We have frequently ate at Chili's pre-Pandamic 9/5/20 was the first time that we have ever ordered from curbside pick up our order was supposed to be picked up between 738 and 742 we arrived at 7:38 sent a text to say here and then we waited!!! By 7:45 no one came to any of the cars and we noticed there were people getting out of there to get their order. Curbside pickup does not exist at this location!!!! No point of sending a text to say "here" SO SOMEONE CAN BRING YOU YOUR ORDER if you have to get out your car!!!!! I proceeded to go into Chili's like everybody else by 8 o'clock orders sitting on counter waiting for customers to pick it up while the services are sitting around talking and laughing and had to tell them that our order was ready I could see it on the counter. Oh one good thing the cashier came over and apologized for the wait but the damage was done. Got home our dinner for 2 stuffed into one bag cold and gummy mashed potatoes cold chicken tenders rubbery when heated no sauce chicken fajitas cold stickers on the packaging saying how to reheat the chips and dip which we didn't get ice cream melted which at this point we could drink it with a straw salad warm sauces in the container on top of the salad yukkkkk!!!! Never ever again!!!!! Chili's has lost this client FOREVER!!!!! I am only giving 1 star because that is the only way I can post this review OTHERWISE no star review!!!! read more

My husband and I were traveling and went to this location a little under a half hour before close. We ordered an entree and two sides. Thewaiteess didn't write our order down. The waitress was unfriendly and even blamed us for coming in when they were closed despite the fact we hadn't. When our food came, it was the wrong burger and there was bacon on it despite us ordering a vegetarian dish. The waitress told us if we wanted to leave, she wouldn't blame us before running back to the kitchen. She didn't apologize. We didn't want to leave without saying anything so we notified the bartender who was really nice and went to grab a manager. The manager was busy and we didn't have time to wait so we just left. Another couple who were walking out with us joked that that's why they moved to the bar. We still have to drive for 5 hours and now nothing is open, so we spent an hour in a restaurant where we didn't eat and received no compensation. I wouldn't suggest this location, especially if you're in a hurry. read more

My 1st time eating in at this restaurant and my last. First of all, common sense should kick in. If someone is plus size, don't stuff them into the smallest booth you have...actually don't show them to a BOOTH unless they specifically ask for one. I had to sit with my coat on because I couldn't take it off with struggling to get out. Second, the server, who kept asking everyone to rate him a "5", comes over and takes my drink order (I've put away the menu so I'm...ready to order period) but Mr. "Rayshawn, but if you forget you can just call me Ray" failed to pick up on that. He failed at plenty tables, IJS!! I order a medium ribeye and the person who brings out the food, failing to see that I'm stuffed in this booth, sits the plate so close to me that the steak is literally sitting on my blouse. I look at it, already knowing it's not medium, but attempt to cut this very well done steak anyway. I beckon for "Ray" to ask what temperature he put in because this ISN'T medium. He says medium and walks away. We're at the 45 minute mark at this point. I request another steak that is brought out more rare than medium this time. I attempt to eat this fatty, gristled steak for as long as I can. Then I realize that these are the potatoes and broccoli from the 1st plate because they're cold. "Who does that?" When I'm done, I put the utensil wrapper & all the napkins that I've used on top of the plate...an indication that I'm finished. "Ray" failed to notice so 15 minutes later, I ask "with an attitude" for my check. He knew better than to ask me to give him a "5" - he only got a tip because I was paying cash and didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for my change. Should have checked Yelp for the 2-star rating at this location and gone to Applebee's!! read more

I don't think i have had Chili's in about 5 years. Decided to try it out just cause I wanted a healthier choice for a carryout meal. The meal itself was great, BUT I had ordered my meal, showed up for it....and they tell me it's almoat ready. Oh and by almost they ment they had not even rang in my order or started it. So on top of driving 15 minutes to pick it up, I had to wait another 20 for my food... I work at a bar, and I under stand this happens, but just be honest and tell me you fucked up and didn't ring it in. I won't ever go back here, didn't even get a discount or coupon or an I'm sorry. What happens when a restaurant is mismanaged? Your customers sit for almost 2 hours and leave HUNGRY!!! My family and I visited after church today around 2:15. We were seated right away by our server. She came over maybe 5-10 minutes later and took our complete order. About 5-10 later she brought our drinks and that's when the bottom fell out. We waited another 20-30 minutes for our very small appetizer then waited another 30 minutes for our food to come. I then noticed that my food, tostada, taco and enchilada was cold. I assumed that because everyone else had ribs and steaks that mine was done first and just sat up under the warning light. Dumb. So I asked the server for a fresh plate and after waiting another 15 minutes, I asked for the manager and my check. The manager did come, apologized and adjusted my check removing my food, my drink and an additional $20. Thanks but no thanks. That does not help me because I was, at that point, pissed and hungry! So after not being to any Chilis in YEARS, I'll put this one back on the "no go" list cause the service was awful and I'm not giving them a second time to do that to me. read more

All the un-seated tables were dirty. We asked for the one we wanted to sit at to be cleaned. She moved the dirty dishes to the table next to us and seated us. Then proceeded to go talk to a girl at another table. She then came back to take our order of classic margarita's. She then went back to chatting it up. There were 3 people that worked there and lots of dirty tables. We got our drinks and they were awful. We couldn't take it anymore, so left. Horrible service & DIRTY!!! read more

On yesterday evening, myself and three other young women opted to eat and have drinks at the location. We each ordered a drink and food. I ordered smoked wings and the blueberry pineapple margarita. My first margarita was half way filled, and the wait for my food was well over 30 minutes; come to find out the kitchen burned my food and had to remake the wings. My second order of wings had a piece of string in them; I pulled it from my mouth as I bit into the chicken. My friend never received food she'd ordered, our table was given a meal we did NOT order, instead. Then, when we went to pay, our bills were incorrect and I was wrongfully charged. After informing the server and manager about the charge, I was advised it would be corrected. I checked my account today to discover that the incorrect amount was, in fact, charged to my card. I will never go back to this location. Worst service and eating experience I have ever had. read more

I love chillis. Great food for your buck. The ribs are my favorite. I would recommend chillis for things like first dates and maybe grabbing a quick lunch. Me and my girlfriends come here all the time for small celebraations. We came here for a graduation celebration munched on some of the chipotle chicken and had us some watermelon Margarita, it was fantastic. Chilli's is great for lunch dates, small outings and just to grab a nice cocktail. I recommend everyone drop by for lunch read more
