We have visited this establishment several times. The last visit in December was HORRIBLE!!!! They did not have clean bowling shoes for my son, patrons on our right were using LOUD inappropriate language, and I had to flag down a waitress to take an order? Aren't areas assigned??? I ordered Cajun fries. What I was served....were overly cooked fries and it appeared the shaker for the 'Cajun' spice had fallen off as they prepared it. They were NOT edible. Even after I said something, the girl brings me a cup of ranch (because THATS SUPPOSED TO FIX IT??!!) and as she puts it down...SHE SPILLS RANCH DRESSING INSIDE MY PURSE!!!!!!!!!! Over the years we've taken our kids here many times. It was a "family fun center". Now it's just an adult bar. They've taken out laser tag, and put in axe throwing. Which no one under fourteen can do. Took out most of the video games to expand the bar, and half the games didn't even work. If your just looking for a bowling alley and bar it's fine. Family beware. Asked to be placed away from a huge party of 17 .Open lanes available ( 14 under 5). Manager placed at next lane. ( we were there first as they were eating ) 9 little kids are in our lane. Almost git a three year old in head. Notified parent very nicely about maybe watching out for the little ones ,( 10 pound ball barely missed him as I was throwing ) told for me to watch out . ( I was in my lane). Manager was waiting on group did nothing . Our Family had to switch Lanes . They even came into that lane . We had planned a huge night out and ended up asking for a full refund and leaving . Went on a Tuesday for their advertised $2 per game special. The place was half empty and about 10 lanes were vacant. Went up to the counter and the teenage girl tells us it's going to be a 2.5 hour wait with attitude. Are you kidding me? Advertise deals then people can never use them. The girl working there was so rude and the fact that the place was empty and you're telling me it's going to be several hours just tells me you're not too interested in having customers use your so-called specials. I suggest you go somewhere else if you actually want to bowl. If you want attitude with ridiculous wait times, you're st the right place. Never going back here. read more

Came to this facility to play games walk in the game room door and all of the games are shut off this is a family entertainment center and there are no games to play all you can do is bowl and eat that's not right when you come to play games do also have to say that the amount of games that are there is a joke and run down really need to remodel the facility with better games read more

If I could do zero stars I would. We came there to bowl and game, the first ally we went to wasn't working at all, and when we told the person in the front she gave us a new lane and she told someone to fix it and they said it shouldn't be open it's broken, so they gave a broken lane that only some employees knew about it. The next lane they gave us wasn't much better, took a while to get all the pins cause it gave us only 6 or 8 or none... not all 10. Now the games was the worst part, more than half there games don't work, and the games that said they worked actually didn't. Connect four should have been off they said but took credits for one side and not the other so I like about 15 credits and the same thing happened for fruit Ninja, took a lot of my credits when it didn't allow me to play at all. Terrible management because she didn't know what was going on and the employees had to tell her, and only a few of the employees knew what worked and didn't. I don't recommend going here anymore, it used to be a good time from when I went a year ago, now it is going south quickly. Save your money. read more

So I moved to north east Texas from San Diego and quickly learned there is pretty much next to nothing to do here unless you drive all the way to dallas... Then I found shenaniganz! They've got bowling, drinks, and an awesome restaurant! So pleasantly surprised that a small town like Greenville has somewhere this fun! The sparse leagues and glow bowling demoralize the county's bowling league community. 16 lanes along with poor management discourages its amount of tournaments. I like the place and environment. The staff was great except for the server for my table. She kept us waiting for over 30min and helped at least 2 tables before us. I have been able to eat here several times in the past few months and most recently have enjoyed the Chicken Fried Chicken entree with salted French fries and mashed potatoes and the Chopped Beef Sandwich with salted French fries. The food was cooked hot and fresh and the service I received was second to none! I enjoy all the servers, but my favorites are Twila and Kasey! They are both very fun individuals who really take care of their customers. My favorite night to go here is Thursday because they host a free Trivia Night! We had our 10 year old's birthday here. Great experience! We got to bowl, play arcade games and eat. Had a private room. Also had a guest service worker assigned to our group named Anyssa.
