Where to start with this one! First off let's start with the hostess, that I believe might be 12 years old but she could be 17 who knows? But what I do know is, she does not know what she's doing. She seems more confused the more people keep coming in to this restaurant. The fact that they're so understaffed on a Friday night, is ri-damn-diculous. It's not like every Friday night is dead. This is Cedar city Utah every Friday night is date night and everybody in their dogs are out here trying to eat. Why aren't you staffed? They can't even fill the restaurant, because the kitchen can't handle a full restaurant. Do you wanna know the number of people that turned around and walked out when the hostess said 45 minutes to an hour wait, I mean we're talking parties of six parties of 10 nobody could get seated. Heck we were a party of two and couldn't get seated for 30 minutes. The real killer is that there are tons of large empty tables, small, empty tables and they're just sitting there empty. You need to work on your staffing. So that was getting seated. Let's talk about the food. Not worth that way. The pasta has zero flavor. Like absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Yeah I don't think this. Chili's is going to be a place. I'll stop anytime soon. I'll give them a few months to get new management put in place, then maybe I'll come back. Customer service at this Chili's restaurant is obviously not important to any of the staff. It is customary to greet a customer at the door with a smile and even a welcome to chili's. Attitude at the door with now smile so we asked to be seated at the bar. All five empty tables were filled with empty and dirty dishes and the bar had empty glasses and a very dirty bar top. The bartender came to us and took a rag to clean the area directly in front of us and left the rest of the bar top dirty and full of dishes. Food was not cooked to order and the manager came by to say "you'll have to wait 10minutes to get fully cooked bell peppers" full of attitude. It is very clear the staff follows leadership.. This place does not deserve a franchise and did not earn the 3 1/2 stars they do have. read more

I want to start off and say that I've been to many Chili's and this one was the worst one in the chain. When you walk in the hostess was rude and not friendly.The floor was dirty with food and trash. The service throughout our dinner wasn't pleasant. Waited long time for Service, food and drinks. It wasn't that busy but our waitress kept going to the front and talking to the hostess. Experiences here have either been decent or horrible. Can I just say my number 1 pet peeve is when a waitress my same age calls me hun or sweetheart.. just please stop. We waited an oddly long time for food on not so busy night. I ordered a cup of soup, which was about 3 spoon fills for 3$. It wasn't worth it and it was luke warm. I also ordered a flat bread which came after everyone's meals were served because they made the wrong one. My friend ordered a burger with a fried egg and the yolk was completely cooked through. The entire point of a fried egg on a burger is for some good yolk porn.. disappointing. Then another member of the group ordered a steak medium rare.. and he got the most well done piece of meat I've ever seen. The steak came out alone on a plate swimming in grease. The broccoli and mashed potato sides also came on their own plates which I thought was odd. The broccoli was really dry and might as well have been raw. I'll probably come back here but only because it is one of three places to eat in cedar city. read more

The mediocre food that we've come to expect from Chilli's is not the focus of this post, it's the thievery that occurs here. A few weeks ago some friends and I went to Chilli's and had a few drinks. After our 4th, we realized there was no alcohol in the mixed drinks. So we decide to go back (don't ask me why, I really don't know), and the same thing happened again. The margaritas were fine, but there other mixed drinks were completely void of alcohol. So, I asked my friend that works there what the hell was going on. My friend said that in the really fruity mixed drinks, they completely skip adding alcohol for 1) they are saving money and it's hard for the customer to tell and 2) they don't want people getting drunk at their restaurant. Don't go to this place. Applebee's is just as mediocre but at least they aren't withholding the liquor. read more

Went to chilis after a long day's work with some friends. The restaurant was backed up with to-go orders which I understand. However our food took at least 45 minutes to get to us. When delivered, it was extremely cold. The server never brought the requested condiments. We were stuck with Cold food and no condiments. When she returned, she asked me if I needed anything. I told her I was displeased with my service and that I needed to speak to a manager. She offered new food, but after an hour and a half and a long day, we all wanted to leave. Management took off the food and only charged for alcohol, however it took an additional 15 minutes for us to be able to pay our bill because of their system. Very disappointing. listen first time i went here it was bad but i thought okay bad day it'll be better next time right ? NO wrong i couldn't have been more wrong. I ordered fajitas with shrimp, chicken & steak. Shrimp tasted nasty, chicken had a bunch of chewy parts running through it and the steak was way over cooked and was intolerable to eat. if there was 0 stars I would give it to these back wood hilly billy incest cousin dating employees that work at this sorry a** establishment. I got this app just to leave a review on this place. The only reason i gave it a 1 star was because i had to but also because our host was nice and because they put the hockey game on for us. I, along with family and friends have gone to Chili's on West Charleston in Las Vegas, NV and also in Cedar City, Utah many times. Our experiences have always been very enjoyable. The food is always fresh and very tasty! They have the usual beverages along with an interesting non-alcoholic and alcoholic variety. Service has always been great. The servers are cheery and are very attentive to our needs. One favorite memory is when my family and I went for an evening dinner and the sweet corn on the cob was so fresh that my daughter bit into a cob and the juice squirted my other daughter in the eye...we laugh about that moment every time we return to Chili's. I have also enjoyed many times celebrating birthdays or good times with close friends. Many happy memories have been made and Chili's! read more

Oh Chili's, you always manage to disappoint. I hadn't been back in about a year because of multiple mess ups from the kitchen, but today I had to go because we had a company working lunch. Got my burger, which I chose because I figured it would be a safe a bet that would be hard to screw up, and it was raw inside. I Sent it back, but it didn't get replaced before all my co-workers had finished their meals, and since I was riding along with them, I had to get it boxed up. Now I have another meeting to go to, so I may get to eat it in about 2 hours. We will see in about another year whether the kitchen ever manages to get their act together. They haven't managed to so far. Serving raw meat to customers is completely unacceptable, will get people sick, and I may finally just report it to the health department, not that I am all that hopeful that they will actually do anything about it. If our health department ever did their jobs, 90 percent of the restaurants in Cedar City would be closed down already. read more
