Came for the 3 for me and was shockingly not disappointed. I got the autumn breeze margarita (paid the extra $6), the chicken enchilada soup, and the chicken bacon quesadilla for about $22. The margarita was not strong but that's ok, I was not expecting it to be. The soup was actually good and the bowl was enough considering the quesadilla had about 8 pieces. By the way you can ask for no ranch for the quesadilla. I did not realize it was going to be fried, but it was did the deed and I was plenty full. I didn't even finish the meal! I came in with low expectations and chilis you hit the mark. It's a good deal for the price and I would come back for it. The server was nice and attentive too! Worst service ever. These staff members should find a new job if they're miserable at their current job. I ordered @2pm for a 7pm pick-up, when I arrived for my order, they realized that they failed to verify handing out my order (which was paid for) to a random person. After showing up and being understanding that accidents happen, the entitled little princess that calls herself an employee still decides to give us an attitude when I made her aware of the missing sauces to my order. If i could i would put 0 stars, I went with my friends after church and the service was horrible. They split us up in 2 tables and they didnt take one tables order until the other table had their food. Our food was cold, we asked for ranch they never gave our ranch. My friends burger was RAW to the max we asked for another burger they tried to charge us and the server told us that he couldn't split the check between 3 people. Shannon was an amazing server and did an excellent job despite being given a hard time by Adam and Mateiz while he was simply doing his job. Based on my experience, Adam and Mateiz behaved in a way that felt racially motivated and chose to take their frustration out on our server, which was completely unacceptable. My boyfriend and I visited this location on Saturday 10/18/25 at around 9 pm. I am appalled at how rude our server, Matias, was. He was not warm or welcoming from the start. On the contrary, he was very off-putting and short with us;not the kind of service anyone deserves. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but his attitude got progressively worse. He got upset when my boyfriend politely told him that his order was incorrect. Matias snatched his plate away, and when he came back he rudely tossed the new dish at my boyfriend and walked away. My boyfriend's burger was covered in an exaggerated amount of mustard, that he ended up not being able to finish it. I was in disbelief at now incredibly disrespectful Matias was being. Matias did not seem remorseful, and continued ignoring us throughout the remainder of our visit. The service and quality of food was highly disappointing. I came to this Chili's while my car was getting serviced across the street at America's tires. I figured my son and I could have a Mommy and me date while they fixed my car. We showed up, the hostess sat us down Almost immediately. I loved it. We were at our table waiting for our waitress to take our Drink order. We saw our waitress walked back-and-forth a couple of times without any contact with us. 10 minutes passed by And our drink orders have not been taken yet. Five more minutes passed by and nothing yet. At the 20 minute mark, our waitress comes to our table and says "will be right with you". I thought she would take our order for our appetizers or our drinks, heck even our dinner. But no walk back-and-forth a couple of more times. Chill and eat. Chili's is a good chain restaurant. It feels like the Chili's restaurant location is always there when you need it haha. We tried Chili's in different states and were never disappointed. This location was no different. We arrived just before the lunch hour rush and managed to get a table for four right away. Half an hour later the places was filling up fast. The service was professional and quick. The food was delivered fairly fast and was tasty. I would recommend fajitas plate combinations and Mex bowl. The fajita meats were tender and well cooked. The bowl with rice, chicken, avocado and greens was equally good and filling. The bowl comes with house made ranch but I replaced it with salsa. The salsa gave the dish nice spicy kick. I would come back to this Chili's restaurant next time we are in the area. read more

But here's the bummer: by the time I got home, I realized my third protein, the Chicken Crispers, and the ranch were missing. Lesson learned--always check your takeout bags before leaving. First time going to Chillis. The ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant was pretty good. However, the wait time to get my food on a Friday afternoon was about 40 minutes. I ordered the triple dipper, and it way okay. The chicken tenders were pretty good. But the sliders were pretty basic, and the mozzarella sticks were very greasy and oily. Restaurant needs much improvement on cleaning and sanitation. Ordered a bowl of soup and the spoon was filthy. Disgusting. Spoke to manager, had him take a look at the spoon. He agreed it was big time unacceptable. He offered me another spoon. At this point I had no appetite to eat anything. He left me to think his apology was enough to compensate. I tried two of their margaritas and barely felt anything, which is saying something since I am a huge lightweight. I got the ribs, mac and cheese with fries. The eggrolls and the fried mozzarella in Nashville hot and honey chipotle. I do have to say that everything is hella salty, but that makes sense for Chili's. I enjoyed the honey chipotle fried mozzarella. Everything else was decent, though. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. She was attentive and quick. After a 50 min wait we were walked to a table in a corner with no accessibility for a wheelchair, host clearly seeing the wheelchair did not fit. Chips are dangerously thin and can stick you easily if not careful lol. The salsa was kinda watery. Service was good but food was just ok. I did enjoy the reheat-ability the food had. We came from out of town to watch a soccer game so we stopped here to eat before and the server was so rude. We're a party of 13 so of course we need a big table but the restaurant was full that's fine we asked to be split into 3 booths and the server comes yelling that it's against policy to sit more than 4 but being really loud for no reason even the hostess was taken back by her attitude she goes I'm not sure what the problem is but we'll see how we can figure it out. The server then tells us to move to another table but she will not serve us as it's no her area. She made us all uncomfortable. Glorious Sunday morning, only to end up waiting to be served after two families that were seated after us. 15 minutes after both families were served, I had to talk to the manager to change servers. We were in Carson for the day and decided to drop by chili's since we weren't too familiar with the area but had been to this chili's several years ago when my daughter was at CSDominguez Hills. Anyway we were starving so we walked in, gave our name and decided to sit inside for the 45 minute wait. I sit down and my husband is standing in front of me, he is looking into the dining area and notices that half the dining room is empty but all the table were disgustingly dirty. I came here tonight with my son to have dinner.First of all, we waited fifteen minutes for a waitress to even come to the table.Then, we waited another ten minutes.Just to get our drinks while we were watching other people around us getting served and getting their refills from this waitress in her area. Once the food came, she came back quickly as she was walking by and asked us how the food was. I said, fine. Could we get some ranch? Well that never came. She never came back, never got any. Refills, I had to ask for a refill to go because I wasn't going to wait around had to ask for boxes. She literally only came to the table once after taking our order. She was helping all the tables around us.But for some reason was helping us you can't say it was too busy because she clearly was helping other people. I always go to the chilies and Torrance, but since we were by ikea, we decided to come here, this is the worst chilisI've ever been. So on top of that, as we were walking out, the man who sat us at the booth came running after me saying, oh I think you forgot to pay i thought to myself.You gotta be kidding me.I paid on your kiosk because she never came back to the table.Except to drop a box off for our leftovers, which I had to ask for a few times. So when I walk back to him to the table and told him, the bill was seventy eight dollars.For nothing, check your kiosk and he says, oh my god, i'm sorry.The waitress told me that you didn't pay.
