We went on a rainy Saturday. Service was great. We got a lot of food. Most of it to go. But the ambiance was great and this location doesn't get enough recognition. Obviously everyone has different wants and needs and everyone has different servers. But keep it up.

Ok! I think I want to have a more positive review of Chili's, but I can honestly only give 2 stars. We were seated soon enough, but a no-go for me is being seated in proximity to the bathroom, especially when there is plenty of other seats available. We had to request a different table. The food was just ok. The best things we had were the Southwest Egg rolls and the street corn. The ribs we ordered did not taste like ribs and contained way more fat than any I've had recently and the chicken tenders didn't seem to be cooked hard enough and had only been partially sauced. Our waitress was trying to handle many tables as it seemed that the host was bringing all customers to this one section. I was confused as there seemed to be plenty of available waitresses. We waited forever on refills and had to just get "to-go" cups before paying our check. Not a good experience.

Chicken bacon ranch quesadilla at Chili's

Granddaughters enjoyed the 3 for Me at Chili's. The food was delicious and the service was great.

Bacon Rancher Burger Dragonfruit Lemonade

Service is slower than to be expected but the food will always be amazing and the servers are good people! I got a rancher and it' was amazing 10/10 i recommend the dragon fruit lemonade

Chili's provide no condiments.

I ordered Chili's online and the Baby back ribs tasted fine but it was not enough barbecue sauce on the meat. They did not send condiments, napkins or silverware. The street roasted corn had way too much butter and chili powder.,the broccoli was thrown all over the container and the broccoli was not seasoned. The chicken bacon ranch quesadillas was not good.,it was dry, greasy, with no bacon or ranch. The chicken crispy crisper was hard. The food was cold so when I warmed the food the chicken crisper may have gotten hard. The food was messy and not attractive. This food experience was not acceptable and very disappointing.

Ordered steak, broccoli and asparagus and got this . No broccoli. My order had soggy fries and were cold . Waited 30 minutes

Food in my order cold. Missing items from my husband order. They never delivered to curbside. Had to go in! Terrible service

The Boss Burger ( without the jalapeño cheddar smoke sausage) and a side of broccoli.

The restaurant was not overly busy, which made the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable from the moment we walked in. The first thing that stood out was the service. Everyone there was welcoming, patient, and genuinely friendly. Since it was our first time trying a few things on the menu, we had several questions, and the staff took the time to explain everything without making us feel rushed. They gave recommendations, explained the toppings and flavors, and helped make ordering easy. I decided to try the specialty hot dogs, and honestly, they were amazing. They were packed with flavor and loaded with fresh toppings that worked perfectly together. The combination of creamy avocado, fresh vegetables, sauces, and perfectly cooked meat created a unique flavor that was both fresh and filling. Every bite had something different going on, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality and made with care. The presentation alone looked incredible, but the taste backed it up completely. The atmosphere was comfortable and casual, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy good food with family or friends. Nothing felt rushed, and the overall vibe made the experience even better. If you are looking for something different from the usual restaurant options and want flavorful food with friendly service, Las Tortugas is definitely worth visiting. We will absolutely be coming back again.

3.5, I think? This was a tough one for me to rate…read more My aunt lives near Las Tortugas and I've been reading about and thinking about visiting for years whenever I'm in the Memphis area. The stars aligned on this most recent visit and so I got to try them. This location in Germantown is a little easy to miss signage-wise, but Google Maps got me here easily. The parking lot is small but paved nicely and easy to navigate. The inside of the restaurant does feel like a deli, with a counter to order at and a small but reasonable amount of seating. The restaurant's accolades are plastered on walls and the glass windows around the food prep area and it's fun to read the history and writing about this place. There is one semi-essay seemingly from the owner, directed at patrons, grousing about customers having certain expectations about the food they're served (Tex-Mex versus authentic Mexican, for example). The owner is adamant that authentic Mexican is served here, and I have no reason to doubt that at all nor expect anything different, but I must admit the tone was rather off-putting. I can see how it would be frustrating to have your food, your work, be misunderstood or misinterpreted, but it kind of felt like I was being lectured when I hadn't done anything, lol. At any rate, I walked up to the counter to order. Service was adequately if not /especially/ friendly. I placed an order for a sandwich (Tortugas de pollo) as well as a limonada (fresh-squeezed limeade) to go. I waited at one of the tables and my order was ready for me in a reasonable amount of time. My favorite thing was the limonada! It had closer to an Icee texture than a juice or limeade texture but I really liked it. Pleasantly sweet and sour and very refreshing. The sandwich was good if not mind-blowing. Maybe my expectations were just a little too high. One problem was that it got pretty soggy very, very fast - it took me less than 10 minutes to get back to my aunt's house and unbox my food and in that time, the bottom piece of bread on my sandwich was close to falling apart. Some of the chicken was also a little too strong-tasting for me; it's hard to describe but I imagine we've all had chicken that's a little too obviously...well, chicken, lol. Not super mild tasting meat, I guess is what I'm trying to say. That aside, I enjoyed the texture of the cheese and the heat of the peppers. The top slice of bread was also nice and crusty. The sandwich came served with a handful of chips less generous than it appears in the photo and some green salsa. The chips were a little over-fried for me but decent enough, and the subtly spicy salsa went well with them. I think the greatest sticking point for me is the price vs. the quantity of food vs. the relative enjoyment. My meal was a solid bit over $30. I prooooobably could've split the sandwich with someone else and been okay, but given the relatively paltry amount of chips, I was also okay eating it as a solo diner. I think if the price had been a little lower, or the portion of chips a little bigger, or the enjoyment of the sandwich a little greater - any one of those things - this would probably round up to a 4. But ultimately the sticker shock and somewhat condescending vibes lead to a lower rating from me. Idk, I would definitely say this restaurant is worth a try and I'm glad I experienced it and would recommend trying it to others who enjoy this type of Mexican food. That said, I'm also not completely confident I'd return on another visit to Memphis. Well, okay, I would definitely for the limonada. That thing was awesome. ;)
