Service was pretty good. Our server, Selina, was great. It was typical bar/country ambiance complete with country music. Getting to the place was so difficult for someone unfamiliar with the area, but we found it. It had ample parking. However, our food experience was strange. We both ordered chicken sandwiches. My husband's was the buffalo, mine was the blueberry chipotle. His was sizable and juicy. Mine took half the bun and was dry and hard. The sauces were great, the sides, upgraded to potato wedges and everything cauliflower, were very good. I wouldn't eat here again. There are simply better places eat. Chik-fil-a is better. This place is absolute shit. They had terrible service, their food was absolutely mediocre for the fact that we had to wait for a fucking hour. I understand that it is a busy night because of football but we were ignored constantly and the waiter constantly walked away from our table. This is a decent spot for chicken sandwiches, wings, burgers and beer. Full size bar is available with good selection of mid shelf booze. Plenty of tables including high tops and booths. I came here with a coworker for lunch. Service was good and our food came out quick. My chicken sandwich was very good but the traditional wings were only okay. I went there at 7 o clock and didn't even get my food until like 8 thirty the front desk wait was like 15 minutes and then we sat and got cheese sticks and asked for ranch we didn't even get the ranch until we got our food and by the time we got our food the cheese sticks were cold.our server also let our drinks go fully empty and then took 10 to 15 minutes to get a refill and also only came to our table like 3 times. Absolutely never ever ever order carry out. One, you have to stand at the hostess stand for 5 minutes+ while your food sits on the table beside you. Then you get home and it's missing food. Call and they quote a time. Go back and pick up accordingly. The hostess was seating a group and told me she'll be right back. Again, another bag of food on the table beside you. 10 minutes later someone else walks past asking if I needed help. I once again tell them I need to pick up an order and I ask for a manager. The shift manager, Marcus, comes out. I mention my food is now cold at home and the food on the table is now cold after I've been waiting here. He proceeds to lie to me and says he just brought it out (check the cameras). He then says there's nothing he can do, and doesn't offer a resolution. I ask for the GM's contact information and I am refused. Yes, I am refused the GM's contact info and he says he can take my info down. As I leave the parking lot there's 3-4 employees just hanging out outside having a good ole time. Probably same one that said she'll be right back. Finally get back home to eat my cold chicken sandwich, and it's missing the beer cheese that was suppose to be on it! WOW! This is by far the worse experience I've had with Wings and Rings. Beer is warm and was the last time I was there. I had a grilled chicken wrap that was OK. I had Parmesan cheese french fries. That were absolutely horrible. The waitress was about as friendly as a rattlesnake and the bathrooms. The men's bathroom was also terrible. In order to dry my hands I had to pick up the whole round roll of brown paper towels with wet hands and pick it up. Somebody took the time to go in and drop the whole roll on the wet counter, but nobody took the time to actually put it into the machine. Place needs to be upgraded or needs to be tore down. It was tough deciding between 4 and 5 stars. I love potato wedges, and they have 'em. The wings had a lot of meat on them, unlike certain wing joints local to me. No complaints about the service or the taste of the food. On the other hand, a price tag north of $50 for two - one of them a small eater - with no alcohol involved, seems pretty steep. We got the appetizer sampler with pretzel bites, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings. The pretzel bites had a nice crunchy outside with a soft inside. Honestly probably the best pretzel bites I've had. The onion rings were really good as well. The mozzarella sticks had a weird taste to them and dried up quick. This is one of our favorite places to eat when passing through Greensburg, which we do frequently. As always, the food was really good but this place could use a total scrub down! Floors were so greasy I almost fell...and I was wearing new tennis shoes, not heels. The tile grout was beyond filthy. Yuck! Cobwebs and trash inside the entry door. I was in Greensburg because I had business in nearby Batesville, figured I'd try this place, I went to grab some to go wings for dinner, the girl who took my order had an attitude, she asked "ranch or blue cheese" to which I responded "ranch", she says "celery?" I say "yeah that's cool".. she responds with a look and "is that a yes or no".. I say yes and brush off the attitude as she may just be having an off day.. I spent 30 bucks on a burger and wings.. I waited 20-25 minutes but I don't mind waiting for fresh food, but the wings were not fresh or very appetizing, burger lacked flavor, I can't help but wonder if it's because I look like I'm not from around here and my food reflected the attitude I was met with? First time here and I was really disappointed. Got 10 traditional wings with hot buffalo sauce. They didn't bother tossing my wings in the sauce, just poured some over the top of the wings in the bowl. I asked the waitress to have them tossed for me. I shouldn't have said anything because they were worse the second time they came out! Instead of actually tossing them the kitchen just flooded the bowl with way too much sauce. It totally ruined my meal. I still ate them because I hate complaining even once- twice was a hard no for me. The amount of sauce in the bowl really seemed spiteful- like a big f u for asking them to toss the wings. For 10 wings, a side of broccoli, and a side of the loaded cauliflower the total was $25. $5 tip brought it to $30. If the wings were good I'd be fine with it but the whole experience sucked. In the area for work and wanted to stop in a couple of weeks ago but did. So I decided to stop in before heading to my room. First, it's like a darn maze to get in there! I had to turn around twice to figure out that you turn into the Holiday Inn Express lot and drive thru a maze to get into their parking lot. Horrible design. I walk in around 6pm and it very slow so I place a to go order. It's your run of the mill sports bar, clean with friendly staff. I studied the menu before placing my order. The waitress that helped me, couldn't seem to understand what I meant by "fried hard or crispy" so we went around with that for longer than I wanted to. I had the traditional wings and the appetizer sampler with fried pickles, mozzarella sticks and the garlic aioli fries. The wings I asked for a flat pieces, crispy with hot BBQ sauce. The came out exactly as I asked. The garlic aioli fries were very good but not hot; the mozzarella was eh, the fried pickles were soggy. I'm only 5 mins from my hotel so none of it should have been cold. Shame Overall, I thought they were just average but there's nothing and I mean nothing else in the area competing with them so everything you order should be excellent! I ordered the side salad to go. (First time eating here) The toppings were fine but the actual salad fit into a very small 2"x 4" box! Very small!!! The top part of the salad looking into the box was nice dark leaf/green lettuce, but when I dumped it into my bowl it had crappy white spiney uneatable lettuce on the bottom. I had to remove quite a bit of lettuce spines and pieces in order to be able to eat it. They also put just a few croutons on the top and by the time I got home they were somewhat moist (YUK). They should have been put into another container to keep them dry and crunchy. Buyer beware. Not worth the almost $5 (after tax) for this. read more

Was a manager here . They treat there employees like garbage .. also would advise only eating fried food on Wednesday. That is when they change there oil which is why on Tuesday it is half price apps and wings . . Buffalo sauce is pure butter and hot sauce and there dishes are never thouroughly cleaned .. we also battled roaches for the last 6 mo and couldn't get anyone to call an exterminator . Food is always good and bartenders make good drinks. Staff is friendly and you usually get seated pretty quickly. This place used to be 10x better than bdubs but ever since they shrunk their wing size they are pretty much just the same as bdubs. Will definitely return. read more

This could easily be one of the biggest fails of Buffalo Wings and service of all time. I went in and waited for a hostess to seat me. I say and waited while I played on my phone. No one showed up even tho there was a big table to the left. I moseyed up to the bar. I easily waited over ten plus minutes. Watched the Cavaliers and Celtics game for awhile. Gave up after listening to four guys acting like they were experts from GM and Ford manufacturing I called in my order and figured that would work. Again waited at the bar but finally got my order. Got back to my room and the wings were good size. However they were soggy and half didn't have sauce. Apparently they just squirt sauce on some and drown the others. EPIC fail...no one outside of Buffalo should serve wings unless they are certified from an expert. The blue cheese will go good with my celery they gave me. I give up. read more

My family and I were on our way home and decided to stop in here for dinner, we were all very pleased with our meals! Walking in this place looked very clean so that is a plus, the hostess was very friendly and sat us quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and patient with us since this was our first time here. I liked all the televisions in this place had plenty to choose what to watch. My daughter loved the toy crane machines and my kids loved the mints the waitress left with the bill. As for my meal, I got the boneless wings with the sweet bbq and a side of fries. My meal was excellent, the boneless wings are huge loved the sweet bbq sauce! The fries were tasty as well! They give you an option to drench your wings in sauce and I forgot to ask for it that way, but I was in luck cause my wings had more than enough sauce and I loved it! If you've never been here I recommend giving them a try, I doubt you'll be disappointed. More than worth the stop! read more

BWR is loaded with food, and sports! I have been a fan of this food franchise chain since their Columbus Ohio location on North Hamilton Rd in the 90's. Yeah I am aware I look young, well I was a kid back then and liked it, ok? BWR has the same menu as the two in greater Columbus area as well, so when I came here, I knew what to expect and what they had on the menu. The only difference is the location and the staff. Well I was here on business so, I when I saw this place, I thought hey its like being at home, well sort-of. Anyways the food here is good, this location is a bit smaller than what I am used too but that's a-ok! I went in around 4pm and the crowd was tiny. Service was great, food was good.
