Rosie, Shannon, and Tiffany are great bar tenders. They really turn the Regency into an oasis. My family loved to slots in this tiny casino on the river. There's a bar pool table, restaurant, and gift shop. It's situated between Aquarius and Edgewater casinos. If modern bright or spotlessly clean are your thing, give this place a pass. It's moody, dim, edgy, and a favorite with the locals. If you see Gene sitting at the bar near the wall, say hi. He's a kind man. They just need a pink Cadillac out front. We came here because i saw that they had, my favorite food, pork chops. The menu advertised them as pan seared, and no they weren't. No substitutions for the baked potato, so i just gave it to hub and ordered a salad at an up charge. The chops were NOT pan seared and pounded to 1/8 inch 'thick'. They had a strange taste that i couldn't identify. Rather than complain i just decided i would let them know after we got home. Sent an email AND Facebook message...and radio silence. Sure you can, fine we will have that. The food arrives and it looked like a couple pieces of toast so I looked under the bread and saw a piece of lettuce, onion and a half slice of bacon. No turkey. Last minute, we ended up adding two more people to our reservation and the hostess told us they couldn't accommodate us. We decided to take our business elsewhere, to the Regency. So glad we did! Didn't visit this casino three weeks old but have visited in the past. Tiny. Food is good.

We were passing through laughlin and stopped for some food, we weren't sure where to go but we had googled some good burgers, we got sent to this place and we were excited to see it was just a tiny little casino in between all these huge ones! They put us right next to the window so you could see the river, and it was beautiful! We all had a different burger and they were all EXCELLENT in their own way. Outstanding Prime Rib cooked to perfection. Baked potato perfection along with the mixed vegetables. The staff was on the ball making sure we got everything we need of service. A great place for breakfast is across from the Tropicana called the Regency Casino. It's a really small casino that overlooks the river and is next to the Aquarius Casino. I ate there in July and it was mighty good. This place is known for their good prime rib but they also have a great breakfast. I ordered a Denver omelette, with sourdough toast. Everything was delicious. The plate came with potatoes and they were cooked to perfection. Nice and crispy like I like them. I came down to my Bullhead City home for Thanksgiving and got a call from a friend that was in Laughin looking for a good place for breakfast. I told him to go to the Regency. He ordered their Biscuits and Gravy and said that they were great. Looks like I will have to order Biscuits and Gravy on my next visit. read more

We were at the bar closest to the Chuckwagon restaurant. We heard that they had heavy pours. Not on this night. Bartender was a jerk. I'm don't know his name but he had a bull nose ring. We told him that our drinks were a little light. He said that he would try better harder "next" time. Didn't try and make it right with us. read more

Went here two nights in a row and had two different customer service experiences which were night and day from each other. Friday night had Tiffany and she was fantastic. Friendly, personable, attentive, told us about video poker specials going on. Saturday night Scott was working while my group of 4 were all gambling max bet at the bar. He was very rude without cause to the point it was uncomfortable to sit there so we later moved to machines away from the bar. It was almost as if he wanted to start an argument so he could be more rude to you. The way he spoke about female bartenders in front of female patrons was sexist, unprofessional, disrespectful, tacky. The casino itself is an enjoyable hole in the wall depending on who's working. read more

Great food and great service. My second visit and it was great food and service both times.

I took a party of 5 for prime rib. They serve 2 of us with dry end pieces. Yuck. They exchanged them with more dry overcooked meat. To make things worse they counted a 10 month old baby as an adult and automatically put their tip surcharge on the bill. I normally tip 20%. Their tip was 18%. They refused to adjust off their automatic tip. Goodbye forever. read more

Hidden gem! Skip De**y's and come here. Their restaurant has an old school diner vibe. Bonus! No long waits like the restaurants at the surrounding casinos. We came here for breakfast. We both really enjoyed our meals. I got a ham and cheese omelet and he got a 2 egg breakfast. Friendly staff, great food, fast service, decent portions and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend! (Skip the screwdrivers and bloody Marys though. You have to order and pay separately at the bar and even doubles taste like they have zero alcohol! Ok, over President's Day Weekend we went Laughlin. My wife and I come here every year to visit with our family. We are not huge gamblers, it is more about spending time with the family. My sister and brother-in-law key coming back to the Regency. After a while I noticed a trend. They have a little restaurant that is understaffed but the food is fantastic, it is worth the wait. Also, the gaming is fun, the best part is hanging out at the bar with the bartenders, they are super cool, laid back, and excellent conversationalists! Also, you get to see the funny people who should have stopped like 5 drinks ago hit on the male and female bartenders. This place is a lot of fun and it isn't crowded!! read more

We went on 12/30 and my husband was sitting at a a lot machine when the bartender made it a point to leave the bar and walk up to my 45 yr old husband and ask for ID.he then told her it was in the car snd he would go get it she continued to be rude to my husband and yell at him and tell him to cash out and leave the casino right away .there were other people in the casino but my husband was singled out.she was a brown eyed older lady so please don't give this place your $$ there are other nice casinos in the area aka edgewater,Aquarius etc. we used to always visit this place when we're in Laughlin but after the horrible way we were treated we will Never go to this establishment again read more
