Service was extremely slow, they charged me $1.00 for water then charged me $2.99 for playing games which we never played Any games. I myself had never used the machine to pay with a credit card . Was figuring it out but just put my card in. Then we never got a receipt had to give an email to get the receipt. What restaurant doesn't take cash. We left the waitress a cash tip. Guess Chili's will not be added to my list of restaurants to go to read more

We arrived at 6:30 on a Friday night, fully expecting it to be very busy. We walked in and got put on a waitlist. The hostess was very kind and told us it would be a 20-30 min wait. When we finally sat down the waitress was still incredibly nice. We first ordered the chicken bacon nachos as an appetizer, 4 Crispers meal and the 5 crispers mean. They were very delicious albeit a little spicy. The serving was very big to split between the two of us. In the words of my companion, "They were pretty good." After the appetizer the food came out in a very timely manner. The honey mustard I have was very nice whereas the buffalo sauce was "mid." During our meal the waitress was very considerate and checked up on us about 5 times. The meal was overall very delicious. Although it was good, the waitress did take away my companion's plate before he completely finished with the fries. Also there was a gnat flying around us the entire dinner. We stopped in to Chili's last Saturday night. It was about 4:30 p.m. the parking lot was crowded but we have seen it worse. We walked in and we were second behind the people who were waiting at the host station. A couple people came in behind us. We stood at that host station for 10 minutes before we saw anybody. She said oh I need to go clean off a table and disappeared again. So we were finally seated. There were three of us and we needed a high chair. We reviewed the menu and chose our food and sat, and sat, and sat. We sat at that table for 20 minutes while no one said a word to us. So my husband sees a woman cleaning off the table next to us and said excuse me can I speak to the manager? Guess what? She was the manager. He told her about the situation and she said I'm sorry and that was it, he said I'm sorry too we are leaving. We don't go out to eat as a family often and that was sure a horrible way to start our Saturday night. read more

We got seated fine. We had a party of 6. 5 adults and one little one. I ordered a mango margarita on the rocks. And they brought us out two margaritas... one original lime margarita and one coconut margarita. The waitress realized it was wrong and offered to fix it but we kindly declined and said it would be fine since they had already made the margaritas. She told us since it was a mistake that they would be taken off the bill. Only 4 adults and the little one was eating. 3 of the adults got water. She came back to refill the waters only one time, but didn't have enough water to fill the last refill up anymore than half way. Never came back to check on how our food was or anything. My asparagus came out raw with butter and seasoning on it. And our chicken bacon ranch quesadilla came out with little to no bacon on it. Then messed up splitting the bills. We addressed the situation and she got it changed for us after us waiting another 15 minutes to have her come back to change them. And rudely walking away before we were done telling her what needed to be fixed on the bills. Half of our party left the restaurant after paying but my fiance and I went to the bar to chat with somebody that we knew sitting over there. Our waitress went over to the bar and was talking about how terrible our table was and how bad we stressed her out. I completely understand that being a server can be stressful. But all we did was tell her it was no big deal about the margaritas that we got. Simply because we all have worked in the service industry and we knew the drinks that were made were going to waste if we didn't drink them. The waitress didn't realize that half of our party hadn't left yet and made eye contact with me after hearing her talk bad about our table and how "badly we stressed her out". We did not tip her and we probably will not be going back there anytime soon. read more

The worst food I've ever had at a Chili's! Our server was a sweet girl & accommodating when I sent back my awful salad but the food was disgusting. We ordered the 3 for $10 Lunch, my BF got the chips & salsa, it was good, I ordered the Ceasar salad & it came made with iceberg lettuce. I can't eat iceberg lettuce, it makes me sick, so I always order Ceasar because it's *SUPPOSED* to be made with Romaine but this was a sad little salad made with iceberg lettuce and big chunks of the nasty core hidden under the croutons. I told her it wasn't ceasar salad & she said they had changed the recipe for it. Our server took it back & brought me potato cheddar soup instead, which turned out to be the best thing in my entire lunch. We ordered the Old Timer burgers with fries & the fries were so overly salted they were making us both sick & we never ate but a few of them. The burgers were okay but really dry, mine showed up with so much disgusting shredded iceberg lettuce that I literally had a pile of it on the table (seriously, it was MORE than a handful) & the buns were over-toasted until they were dry. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! With inflation & cost of eating out now, it's not worth it! read more

The service was great - quick, attentive and very nice. The food was standard Chili's fare. But the restaurant itself is pretty rundown. Literally there are several booth seats that have giant rips. The tables/wood trim areas are worn and chipped. I think the staff are keeping it surface clean but It doesn't look it has been deep cleaned in while. The pace just needs a complete refresh. One last note - I asked for a to-go cup the lid did not fit at all. Not that it was the wrong size but it just didn't connect in anyway. I'm pretty sure the kids and cup were not designed for each other. I'm only giving it 3 star because our service was good. read more

My wife and I stopped for a quick lunch on the way to Chicago and it was a much better than your average chain eatery experience. A very busy weekday with a peak noontime crowd, but we were quickly seated and were given excellent service by an attentive, but not overbearing, staff. We ordered off the lunch specials, which were fairly priced. My spouse had a burger with a side of potato soup, which she thought was very good. I was especially pleased with the lunch fajitas; a hot, savory, abundant offering. Iced tea was good as well. Men's room could have been a little cleaner, but overall Well done! We stopped here on our way home from Cincinnati. By COVID standards, they were crowded. I think we got the last table available. Our server came quickly to take our orders, but it took her a while to bring our beverages. I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. It's supposed to come with cheese on the salad, but I didn't get any. Guess she got DH lactose intolerance confused and put it on the whole order. The salad comes with cheese quesadillas, so don't understand why they would think it's a good idea to leave the cheese off the salad. DH ordered the 3 for $10 and got a beverage, salad, and burger. Our food came fairly quickly, but there were other parties sitting around us that we heard complaining about how long food was taking and lots of apologies. The food was OK, our service was OK, but probably wouldn't stop here again. read more

Hubby had the old timer and said it was good. I ordered the lunch combo of potatoes soup & two hamburger sliders "Big Bites". Soup came cold, the waiter did reheat butttttt The sliders looked good but there wasn't really any taste. They were supposed to have a ranch dressing on them but they didn't. Bad service and mediocre food. Me and my husband visited the Chili's location in Greensburg PA on 12/13/2022 at 2:00pm. We ordered an appetizer, burger and house salad with shrimp. Our appetizer came out right away (we were the only table in the restaurant) 2 minutes later our main meal came out. Delivering meals to a table right after an appetizer is not the standard in the service industry. Not only did our meals come with the entree my salad had cheese on it (I asked for no cheese) and the shrimp was not well done, which I asked to be cooked well. Our server never asked if I would like another drink (wine)...she was to concerned sweeping the floor. Overall this place is old, outdated and dirty. We will not be back. I wouldn't be surprised if this place closes within the next year. I actually took photos of the dining area, bar and parking lot...it's a ghost town...this should tell you something. A man , not sure if he was a manager because he never introduced himself came over to our table to see how everything was and I voiced my concerns. He took off the appetizer and my meal (that I didn't eat) which was nice but I still would never go back. read more

You can no longer get a regular menu to read at the table. Now, you have to have a smart phone to access the menu‍‍‍‍. Are y'all trying to lose every single patron over 60? My elderly mom can't read a small screen. When I asked our server how folks order if they don't have a smart phone, she said they borrow her's. What an awful corporate policy. There are folks with disabilities and age-related issues who cannot read a cell phone screen. Seems like y'all are trying to lose money. I feel bad for our server. Shame on any corporation who thinks their severs need to provide their private cell phones so customers can place an order. read more

I ordered carry out today. I showed up 10 mins early to pick up my food. It only took 3 mins to drive home. Our burgers were hot and delicious but our fries tasted like they had been sitting for 30 mins then were heated up in the microwave. With as expensive as the food it this is very disappointing I won't be back for quite some time. read more

Great meal really reasonable in price. I had the chili which was a little cold. Justin our server immediately rectified that and it was delicious and enjoyed. The chips are fresh and the salsa has an amazing flavor...And they are endless. My husband had the quesadillas which were great and the beans that came with them were the best flavored we have ever had. I had the tenders with sauces on the side. They have lots of options for sides and I highly recommend the loaded mashed potatoes. I would have given 5 if the bathroom was clean and the trash was not overflowing. Once again, in my eyes, Chili's raises the bar for chain restaurants in my eyes. We were passing through at dinner time, on the way to Cincy, and wanted more than fast food, so stopped in at Chili's. I had one of their burgers, and I believe Chili's has outstanding burgers. Done just like I requested, a very good burger indeed. My wife and a soup an salad combo and it was good also. The service was good, even though it was HOPPING at 530 on a Friday. I seldom stop at chain restaurants when I'm on the road. I generally avoid chain restaurants, but I was driving to Cincinnati and needed to stop somewhere for lunch. Chili's sounded better than Burger King, so I stopped there. I was pleasantly surprised by their menu. They have lunchtime combo options for $6, $7, and $8, depending on what you want. I got a southwest BLT sandwich with chicken tortilla soup and a side of coleslaw (instead of the fries that generally come with it.) All of that for $6. And it was all tasty. There were several other menu items that sounded tempting, too. It was the birthday of one of my friends, and when we mentioned it she got a free brownie covered with ice cream and fudge sauce. (Delicious!) It wasn't a good time for alcohol on my trip, but I glanced at the drink menu and there were several that looked really tasty. Our server was really good, too. If you like chain restaurants, or if you are looking for a place to stop on a road trip, based on this experience I would recommend Chili's. read more

We had an hour for dinner on a Monday night. The restaurant was mostly empty. To the point: it was not a great place to dine. It was a poor experience. Tepid food, congealed cheese on cold fries for an appetizer, grilled (I think) sliced chicken with a splash of red spice on some of it as "fajitas." Kids meals way over priced for value. Service slow. Nothing was really very hot, or appetizing. We left the majority of it uneaten...and for what was served, WAY expensive... especially since we were overcharged. My family eats at restaurants several times a week...I really doubt we ever return to this one. read more

I dined in with a group a couple of weeks ago. Service was okay, she was nice, but we waited quite a while to eat and then to get our food. Overall it was an alright experience. Last week, I ordered takeout. I went to the door designated for to-go orders, which is right next to the restrooms. While I was waiting for someone to come to the desk, I noticed a horrible smell, and it was the restroom!! It smelled like a men's room at a truck stop. I thought about ordering again, then remembered how bad that smell was... so I didn't. read more

My parents and I just came through and we are currently paying our bill and we had an awful experience. The waitress Kristina, was awful at her job. We barely were able to get our drinks and appetizers without an issue. Then we got our entrees while we got our apps, and then my mothers food was cold. Then when we got her food back 15 minutes later and my dad and I were done eating, it was clearly put under the heat lamp. Then she came back and almost gave my dad the wrong drink 2 times. If you ever do come here ask for any waitress besides Kristina. It will save you a heartache and bellyache of a special time. read more

We frequent this Chili's. The food is cooked to order, friendly service, and fairly quick. We also order to go from here which is very convenient with their app. It's ready in typically 20 minutes. Only once did we have an issue and that was just I felt there should have been more guacamole on my burger. :). read more

Tonights visit was less than pleasing. We walked in and was immediately made to feel as though our business wasnt welcomed. The hostess asked if we preferred a table or booth, our choice was table. She then said she would be right back and went to talk to another person who came out and stood within earshot and talked about once "they" are seated they wouldnt be able to move them. I assume the "they" they were referring to was us. There was mention of a larger party coming in at a later time. So yes I understand they wanted to have enough open seating for that party but its in poor taste to discuss your seating arrangements in front of patrons in a way that makes them feel unwanted. Once they figured out where they were going to seat us we had to walk thru spilled liquids and what appeared to be a 1/2 an order of fries and several straw wrappings on the floor. Very unclean and unsanitary in my opinion. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer (chips and salsa), our drinks came out with no issues. We waited and watched as other parties who came in after us received their drinks and appetizers. When they finally got around to bringing our appetizer it was just a few minutes before they were bringing our meals. So much for an appetizer being a before meal thing!! The food was good. When it came time to pay I was attempting to log into my account so I could use some reward points I had. The waitress stood over top of me and then snatched the Ziosk and turned it away so I couldnt see what exactly she was doing. I asked her to STOP and said I was attempting to use some rewards she said Its just easier if she does it because there are so many steps. When I got the Ziosk back it was the tip portion of the bill and it was set on 40%. Not cool!!! The only good thing about our visit was the food. The waitress, hostess and who ever the other lady the hostess spoke to need replaced!!! I'm from LA, and I love this small Chili's. The staff was nice and friendly on the busy Wednesday night. I sat in the bar with my father and uncle to catch up on good times. My uncle and I came to town for the funeral of my grandpa. We sat and chat forever, and the waitress, Ashleigh, was very nice and allowed us to take up the table for 2 hours. I had wings and Sam Adams, such a good combo, while my family had the happy hour drinks. My wings and beer were even on the happy hour menu. Overall, because of my unfortunate family get together, Chili's provided a great place to catch up with family I have not seen in years. read more
