My husband and I visited this location on Friday, February 13, just before 6 PM. We sat at the bar and ordered chips and salsa along with drinks, and later placed a to-go order for a QP burger with fries. The chips and salsa were included as a promotion with a $5 purchase, which we appreciated. However, the chips were extremely oily, almost as if too much oil was used during preparation, which was disappointing. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the margarita of the month -- the Strawberry Eddie -- and my husband was also able to order a beer from the happy hour menu just before it ended. We ordered the QP burger and fries to go for our mother-in-law's dinner. Unfortunately, both the burger and fries were extremely salty. While she was able to eat some of it, the rest had to be thrown away because of the excessive salt. As feedback, it may help to request no salt if you prefer lighter seasoning, and we also hope the kitchen staff can be mindful about not over-salting food. For a Friday evening, our wait for a table of three was about 20 minutes. Presentation of food was acceptable. Steak was tender and flavorful. We came here as one of my birthday celebrations. We had an older gentleman as our waiter. When I say older I mean he was older than most of the servers there but still younger than me. Our party of 6 arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were sat almost immediately. The food wasn't in any way impressive but it also wasn't bad by any standards either. I prefer my mozzarella in sticks not rectangles but they were good. Wish they would've been a little hotter, for a better cheese pull. I really enjoyed the buffalo wings but they would've benefited from slightly more sauce. I was so excited to go to Chili's, specifically for the Wicked drinks. My party of 12 was deciding between Applebee's, Texas Roadhouse, and Chilli's. I regret making this decision. We were seated within 35 minutes, which was great and although we didn't have the most horrible experience, I expected a lot better. We've had better experiences here. Felt like the waitress was just trying to get it over with. She wasn't bad, just felt like she had little patience. Before we could even something, she would cut us off. They ran out of Witch's Brew and only had the Good Witch but with a different flavor. Even then, didn't have the stir stick for it, and it came in a water glass. Minutes later, someone else got the same drink in the glass that it was intended to be in. I don't know, the whole time I was lowkey scared to ask for anything in fear that I'd upset someone so we kept it minimal. Even when I have a "bad" experience, I typically tip 20%, more if others in my party tip less, but this time I did not care. This Wicked collaboration is meant to draw more customers so if you don't have the capacity for it, maybe don't offer it or plan better? And if someone doesn't feel like being at work, because that's what it felt like, maybe try not to show it. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Don't remember the last time I went to chilis, but I received a gift card from work. Though we didn't go on Mother's Day, we went the day before on Saturday and it was PACKED. We walked in and there was a bunch of people in waiting as they had bigger parties. Luckily we walked in and was sat very quickly. The service was good - our waitress was friendly and checked on us several times throughout lunch. We ordered the bbq 2 combos. One dish was half rack of ribs and the brisket quesadillas and the other was half rack of ribs and honey chipotle chicken crispers. Both were good - the ribs had enough bbq sauce and the quesadilla had good flavor. The service was good and our waitress was very attentive, even brining refills of the chips and salsa. Saw a review from Hungry Hunter regarding Chilis and I have to comment. If you were there from 230-430, you will start to see shift changes with the staff. My husband had suggested we go to Chili's for lunch today. We hadn't been there in ages (so many choices to choose from these days in our local area). We both agreed to go since we recently saw a TV ad and it looked inviting. Welp...the hello received by the hostess (Nichole) was dreadful. It was before noon and the place was wide open. From the start, she was adamant where we were going to sit. However, the bar area wasn't our preference. Neither was the table near the kitchen. When we pointed out open booths we preferred (two were being used and one available.) This particular booth happened to be where we had sat in the past and enjoyed it. She muttered in a huff that she had given the server a table already in the area. Not our problem! Just about the time my husband and I were ready to make a U-turn out the door, she decided to sit us there. It was unbelievable. Chili's is not the only game in town. Plan B was nearby. Again, not usually a chain kind of girl, but with the prices of a lot of restaurants these days, sometimes you just need a good old standby that doesn't break the bank. My husband and I went here last Thursday, for the first time in a long time. Love the crew here, love the Management here. We always get treated with respect, and have a few laughs with the bartenders. The food is what you expect it to be. They do hamburgers well. Had the Smashburger, it was delicious, the fries were perfectly crisp and well seasoned. My husband had the ribs, they were changed since the last time we were here, for the better! My server was friendly and the manager stopped by the table to check on us and chit chatted with us for a little while, which was nice. Ok this is an update, Chili's has remained consistant since I rediscovered them( since they revamped). Great atmosphere, wonderful servers, great date night ambiance, the food is hot and fresh and the prices are compatible to other places and they have a great menu and the three for me is the best deal anywhere! The elote and the sliders are my favs. Right now they have a limited time Quarter Pound Burger, my son just had it and he said it was fantastic! We stopped into Chili's for lunch yesterday, I wanted to try the 3 for Me special, my son and his lady wanted some other stufff but did not know what. Seated right away and got our menus. The girl who served us was great. I ordered the 3 for me lunch with the House burger, came with fries and a drink. My son had the buffalo wings, the lady had the 1/2 order of ribs with BBQ sauce. They ordered drinks and each of these was a giant martini glass, I think one was a Margarita. We immediately got a huge plate of warm chips and salsa. Problem was after the first layer of regular chips it was mostly chip fragments, like they had been stepped on. We showed the girl serving us and she brought an entirely new, fresh bowl of whole chips, a great move. Food arrived quickly and looked good. My burger was very good, nice size with pickles and regular stuff, I added my usual mustard. The fries were nice and crispy. The ribs were sauced nicely, the wings were also nice. Everyone dug in. Thumbs up on all the food. A second round of drinks was ordered while the food was being devoured. We kept eating the chips and salsa but there were still about half a bowl when we were finished. The waitress asked if we wanted to take them with us, nice offer, but no thanks. So, three entrees, one being the $10.99 special, and four drinks, the tab came out to be $92. I bit steep, but I think the drinks were $10-15 each which can add up. All in all, a bit of a costly lunch but the food was certainly very good for big chain like this.
