Went last night with friends for an event this Chili's does all the time to help people in need. This event was Fight With Sam, on FB. Chili's is so wonderful for providing 10% of profits for the day to cause. Always great chips, hot sauce, and guac. We had two 2 for $20 meals and all was great! Thanks again Chili's!!! My server was amazing and he was very attentive. The quality of the food was very bad, my broccoli was the best thing on the plate. My steak was over seared. The loaded mashed potatoes... how in the world do you mess up mashed potatoes? They were nasty, they tasted old. I just pray I don't get sick. read more

Busy busy Saturday evening and we had a difficult time getting a table for our party of six. After an hour if waiting, we were finally able to get seated and order our food. Our server, Chase, was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. He got our drinks out to us quickly and checked on us from time to time to see if we needed refillls-- we really appreciated the attention he gave us despite the busy restaurant. The food came out pretty good. Chips and salsa was standard and the loaded cheese fries were delicious. I ordered a house salad with the citrus vinaigrette and it was satisfactory. The vinaigrette wasn't overpowering with its citrus which I appreciated. I got the 6 oz honey sirloin, medium rare with quinoa instead of fries. The quinoa was good and I liked the asparagus that came with the steak. Unfortunately my steak was cooked medium well instead of medium rare. The waiter probably just misheard me but I'm not picky-- the honey sauce made the steak taste good regardless. Split the triple berry crumble cake with my girlfriend and it was delicious. I was apprehensive as I don't like desserts that are too sweet but it was the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Overall, despite the long wait for a table and OK dinner food, our waiter and the host were both very friendly and courteous and made the evening enjoyable. I know it sounds crazy, but they have so many options and THE BEST food EVER!! The service is also Heartwarming! They know how to treat people so well and NEVER have an attitude. My favorite server has been there for quite a while and she NEVER messes up and ALWAYS knows just what I want and how I want it! I constantly tell people about just how amazing this Chilis is! Here's another bad review about how i ordered online get a call when it's time for me to pick it up about how they don't have the honey chipotle sauce i want so i ask for something else i really don't want but i just spent my money then i get there not even 5 minutes later it's sitting on the table and she brings it out. I got home and the food was so cold I call and speak to a oliver i think he proceeds to tell me to even get my food out of the trash to bring it to him so he can see how cold it is. I am a veteran and I am so thankful for the way you guys honor us on Vets day. I especially appreciate you honoring the second amendment. I thought is was very hypocritical of other establishments (Buffalo Wild Wings, Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, et al) for "honoring" Vets who took up arms to protect America, but would not allow those same vets to carry a gun into their restaurant to protect their own families. read more

Chilis was not a place we went, boring commissary food. After seeing 8,000 commercials 'chilis is back', gave them a try. The chicken crisps and waffles were quite good with an excellent Suryp sauce with a sweet and slightly splcy flavor. Fries plump and done well. Chicken fajitas predictable and good. The wife and I ate here for dinner tonight and the service was excellent. Our burgers were a little under cooked so the waitress promptly took them back. Next thing we know, the manager comes over to our table and apologizes for the inconvenience and tells us that he personally will be cooking our new burgers. Our new burgers came out cooked perfectly and we had a very enjoyable dinner. We look forward to visiting this restaurant again soon. read more

This was our second time at this location, the first time we ate inside and our waitress forgot everything over and over and all the waitresses were talking and ignoring the customers. the tables next to us were super annoyed, so we knew it wasn't going to be good. We gave it a few months and decided to get it to go. I'm pregnant and currently craving ribs so I decided to try them, I never had chili's ribs. It was so dry that it took a bit to chew each bite. I got the street corn too, which is hard to mess up, but half of it was completely burnt and tasted like chemicals. My husband got the Cajun chicken pasta, which is his favorite. It tasted old and they forgot his drink even after they said they "double checked" our order. Anyways, sadly we won't be back. I thought maybe the first visit was just a fluke, but disappointed again. I wish we had more options in Greenville. We miss our old chili's for sure. read more

I normally don't go to cookie cutter chain restaurants because I always leave disappointed, service is dismal, food is nothing special, and there's always a crying and/or screaming child within a 50 foot proximity of my table... Thanks but no thanks. Usually the food tastes like something from a frozen food section that I could make better myself at home... THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT THIS CHILIS! We order 2 3 for 10s from chilis both honey chipotle crispers 1 with double corn on the cob the other with corn on the cob and loaded mashed potatoes. Side salad no veggies with ranch one with chips and salsa one with dr pepper one with coke. Well they called and said they didn't have crispers and so we got cajun chicken pasta we live less then 5 minutes from there and the food is ice cold. I called and talked to a manager named oliver something and told him the problem and that i threw the food away because it was ice cold and i thought they couldnt take food back because of covid so i threw it away he told me he couldnt do anything until i dug the food out of the trash and brought it up there so he could feel it. Im very disappointed and i wont be coming back. I wasted my money and my time and pretty much got called a liar and told to dig in the trash. This absolutely ridiculous and i wont be back. read more

Worst food experience I think I have ever had. We had appetizers, drinks, and 3 meals, and literally everything was just terrible. Even the service was really poor, which made everything even worse. 2 of us go the fajitas. The shrimp was fair, but the chicken tasted like tainted rubber. It was clearly microwaved, not grilled or anything. But even if was grilled, I wouldn't be surprised if no actual animals were harmed in the making of this chicken product. Just gross. read more

Went here with my boyfriend for a late dinner around 8pm. When we got sat it wasn't busy at all yet our server looked unhappy to see us. My guess is we were sat right before she was going to get cut to leave. Anyways, I ordered a water with lemon and my boyfriend a sweet tea. She brought a water with no lemon and a barely sweet tea. I asked four more times for lemons before she brought me some. I just moved to this area from Sachse and the Chili's out there never disappoints so this was really upsetting to me; the food was borderline disgusting. I ordered a soup and salad and my boyfriend ordered the chicken strips and changed the two sides. His ordered was messed up completely- all the way down to the dipping sauce. My salad came out looking like it had been sitting out all day and tasted as such and my potato soup was so overloaded with cheese I couldn't eat it. Our waitress never stopped back by so I could say something. The other waitress in the area was giving her tables top notch service and I almost asked her to help us out instead. Customer service couldn't even save this experience. Sad to say we will not be coming back. read more

I recently came in about 10:00pm ordered our food and appetizers. We sat down and no one noticed or gave us drinks for at least 20 minutes finally someone came over after we raised our hands. Then we ordered our food our chips and salsa came out but our side salads took forever and then our food came there were no fries with our burger and our pasta was brought out made wrong. The appetizers and food came out about the same time. This is by far the worst service I've had out of all the times I've came here. I'm very disappointed in the waters and waitresses. Must have a new manager!!! When we arrived there were a lot people waiting and several empty tables. No one was seated and numerous other tables were cleared during the 30 minutes we were waiting. We left along with several others. We were told that the kitchen got behind so they were waiting for it to catch up. 1/4/13 I recently visited Chili's in Greenville for the first time in a while. In the past I've always had a good experience there.This time the service was poor. The waiter was not frequent to our table. The food was substandard too. The Jalapeno Smokehouse burger iI usually get was half the size as the last one I had there and the thick cuts of bacon were replaced with the bacon you get at Whataburger, paper thin and about 20 french fries. The Chicken Fried Steak my wife got was not up to parr either. It used to take up half the plate. Now you could put it on a slice of white bread and make a sandwich out of it. We picked the worst night to go out to eat at Chili's. The lack of staff really gave us a night to remember, but not in a good way. If I were to judge just that night, Chili's would not get a good score. The only thing saving it from getting one star would be the family-friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately for the restaurant, the atmosphere comes last for most people when they go to a restaurant. Luckily, the restaurant compensates for their mistakes and has much potential for future visits, as long as they are not short on staff. The prices they offer for their food aren't outrageous, but if you don't plan to spend about fifteen dollars per person this is not the place for you.. In short, the poor customer service provided us with a less-than-optimal experience, but I believe they could do much better. But it's not like I'm a food critic anyways. read more

Its a chilis, food is fine. Surfaces of restaurant were dusty/grimy tho and the iced tea tasted like it was made with dirty aquarium water.

We decided to give Chili's another try. Last time they brought my food before the wife's food. Then her food was burnt, she order the chicken sandwich. They burnt the bun and sent it out. Well we order a appetizer and two entrees at the same time but asked to get them separate. Well we should have said we wanted the appetizer first and entrees second. They brought out the entrees first. Then about five minutes later we received our appetizer. The chicken crispers were greasy. To the point that one soaked three napkins with grease. They need to either fix their friers our turn up the temp. The other orders was the triple dipper. The fried pickles again greasy as back alley mechanic. The big bite burgers were the only half way edible food. We well never be visiting Chili's again. This location our any other one. read more
