I always am pleasantly surprised by this place. I was really happy that they allowed me to swap out my side of potatoes for roasted tomatoes with garlic. The server was on his game and made sure we did not run out of beverages at all. My steak was a little under done when I asked for medium it was more medium rare. We also had to wait a long time for our food. This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Since they are so close to home we will be back again. read more

Unfortunately this chili's had lost all quality, we had Megan as a server, she has 3-4 tables no rush, no double sat's, she was very slow forgot chips refil, put sharp objects in front of child's reach, not much common sense. Charged me 5.50 for a 12oz marg in a plain glass, not served in their marg glasses They usually use, I drank barely 4 sips and left it near full as it was lack luster and made poorly, and to se if our server could even identify that it was bad because it hadn't barley been touched, she couldn't :). Went here because our daughter earned a free dinner through school. Ordered the ribs and they came out cold. Not very impressed with the food, but I guess you get what you pay for? My son always gets the triple dipper. Even for prom yesterday. This is our "we didnt cook anything but we're hungry and don't want fast food" place. My husband and I (9 times out of 10) get their unlimited soup and salad for 6.99. The fresco salad is super green and healthy, with the lightest sprinkle,of some kind of mild white cheese crumbles and the dressing is just right. Soup is solid with multiple choices. My wife and I went last night with another couple. We got there pretty early at 5 p.m. the place was not busy although the parking lot was packed. The other couple both ordered ribs with french fries and coleslaw. Neither liked their french fries or coleslaw but they said the ribs were good. My wife ordered the mango chilli Chicken. It was inedible. The chicken was so rubbery that it tasted like it had been microwaved instead of grilled. We told the waiter about it and he replaced her chicken with the chicken that comes in the fajitas. At that point she said her meal was delicious. She did not want to give that other chicken a second try, it was that awful. But recovery is everything and he was polite, efficient oh, quick about bringing her the new chicken, and very quick at Re-filling our drinks. I ordered the chicken fajitas oh, and they were fantastic. Both of us couples had coupons for free chips with guac. It was wonderful. Four stars for the recovery effort by the waiter. read more

This restaurant has all the factors that make up a good restaurant, a unique and diverse menu, a great drink menu, great service, minimal wait, and I love that it's close to home and I don't have to go to Ashwaubenon to get there, but somehow, they still fall short. The presentation of the food is always fantastic, but the flavor just doesn't measure up to other similar local chains. I do continue to visit for convenience and the food isn't bad by any means, but it is a shame to see them still somewhat subpar to their competitors. Chilis used to be one of my all time favorites about 10 years ago. They had such good flavors and different options. Today I feel everything is either chili mango flavored or Cajun flavored which if you love those flavors then chilis is the place to be! Don't get me wrong I still go there almost on a weekly basis with my friends for drinks and dinner. I do think they need to put variety of flavors back into their business. Our experience is always a good one. We sit in the bar area which is a good atmosphere for adults. The mango margarita is so good! A must try. Did an online order Monday night for curb pickup. Paid online & was told it would be ready by 9:03pm. Got there at 9.05pm & text to let them know I was there. Waited 10 minutes and no one came out. Finally went inside & not one worker to be found but a couple eating by the bar! Waited around another 5 minutes or so and finally left! I called on my way out & someone finally answered! I told her my situation & she asked me to hold for the manager. The manager comes on & tells me that both her & her bartender went outside and walked all over the parking lot and didn't see anyone! Wow was that some bs cause I parked facing the door!! I would of clearly saw if anyone came out! Not one single person walked out that dam door and I'm sure of it!! So I told her that either I'm blind or she's dam lying!! Then I told her I'm not dealing with it & to cancel my order! She told me it would be canceled before I hung up on her!! Sure enough, they had charged my credit card and never cancelled my order! I've just called my cc to dispute the charge & thankfully they took care of it! Chili's and its employees are absolutely disgusting!! I will never step food in there again!!! Do yourself a favor & go to Applebee's instead!!! read more

We were with two friends and all 4 of us ordered food for dinner which definitely took along time to prepare but we were not in a rush. Sadly, I was unhappy with my bowl of chicken chili because it was broth-like and tasted nothing like chili and even had an odd flavor and after taste. My friend tried it and agreed with me that it should be sent back to the kitchen and hopefully they could provide a different option (anything). My waitress left with my bowl of chicken chili and returned with bad news, we would have to pay for it but could order something else too. Has anyone ever heard of this? I spoke with the bar manager who said that i could pay half and take it home. Huh? Why would i want to take home the worst chicken chili ever? From the second you walk in it's a horrible experience. No one at the door greeting ppl not even that busy. We had 4 people and a high chair and a party of 4 walked in right behind us and they sat them before us saying it's harder to sit 4 and a high chair. Last I checked 4 butts take up 4 seats and a high chair can be added anywhere. It's not even that busy for people to be waiting the hostess needs to learn how to count. We had to wait 15 mins just to get to our seat. And then while at our seat we had to wait 40 mins just to get our food. When we got our food they got my order wrong and also the grilled shrimp was super cold and my husband didn't like it. Worst service ever. I ordered food at 915pm to be picked up at 945pm. I work retail and had customers in my store so we wait and do the right thing for the customer which alot of employee forget why they are coming to work, which is to serve the customer. I even had a customer want to come in after close and I let them in to grab something quick. At this Chili's I arrived at 1004 pm, I saw a bunch of ladies still drinking and dining at a table (which judging from the amount of food and drinks at table were going to be there for a while) I knocked on the window and some cranky lady came and shook her head no. I showed my phone that I had an online order. She wrote a note and showed it through the door, " for security reasons I can not open the door. I said through door is want my order, and she rather nastily said I am not opening be the door. What a rude lady who said she was a manager. Does she not know she works in a customer service industry that is there for the customer. Chili's, what kind of Morons do you employ that have no empathy and regards for your customers. Overall the atmosphere and food was OK. I had a burger. It was average. The fries were nothing special. The kids meals were kind of small even for a kid. Probably the main thing that I didn't like was that they required me to give them my phone number so that they could text me when my table was ready. Now I am going to have to deal with spam text messages. Only God knows who they are all going to sell my information to. Typical Chilis. Clean, nice decor. My sons who are 4 and 5 love the choices for the sides for the kids meals-- fresh pineapple or broccoli are their favs. My mother in law ordered the quesadilla salad and loved it. Servers are nice and friendly. wish they had more healthy choices. read more
