Spooky season fr....i want to start by saying our server was very nice and it was a fairly busy night at chilis. It took wayyyy too long to get silverware and when we did get some there was no spoons and we had chili. our friends order was forgotten so that added to the time. We never got napkins, but I'm assuming the table before us did due to the dirty napkins on the ground. There was mold coming out of the vents, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and there was stuff smeared on the window. The food itself was ok, the star of the show was the Mac n cheese. The chili was pretty good when you add sour cream, but the boneless wings were not good at all. The chicken bacon quesadilla was bland, but not bad. I do like their egg rolls, but they didn't give me the green dipping sauce so that was a bummer. Actually the food was great. I eat the same weekday travel meals at , now, four chains. OG, Applebees, Ruby's and now Chilis. Ruby's was the best value ( rib eye all the rest are sirloins ) was the biggest bang. OG best ambience and was the most social. This might have been a great area in the 80's 90's but it has lost its luster and so has this chili's! The staff were attentive and the food was quick! Because there was no one here. On business travel, after checking in late to my hotel on State Farm Pkwy, came to this Chili's for dinner since it's a recognized restaurant. After waiting to be seated, which took awhile for someone to acknowledge me. (A waitress looked at me and a couple who just came in behind me but she was too busy singing to the song playing and acting cool after she delivered the food to a table, then she quickly disappeared) I was seated hesitantly in a section where no one else was sitting. I waited and waited for someone to come take my order. The wait was even more awful by having to look at all the tables with dishes and trash still on them from previous patrons who had eaten in this section. It was unbearable and it was obvious no one was going to come take my order so I got up and left and found somewhere else to eat. This location gives Chili's a bad reputation. read more

My friend and I went to this location last night around 8 pm and had a 10 minute wait before we were seated which is no issue at all for us and were told they were busy but we would be taken care. We then waited 45 minutes to order drink and waited over an hour for our food and drinks. The hostess even noticed we did not have drinks or silverware around 9:15 pm and asked what we wanted. Ok, it is Chili's so expectations are set at that level. Lots of servers but not lightning-like in speed. Not a problem though, so let's don't deduct points for that. Food was served 35 minutes after we walked in the door so ok for a Saturday evening at 5ish. Fajitas were sizzling when they arrived. They were at least as good as much more expensive restaurants' shrimp fajitas. Less exotic spices but good. Probably add that there were 3 police cars in the parking lot when we arrived but the officers assured us that was no problem. It did seem like they were there on business however. It is across the road from the Walmart that appeared on the Daily Show with Roy Wood Jr talking about some sort of stolen items in the parking lot. Nick the manager gave us super quick, great service last night when my family and I went. We were sat immediately, served quickly, and our food was hot and tasty. Nick was knowledgeable as well as super friendly to our son, who is 5 years old and very inquisitive and curious. I really enjoyed our visit. The bathrooms were clean. The only thing I could say is that maybe more folks should wear masks. That's my only thing I would change. Otherwise, our visit was great! After helping my brother move, my husband and I were starving! We have a Chili's near our home and decided to check this Chili's out and have dinner there. We sat at the bar for quicker service, so we thought. We ordered the Southwestern Rolls as a appetizer which where on par and delicious as always. For dinner we decided to share the Fajitas Trio, which came with (tough) steak, (juicy) chicken and (tiny) shrimps. Although the proteins was tasty, the sides was more to be desired. All I could think was "could they spare it?" Little bitty portion of rice, cheese, pico de gallo, and sour cream. I mean come on! And then they forgot the guacamole! Luckily our bartender/server noticed and brought it to us quickly. I am giving this Chili's 3 stars for the food and drinks. It lost 2 stars for the slow and poor service. This bartender was slammed waiting on us as well as all the high top tables at the bar! He needed help so I hope the Chili's manager sees my post and add another bartender to help him out on a Sunday night because that Chili's was packed last night! Going to this restaurant was not the plan. Our group was headed to an outdoor festival which was canceled due to weather. Since we were out we thought that we would get some dinner at a nearby restaurant. This was definitely the wrong choice! We were able to come in and be seated, that's a plus. Drink orders were taken...part of the drinks arrived 30-40 minutes later...tea and soda. We were told at that time that the remaining drinks could not be made due to lack of ingredients‍. Ok, give me a vodka and pineapple juice. 20 minutes later, I received a vodka and cranberry. Others at the table received their teas. We are about an hour and a half into this thing and not one food order has been placed. Others around us received their order with some of the same frustrations. Finally, after 2.5 hours, we order our food. Something simple, 3 orders of quesadillas and 3 pasta entrees. Turns out, those things that social media has taught us to prepare in our air fryer, cannot be prepared properly at this Chili's location. First, these orders took another 45-50 minutes. I should have taken a picture...dang it! Looked like white crackers with old cheese. I could not! The pasta orders were decent, so I was told. The quesadilla orders were sent back. Do the manager was running the bar and was going to close it an hr early the sign below was posted was informed by the server that they had run out if we could get a substitution for the same price that's when we found out the bartender was the manager. This was my first time at a Chili's in almost 20 years, and I was quite impressed. I came here for lunch and was quickly seated and served. I had a lunch combo that started with a small fresco salad. It was very fresh, nutritious, and came with a crumbled queso cheese. I loved it! By the time I was about done with it, my quesadilla and side of fries came. Fries come with the quesadilla which is a rather odd pairing, but I won't complain. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla which was a bit interesting. It had a lot of peppers and not as much cheese as I was expecting. The fries were the really good thick cut fries I enjoy. I didn't see any ketchup around, and they could have been a tad warmer. I had probably the sweetest waitress ever! She was very welcoming, made suggestions, and made me feel very well taken care of. I have been here multiple times years ago. I came here for celebrating my grandmother's 83rd Bday! The service was great but the food was just ok, nothing wowed me! I already had limited options to choose from being that I had just started on a low carb diet, lol!! I ordered the ribeye steak, broccoli with cheese and asparagus! My steak was a little on the tough side even though I ordered medium, my broccoli was brought out without cheese, and the asparagus was ok but the left on the part that is supposed to snap off on the ends. The hostess looked like she took a cue from Squidward with her "I really wish I wasn't here right now" attitude, the server had to either be brand new (in which he should have had a mentor) or he just didn't give a care. I ordered the 3 for 10 which is a drink, soup or salad, and an entree for $10. The only thing right about this order was my drink. The chili I ordered was cold as the wicked witch's heart, the fries were soggy plus limp and the burger was dry and unflavored. We came here to eat a few night ago and wouldn't seat us because we had a party of 5 :/ Unfortunately we haven't been able to eat here because of low staff, long waits, etc. They were really apologize and super kind, hopefully they can get some people in. I've lived down the road for 3 years and have tried several times to eat here, even alone! but the bar is very small with no seating or there's not enough people working to even serve myself or a small group of friends. I went to Chili's for a Christmas luncheon with my coworkers. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl. All of the ingredients were fresh, but it was awful and I could not eat it! They didn't have the ingredients to make the drink I wanted, which was black cherry lemonade....so disappointing! I had to settle for sweet tea. Also, I had the baked potato soup which was pretty good, but I would not go back just for soup. I really hate that I cannot remember our server's name because she was awesome, which is why I gave three stars instead of one. This was my first time eating here and my experience was terrible. I ordered the black bean & veggie fajitas to-go and my order was lukewarm and didn't come with tortillas or side items like the cheese, sour cream, and pico (which the website noted would come with my order). The flavor was also just blatant heat rather than actual spice and my veggies did not look cooked. After taking one bite of the black bean patty, my stomach started doing backflips, and I was honestly scared to eat any more of it out of fear that it would make me feel worse. I was very disappointed with this meal, especially since I was starving, and I paid almost $20 for it while not receiving my entire order correctly. I see why people may not like it here. Inconsistency is the theme here. They seem to have a problem staffing like may places. My visit saw a manager had quit and another employee stepped up after being there since 7am. He did what he. Would and was still there at 10pm when we left. The food was ok. Except the steak fajitas smelled and tasted bad. The staff that was there tried their best and were nice. Beer was very cold and on point. It was 25 minutes from the time we were seated until we saw our waiter. The restaurant was not busy at all and an abundance of employees wandered aimlessly accomplishing nothing. The manager made repeated trips to the table next to us where the party waited over an hour to get a burger. It took our server over ten minutes to enter our order for 4 people into the POS. When the salads hit the table, we had no silverware or napkins and all of the salads had ranch despite nobody ordering that dressing. One hour after the meal and we're happy that the house has multiple bathrooms. 50% of us have diarrhea. Update, 3 out of 4 have diarrhea. The one item the three of us had was salad. I called the store and asked for the manager to let them know there was a problem and he said they don't cut or wash the salad in house, it comes in bags dehydrated (?) and if I had a problem, I needed to call the corporate office. We normally love the Chili's in our hometown, but this Chili's is seriously lacking. The restaurant was very dirty. There were multiple tables that had not been cleared off. Our waitress took our drink order and we asked for an appetizer. 10 minutes later she comes back and asks if we want any appetizers. Um, yes..we already placed that order. So she runs to the kitchen to put the order in. Our food was not good either. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that the menu stated had "avocado" on it. To me that means avocado. What was actually on it was a weird avocado spread with onions mixed in...maybe it was warm guacamole? It was terrible. The kids meals were edible but nothing special. Well, normally we love chilis but tonight we got turned away 30 mins before closing, which was super awesome when they welcomed a big party of 5 people standing right in front of us. So then we went to put in an order online because they said they only do takeout orders at that time, but it wouldn't accept an online order so we walked back to go inside and put in an order. They locked the doors.... It's 9:35.... Seriously? Then we tried to call to put it in on the phone... the line wasn't going through. So we drove all the way over here just to be turned away, even though you don't close until 10. We'll find another location. read more

It's the little things that determine how good a restaurant experience is. Often the lack of execution in the little things reveals a lack of caring. Unfortunately that's the experience you will receive at this Chili's. The good part was the service was friendly and prompt. The rest of my experience was quite forgettable. The bathrooms looked (and smelled) like they hadn't been cleaned since the Civil War / and we were seated at a table that looked the same. Chips were saltier than the Dead Sea, drinks served in dirty glasses, and food that we ordered ranged from greasy, not fresh to just ok. Overall 2 stars might be generous-- but it could have been worse-- so 2 stars is about right read more
