUAL BBQ which is what we ordered. After this, the manager ALSO tried gas lighting us into believing we miscommunicated that we wanted raw onions instead of sautéed onions when, again, the burger comes with sautéed onions. The manager then proceeded to say "our servers aren't supposed to know the menu," as though if I had an allergy, the server couldn't tell me if the food I ordered had something I was allergic to. This was the poorest service I've had from a restaurant. I am a server of 4 years at a lesser restaurant, yet we are held to such a higher standard than this. It's been quite awhile since I visited Bullhead Chilis but decided to give it another try and redeem my birthday dessert. I ordered steak fajitas even though their rice is not my favorite. I arrived just after they opened so it was still open seating. I chose a booth near the bar where most of the TVs are located so I could watch multiple football games. Hostess, waitress and server were all very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Menus were already at the table so I had lots of time to browse and make my selection while they brought me the drink I ordered.Food was delivered hot and still sizzling, waitress checked on me multiple times and kept the drinks coming until I indicated I was replete and ready for my ticket. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. I was not rushed at all even though it got pretty busy by the time I left. There is lots of parking all the way around the building and additional parking next door by McDonalds. It's proximity to the casinos makes this restaurant a good AZ option. Curbside to go review: arrived twenty minutes after estimate online, order not ready. Nobody came to car to help me even though I checked in with the parking space number. (Other cars being helped). Leave the 4 legged friend at home. This animal is certainly not a service dog. Hell since she's carrying it it probably can't walk. There was at least 4 dirty tables in the bar area that sat, dirty and unoccupied our entire time here. People were waiting to sit down. The hostess is a teenager that seems to wander around and likes to hug the servers like it's in between 3rd and 4th period in Junior High. Maybe she should clean tables?? Went there for lunch today. Been going a couple of times a month. This place has gone down hill. I order a burger without mayo. It came with a ton of mayo. The server never came over to check on us and by the time she did she asked if I was done. I told her the problem and asked her to take it off the bill because I did not have time for a new one.
