Our experience tonight wasn't a pleasant one. Ordered the old timer cheese burger which was supposed to be well done, no pink. Well, it came out HALF DONE. The fries with my Chicken Crispers were Redipped in the fryer and was FULL of grease. I ordered Coffee and the waitress brewed a pot of Tea and when I told her, she basically said I was wrong, but had to come back and apologize because she indeed brewed tThis very thing happened to us just 2 weeks ago, and we wanted to give them another try tonight. Although the attitude of our server at this time, could've been better. She didn't seem interested and made us feel a little bit uncomfortable. Every time she approached a table due to her body language . the wings were a 9 out of 10 The mozzarella sticks were a 6 out of 10 I do not remember the exact name of the blue martini, but I know it has something dealing with blueberry in it all of which were a 10 out of 10 I didn't like my husband's own, which was the Presidente martini and it has nothing to do with how they prepared it. I just preferably like my martini suite, but he said it was good. The bathrooms were clean as well as the eating areas and outside of the restaurant. Our ROMEO group of 7 went here yesterday. It was very crowded due to graduations. The waiter placed us at a large booth that would hold 8, but when all of us arrived three of us took a second booth next to the first booth. He took the drink orders for the first booth (4 of us) and brought them out fairly quickly. The other three guys got their drinks after about 5 minutes. Both tables ordered, with most of us getting the Tuesday special: Smashburger, fries and salsa/chips. Our booth of four got our entree orders after about 10 minutes. The other booth didn't get their orders at the same time. We were eating our lunch and after about 20-25 minutes the other booth had not received their burgers. When they finally got them the waiter said "It's very busy", which it was, but the orders were placed at the same time. Apparently something misfired, either with the cook or the waiter. Not impressed! The hamburger was described as a "Smashburger". Totally wrong description. It was a fully plump burger, not smashed at all, with a large bun, lettuce, tomato and a sauce. It needed salt or something as it was not tasty at all. I would not order it again. Seems like the last time we were here the food was better. They do have good salsa and chips, however. Our rating amongst the group averaged 3.0.....not very good. Doubt if we'll be back anytime soon. read more

The food was delicious, came out hot and ready. Service was amazing, our server was extremely sweet. The ambiance was nice, the lights weren't too bright or too low and nothing was too close together. Highly recommend this location for a date night. read more

Let's be honest, one does not expect great service and great food when going to Chili's but that's exactly what happened. We came in for lunch one weekday and were seated immediately. The waitress was busy but very kind and patient with us (3 kids). She refilled are drinks continuously and offered the lunch special which came with all sorts of options. Restaurant was busy for a week day lunch and I can see why. The staff was great. The manager even stopped by to see how everything was. Honestly, this appears to be a great ran restaurant. I haven't been to a Chili's in about 12 years, and that is when I lived in New Mexico. I went on a sister date with my older sister, and we chose this location. Texas Roadhouse was closed! But anywho, we went right around lunchtime. It wasn't busy at all, and we were seated right away. Our waitress came out and took our drink orders as soon as we took our seats. We ordered the bacon burger, side salad, and the trio appetizer with the honey Sriracha wings, sliders, and rolls. If we only had the appetizer, we would have been fine. It filled us up fast! We also tried the sunrise paradise margarita, and it was very tasty. A little on the strong side, but tasty none the less! Everything was fresh and tasty. I had literally a teaspoon of sour cream, pico de guyo, (or however it's spelled, for that perfectionist that's reading) and a pinch of cheese. $60 for that crap! Specifically asked if a medium burger was an option I wanted it to be pink in the middle it came out well done burnt on the edges everything including the french fries were cold it was only terribly edible. I will not returned this particular chain because Chili's as a whole has gone downhill horribly! Even pre-Covid. Our particular bartender/waitress was more intent on scratching her head because she spent 10 hours getting 5 foot extensions in her hair. Food was good, service ok but the drinks could have been better. . It was a little cold. All in all it was good

Wife and I went for lunch today, Saturday at 11:30. Not crowded at all and we were immediately seated. Waitress was prompt and took our drink orders. We decided to split a Santa Fe Crisper Salad and a starter of the AwesomeBlossom Petals. We haven't been to Chili's I quite some time and we remember we used to get the blossom onion that was similar to the Outback Onion...and were expecting that (the menu photo clearly shows that it's not like that, but we didn't really notice that). When the waitress brought it out we were surprised and asked her what it was. She explained that they no longer did the big blossom onion, but only the petals, which looked like fries. They were excellent! The dipping sauce is great. A few minutes later she brought out some chips and very good salsa, saying "since you didn't get what you thought you were ordering, these are on the house. Our salad arrived and it was excellent. Had a nice bite to it with finely cut up avocado and great chicken, which wasn't crisp but more grilled...very good. I'd order this same thing again. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a pick up order on 04/21/24 and had several issues with my order. I did not get any of my sauces to go with my crispers. Also order a kids meal which comes with Kraft Mac and cheese but was given white cheddar Mac and cheese and on top of it being wrong it was FREEZING COLD in a to go container. I'm very disappointed with the service I received. I called the location to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 10 mins with nobody coming back to the phone. Stopped at Chili's on Two Notch Road after a long 12 hour shift at the hospital. After the To Go host finally decided to come inside after her smoke break, I was able to place an order. Looking around at the floors and the area, I should have left (dirty, sticky floors, dirty tables). However, I decided to still give them a chance. The place was not really busy, so how bad could it be? Bad..very bad. After spending $113 including tip, I got home to missing items with one plate, freezing cold Mac and cheese in another that had to be reheated, and 2 of the most driest, thin, unseasoned "ribeyes" I have ever tasted. Flavorless, bland broccoli, and semi-warm loaded mashed potatoes. One steak should have been medium and the other medium well. Both were well done (hate steak this way), and we were confused..were these steaks or pork chops? Nevertheless, ate what we could salvage..too exhausted to go back. Tried to call..the phone rang exactly 57 times with no answer. Haven't been to this Chilis in years..won't be back and will be sure to inform friends and coworkers..stay clear! UPDATE: received reply from "owner" for further information. Website given, when submitting review, goes to a page that says "403 forbidden"...waste of time, effort, and money! This was my first time at chili's. Was gifted a gift card so what better way to try them out! Went on a Lunch date with some friends I go to church with. The food was great and our waitress was Awesome! Wish I knew her name. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed the triple sampler. I had the southwest egg rolls, honey chipotle crispy (chicken tenders) and hamburger sliders. I was stuffed! Just left Chili's on 2 Notch Rd. in Columbia and it was Without doubt one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had in a long time. It was almost empty when we arrived just before 7pm but we still waited a good while before someone came to the table to take our order. My wife ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad and it arrived with brown, old avocado slices and covered in stale tortilla strips. We sent it back. The manager never came over or offered an apology and in fact just stood about doing nothing or on his phone our entire meal. When my wife told him about her salad, he became argumentative and said their restaurant didn't have any old food. He never saw my salad, didn't care and the customer is NOT right in his store!! I never thought I would say this about chili's specially in the Carolina's today was a special day for me, my grandson 1first birthday and Drill Sargent graduation for my son which I drove from Florida because my son leaves in Washington state I don't get to see them till Christmas... let's start with the refill of the chips if I don't get up and ask the server forgot about it , never refill my son drink and I have to get up and remove the chips platter since was no room for our plates not to mention that my son didn't eat his food and bagged to eat at hotel because he saw my dissatisfaction face last we could sing happy birthday to my grandson we took the cake back to the hotel.... Went tonight with my family because we felt like eating out. Asked for a table for three and the wait was about 15 to 20 minutes, which I had no issue. After our hostess brought us to the table we were completely forgotten. Multiple servers passed us by and one even saw us and went the other way. The hostess seats another couple near us and the server who ran away from us sat a different couple and asked both couples for drinks and still did not acknowledge us. I had the "triple dipper" appetizer combo delivered to me. All three were in the same container, which would have been fine if the honey chipotle sauce from the chicken crispers hadn't flooded the entire box and soaked the eggrolls and the burgers. Eggrolls were fine, but the chicken strips were way overcooked. The sliders were so well-done that they were dry and inedible. Great food and the service is top notch. My server checked on me many times during my meal and my glass was never empty. As luck would have it I left my blazer in the booth and didn't realize it until 7:30am the next morning. I had to catch a flight at 11 and they do not open until 11. I called and Spencer answered (which blew me away) and was cheerful and ready to help. I showed up 15 minutes later and he met me with my blazer at the take out window.
