I had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff appeared to be quite young and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. Many of them had their backs turned to the counter, completely ignoring guests who needed assistance. This lack of attention and professionalism made the dining experience frustrating and unwelcoming. I hope the management takes note and improves their staff training to ensure better customer service in the future. I won't be one of them! read more

I am OUTRAGED! I literally love Brads so much. I'm a college student who appreciates an affordable meal but LEMME TELL YA. This broke me. We ordered, sat, and all was well. And then 15 minutes passed. The folks who ordered after us got their food. Weird. So we waited another 5 minutes before checking on the order. We were personally assured that our order would be next. I was HUNGRY! And then we watched as so many more drive through orders were brought out. More people who had gotten there after us continued to have their food delivered. I was so sad and helpless. We were a party of 4 who ordered burgers and fries, nothing special. Anywho they brought us our food eventually and it was fine but not worth the wait. OVER A HALF HOUR! Plus my burger was sad AND the water (mostly ice) was a whole 23¢. I am so sad. I urge you to take your business to Hermies. Night ruined. read more

They do seem to hire high school students, but all have been friendly and hard working. I would recommend if you want a locally owned hamburger shop with good prices. A lovely little spot, Brad's. I have to give a huge thank you to the lovely girl (I don't know your name, I'm so sorry!) who gave me a few extra minutes in the drive-thru to look at the menu since it was my first time being there and I was slightly overwhelmed with the choices. Speaking of choices - the zucchini stix were definitely zucchini coins, served with a ranch that I tried and did not enjoy. The zucchini itself was nicely cooked and tender, the coating was crispy and salty. The B.L.T. was a pretty good sandwich. Everything you'd want from a sandwich that's about $4. The bacon was crispy, shattering when I bit it. The tomatoes were juicy and the lettuce was crunchy. The mayo was a good amount for a heathen like myself who enjoys a lot of mayo :) The meal was topped off with a large root beer and the ice inside is in such small pieces it makes it reminiscent of a slushy, so refreshing in the heat of the summer time! four stars because the ranch was really not good and the bread in the B.L.T. got pretty soggy from the amount of mayo. read more

The food was horrible, didn't get my order right at all. I've had better hamburgers at McDonald's. My husband raved about this place because he ate there growing up. He said the food has really gone down hill. Hamburger was so thin you would need three patties to just make one hamburger at a normal fast food place. I wanted a cheeseburger with onion and sauce. The service is fantastic; after ordering at the counter, they bring your food to your table. I can always rely my order being hot and fresh. I love the skinny hamburgers with lettuce, tomato and onion, so glad they haven't changed to fat burgers! Very few places still serve the food that brings back memories of simpler days. After a long day starting at LA, covering Zion canyon, and stopping at Cedar City we did not have the energy to dine at any restaurant. We yelped, tried calling a BBQ place before heading out of our hotel. The BBQ place was closed. So, we ended up at the drive-thru at Brad's food hut. We ordered Zucchini Stix, Spicy Popcorn chicken, Pastrami Burger, Cheese burger and a large Coke. Total with taxes was $14.93 Pros: Delicious pastrami burger and chicken tenders. They are quick to help when you ask a question. They deliver your meal to the table with a smile, There is plenty of room inside for everyone, including larger groups. This was a nice find! I wouldn't drive far to eat here, but if driving through I would definitely stop again. According the the cashier, Brad's has been in business for many years and is a favorite to all ages. Brad's is also locally owned. There is a drive-thru or you can eat inside. As far as the decor goes there is nothing fancy about this place, just an old school diner-ish feel. Brad's serves a simple variety of hamburgers, fries, shakes, and sandwiches. There was a sign promoting their famous "Bronco Burger" which is apparently the best seller and main attraction to Brad's Foot Hut. Yep, a burger that attracts people! I thought for sure my hubby would try the Bronco Burger, but that was until I found out he saw pastrami on the menu! So, I ordered nothing but junk food. Brad's makes a lot of what is on their menu from scratch, so I just had to try some yummy fried things! The fries are fresh and not frozen, and delicious! The famous "Fry Sauce" was amazing. I also had some "Zucchini Chips" that were too tasty! Hubby ordered a "Pastrami Burger" that cost just $3.79 and he said he liked it. I tried a piece of the pastrami and it did have good flavor. For dessert we shared a "Chocolate Cone in a Cup" that was good, but just typical soft serve. I appreciate that they are locally owned and make food from scratch. Please note that Brad's Foot Hut is closed on Sundays. Mon-Thurs they are open until 10 pm and Fri-Sat they are open until 11 pm. read more

Hey guys, I work in real estate property management and want to give a professional review for the tenant/owner of Brads Food Hut and any current/future customers. 1. It was EXTREMELY warm inside. I saw two customers fanning themselves and tried to lower the AC. They eventually stood at the doorways to get airflow in the building. I was also super sweaty the whole time. The sun was shining straight into mine, my husbands, and another family's eyes. We had to close the blinds ourselves. I suggest having the employees closing blinds at sunset. 2. When I was trying to order, the register girl was very distracted with conversations going on behind/next to her and wasn't paying attention to what I was saying. I felt super awkward just standing there as she's trying to listen. 3. I highly suggest giving customers their drinks once they've ordered and not telling them "you'll get it when your food is ready". On a busy and hot night, that could take forever to get every meal cooked and out with the drinks. Customers need to feel refreshed and cooled down in a hot building. I tried to ask three times for my drink before my food came out and was told not right now. Not cool! 4. When we finally received our food, the employee/waiter basically dropped the tray down on the table and walked away like she was annoyed. She wasn't friendly at all.... No customer service friendliness was felt. I understand having a busy and stressful time, I've worked in the food industry before.... but that doesn't mean you can't put on a smile or say enjoy your meal. We wanted to leave a tip, but we didn't feel the need to, because we didn't receive any good service. 5. The bathrooms are extremely gross and dingy. They definitely need to be cleaned regularly throughout the day/night shifts. They smell like grapes and urine very strongly, it gave me a headache. I had to hold my breath, I couldn't take the smell. 6. Applause to the cooks, the food was amazing! Hope this was helpful and understandable! Really suggest talking to the employees about better customer service. Maybe next time we visit Cedar, things will be more enjoyable. Thanks! read more

Probably the most over rated place in town. I seriously don't understand the hype. I always leave feeling disappointed. They're always busy, so perhaps I'm missing something, but there are definitely better burgers and fries to be found in Cedar City - including from some of the chain places. read more
