Nice place that has finger foods and a sports bar. Food was really good! Triple dipper with egg rolls that were my favorite. The sliders were okay. Mozzarella had a sweet glaze. The fajitas were tasty! I love how it is served on a sizzling plate. Black beans and pinto beans were solid. The rice and cheese seemed eh. I could have used 2 more flour shells too. Service here seemed iffy. Host and waiters seemed a bit rushed going through things. I would have appreciated a friendlier greeting and checking in on us during the meal. I feel as though this place got worse by the year. I only saw my server twice: when taking our order and asking how our food was. We waited 15 minutes for her to come back, but never did. We didn't get refills for our drinks and our table was filled with empty/used plates. I had to go where they usually grab utensils and grabbed boxes for myself. This Chili's has improved so much! A while back, the service here wasn't the best, but over our last several visits, it's been nothing but excellent. Marcus was our server, and I can't thank him enough for his attentiveness, friendliness, and outstanding service. He checked in on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. The rest of the staff was just as welcoming and accommodating. We came here for a brief meeting and were able to get seated right away next to the bar. There was a guy at the bar who every time I turned my head to the left I just kept seeing his butt crack. I was so annoyed we asked to be moved -- cause that's not the work of THE LORD for my life to be having a discussion, trying to eat then having to see some guys crack... NOPE! I have been to this location many times. I came on Thanksgiving Eve and the restaurant was filled to capacity. Yes, it's popular. We were seated immediately. They have a special where you can get an appetizer, an entree and a drink. I got the house side salad, smash burger and fries, and strawberry lemonade. My cousin got a soup, chicken fingers and a strawberry lemonade. The drinks came right after we ordered and the appetizers followed. The service is pretty fast. The bathrooms were dirty when was there but the rest of the restaurant was clean. The noise level is average but know this place gets busy. It's located in the Carson Pavilion Shopping Center so take that in mind. My check was $38 including tip. That's reasonable. Food was decent. Service was adequate. read more

Went for the drinks. What I ordered (drink wise) looked nothing like what I received AT ALL, BUT it was delicious so I'm not complaining ahaha. Also got boneless buffalo wings and chips and salsa, didn't get a picture of that but it was decent. One server gave us crumbs instead of whole chips, but our waiter noticed & brought us fresh whole chips. Definitely would comeback for the drink we substituted vodka for the tequila though. We shared a full rack of ribs and had french fries and mashed potatoes. The ribs were falling off the bones, just the way I like them, the sauce was delicately sweet. My husband had a Long Island ice tea, I had a blueberry margarita. The margarita was one of best I've had. Our servers name was Deontrea.... Probably not how he spells it. But, he was extremely attentive. Our food was served within 15 minutes. The restaurant was noisey and mostly packed. But we were seated right away. Terrible experience. Where to begin. Service was lacking. We would request an item (e.g., sugar, water, ice, etc.) and it was not delivered or would be brought later when our meal was halfway done. I had to request water three times before they remembered to bring it-15 minutes later of course. Same with a coffee we requested. The cream was delivered halfway through the meal. And no one asked if we wanted a refill on the coffee. Servers act as if they simply do not care about doing a good job. There was a manager there, I guess, but he never came around to see how everything was going. The food was just ok. We have been to several other Chili's and they were all ten times better in every way. The restrooms were also a disaster. The women's room was neglected, and the men's room was unspeakable. It was totally tagged up (even the insides of the trash can rim was tagged with gang crap). The area where the mirror should have been had big blobs of dried glue from where the mirror had been (I can only guess that it had been tagged and had to be removed). We eat out fairly often, so we know what good or even standard service is and this fell way below the standard. We will not be going back to that location. I only hope someone in corporate reads this and pays some attention to our comments. read more

I ordered the appetizer "You Pick Three" (Southwestern Egg-rolls, Chicken Tenders, and Sliders) and it was served super greasy! The egg rolls were somewhat smashed/flattened out and the chicken tenders were bathed in the sauce, which was the cause of the greasy mess on the bottom of my plate! I was not too pleased! My mom ordered the smash burger and it too was very greasy. She said her fries were good and they must've been, because she ate them all! Dear Chili's Customer Service Team, I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had today at one of your locations. I placed my order at 9:20 PM and arrived to pick it up shortly after. By 9:48 PM, we were still waiting at the pickup area with no assistance from any staff members. There was no one attending the pickup counter, and we had to wait an extended period without acknowledgment. After waiting for quite some time, I had to call out for assistance. When I approached a staff member and politely asked if someone could help us, she responded, "We're closed, it's 9:48 PM," in a very rude tone. We were only there at that time because we had already been waiting so long without assistance. There was a paper bag sitting on the pickup rack, and she asked, "Is this yours?" I responded, "How am I supposed to know?" since she had not asked for my name or order number to confirm the order. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that closing time can be stressful, but customers who place orders before closing should still be treated with courtesy and respect. I truly enjoy your food, but experiences like this make me reconsider returning. I hope you will address this matter and ensure better customer service in the future. Ultimately, after the long wait for the server to take and we receive our order, we experienced larva (a maggot) frozen in one of the ice cubes of our glass of water. The server quickly picked up the ice cube to dispose of it, and I asked her to leave it. I needed to document and can take video footage of the actual ice cube. We asked for a manager, who arrived 10 minutes later with plenty of excuses and how the ice for the restaurant outsources the ice, which I challenged. I asked about Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the ice. He mentioned that the machines are inoperable some of the time. This is where the gap lies. I'd like a full investigation on this location immediately, as it may be a harm to the public health of the patrons and community. I've submitted a complaint with the Department of Public Health. read more

Came on a Monday, just for drinks and something to snack on. My bestie and I order the flamingo freeze, we substituted the titos vodka for casamigo shots. My girlfriend ordered one of the premium margaritas and made it strawberry flavored. The flamingo freeze looked a bit scary (no where like the advertised picture) but fortunately, was very good. We also order a dip trio and my bestie got the boneless wings. The guy who brought our orders out(not our waiter), had a very ugly attitude. When he came to drop off the dip trio, we made room in the center of the table and he sucked his teeth and let out the deepest of sighs. It was so noticeable that my bestfriend asked me 'whats wrong with him' before i could let out the same question. The waiter was very sweet though. Our diptrio was served with a layer a whole chips on the top and only crumbs and little pieces right under the top layer. But the waiter was kind enough to apologize and bring us another batch of chips. She was pretty attentive to start, but we struggled to see her by the time we were ready to get the check(which was probably close to closing). It was a little busy. The bar side had very few tables open, and the dining side was open but they had everyone sitting in one section which looked congested . Wasn't a bad night. It was Saturday night and there was a wait but we managed to find a table at the bar. The hostess wasn't very welcoming or friendly, sadly. When the server brought our water, ordered an appetizer first, the southwest egg rolls. They actually came after our meals were brought out, and meals were brought to us separately. Egg rolls were good, but the corn on the two meat platter was stale, and ribs were dry, which was probably why they drowned them in BBQ sauce. Burger was decent. I had a taste for a hamburger and since the pricing is $10.99 my family and I decided to try it again. I was pleasantly surprised at the order process. We ordered online and they said we would receive a text when our order was ready. The original time was 3:41 pm. At 3:41 pm we received a text that our order was ready right on time. My son picked the order up for us and said everything was easy, customer service was good, they were organized, and the restaurant was clean in the pick up area. When he brought the food home, it was hot and fresh. My burger was cooked perfectly and everything was really good. My husband got a burger and my son got the triple dipper with honey chipotle boneless wings, sliders, and southwestern egg rolls. Since I'm really happy with their overall improvement I will support this local business again. read more

I do not care about the ratings for this Chili's location, they are by far THE BEST! My husband and I love Chili's That 3 for me and Triple Dipper sells it every time. Having said that, we have visited multiple locations and this one by far has never failed us when it comes to delivery. The food is always so delicious, not one complaint ever! The servers are awesome, every single one we've had from every single visit, they have consistently checked on us. Always making sure that my party is doing okay and checking if we need anything. It is a usual Chili's however this one is always packed, near the freeways and stadium. It is dark but has a lot of sunshine from the open windows. The guy who came to take our order was very nice and BUSY! We had at least 5 team members helping throughout our meal. Excellent and quick service with food, drinks and help. I don't usually enjoy eating here because the food is usually dry and has no flavor. However before the Galaxy Game we went there and ordered a mushroom hamburger and the kids Mac n cheese. I wasn't expecting anything special but to my surprise the Mushroom Swiss Burger was the best thing I've had in a long time! The bun was toasted and buttery, the burger was cooked to a juicy tender perfection! The mushrooms were seasoned and added to the experience, I asked for no cheese but now I think I should have had it. The tomato and lettuce were fresh and crisp, and all of these individual items added to the PERFECT BURGER! The fries were crispy and added to the meal. This is what I will come back for because it was the Best Burger I've had in a while. read more
