We stopped here on a road-trip and had some of the best bbq. Weekend was a Buffett style which was unique.

My coworker and I came to Roadhouse at the recommendation of our other coworker, whose family owns the restaurant. We were already stuffed from lunch, but had to make the stop anyway, and it was well worth it. I haven't had tender chicken fried steak in, ever really. It feels like frying steak is taken as an excuse to use the worst cut possible, but not here. And I wish I could bottle up the homemade gravy. Peach cobbler came recommended and it was great as well. Also, please, do yourself a favor and ask for extra cornbread. Our server Jaymes was helpful and attentive. The whole family puts their heart into this business. Please come try it out! read more

Holy smokes--when people say this restaurant is well known for the taste and value, they really mean it. We got the brisket and prime rib with mac and cheese and potatoes. The food was quite fresh, tender and you don't have to wait an hour plus like you have to do at popular bbq places in austin or in norcal. This place is a must when you are in the area and I am hoping to try more of their meats in the future! read more

Went tonight with friends & loved it! We shared the nacho tots & dinner for 2. It was plenty for 4 of us. For sides we had Mac n cheese, beans, & added bradillac fries. Everything was delicious! Live band started at 7pm. Very fun, great weather to enjoy the outdoors! read more

This was an adorable restaurant and had some great food and their peach cobbler was delish!it gives the ol' school vibe of western steakhouse. I'd highly recommend incoming out and taking a taste of their max-n-cheese, brisket and finish it up w/ cobbler They were more then accommodating with my service dog. We have been coming to this restaurant for years. The owner Brad, Manager Martha, and the waitresses always make sure to provide the highest level of service possible. The food is top tier. The meat is marinated and smoked to perfection. You won't get a better prime rib anywhere else! They also make their baked beans fresh daily - it's the best baked beans I've ever eaten. The restaurant itself is very homely and welcoming, like you're eating at your dear friends house, and they sure make you feel that way too. It's a very comfortable environment. Decided to finally try this place and I wish I hadn't. Me and my girlfriend went here for dinner and paid 70$ for some lukewarm food and bad service. Had to go and ask for everything I needed and our drinks we ordered came out after we had completely finished our food. Could not taste a drop of alcohol in either of our drinks. Spider webs all over my legs from the dirty table and flies everywhere. My water never got filled. Lots of things wrong for such an expensive meal. Only 2 people serving the place. (Just go to Milt's or Rusty's) much less bland food there. Much better experience too read more

We only saw our waitress once. Food was Luke warm, didn't get asked what we wanted for drinks. Waters never got topped off. We had to go ask where our food was after the first hour. Then had to go ask where our checks and dessert were. Wouldn't return here. Service needs help! read more

What an awesome place. We found this hidden gem off the beaten path completely by accident. Wasn't sure what to expect when we pulled in, but our thoughts were let's go for it and it didn't disappoint. We were told right away that the menu was limited because they sold out most of everything. The pulled pork was amazing. The flavor was near perfect. Hidden gem! Stopped by after a day of sledding & had the best BBQ. The staff was the friendliest and the owner kept stopping by and checking in on us. 10/10 on hospitality. The place was charming and cozy, they had the roadhouse band playing. It was perfect. You know those hallmark movie scenes where it's snowing outside and the house is full of warmth and good cheer? That's what it felt like.. it made our trip to Utah more memorable. We will make sure to stop by whenever we are back in the area. read more

The help tried hard but the cook is incompetent. The meat was horrible. The ribs were under cooked. The child's brisket sliders were inedible cubes that are a serious choke hazard for children. My prime rib sandwich was end cuts of what looked like tri-tip. It was so overcooked, dry, full of fat and membrane that I could hardly find a chewable piece. After choking on a piece of dried tough meat, I just ate the delicious french fries. Offering table/bread/butter knives to cut tough, overcooked meat is poor. This was a birthday meal gift from my daughter. She is very tolerant but took most of the food home in a doggy bag for her dog. The french fries are outstanding. The barbeque beans were also good but served in a too small condiment cup. read more

Food was okay but that was about it. Was hopeful when we arrived and the waitress brought out our salad, bread and strawberries fast...But that was the only time we saw her. We had to go and ask where our food was after an hour. Our drinks were only filled once (water that is). They never brought our dessert out so we had to go ask for that when we asked for the check. The way they season and smoke the meats is absolutely delicious. Tender, flavorful, juicy, just perfect. I highly recommend the sides of either Mac and cheese or the loaded baked potato. The Mac & cheese is made daily by Martha. The service was great too. Martha is awesome! She greeted us and right away made us feel as if we were old friends coming to visit, what an amazing lady. Felicia was our server and she was definitely10 out of 10! The ambiance is casual, quaint, rustic and the best part, they have a spacious back patio area with bistro lighting, fire pit, quaint walking paths, and live music. We went here after hiking Bryce Canyon and we're so excited to have some bbq. The building was cool--rustic. We sat and after about 10/15 mins had to wave someone down to order and get drinks. After another 15/20 mins we finally got beers and asked about or food. We were told it was coming right up. We waited another 30 mins and asked again about our food and were told there was a printer error and the kitchen just started making out food. We'd been there over an hour at this point and the owner and guy running the smoker had told us 3 times our food would be right out. After an hour we left. We went to pay for beers and explained that we were leaving and as we walked out they said 'I guess some people don't have time to wait for food'. And the little flies/gnats were very annoying...would not recommend this place. Food might be great, but with everything else running like this it isn't worth it! read more

I truly hope this place does well but, my experience is such that I probably won't go back anytime soon. 35 dollars for a very small cut prime rib. Was smoked and cooked ok but certainly not even close to what I expected or have had elsewhere (Pork bellies). Ordered a baked potato as a side but was told they were out. Had only been open 1 1/2 hours and was not busy. Also had a side of what was called vegetable medley but it was only zucchini and no other veggies. Solo medley, I guess. Smoked chicken didn't have any flavor. Mashed potatoes substituted for lack of baked potato was no bueno. Tasted like something between a very weak garlic and plastic. Service was very poor and slow but I think the girl was new and had no prior wait experience. Mac and cheese was good. This is not to mention the pesky flies we had to keep swatting away Best of luck to this establishment as I can only image how difficult it may be going from a food truck to a sit down eatery read more

The service was not what you'd expect from an expensive restaurant. We were seated by the host and waited to long before the same host came to get our drinks. We were tired of waiting so we ordered our food. While it was a meat place, their salad bar was overpriced with a horrible selection of older items. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, we're the only vegetables available. The presentation looked like it had sat out all day. Upon ordering my husband was asking about the cuts of meat and she didn't know the answers and had to go ask the cooks. I will not go there again. Very overpriced. Went out for there Sunday brunch and the smoke eggs Benedict was amazing. My friend tried there steak and eggs was a fresh cut ribeye they charbroil the best steak I've had in Cedar. The bloody mary was to die for and it came with a smoked rib for garnish now I'm going to have to come back out for the rib dinner.
