It was 25 minutes from the time we were seated until we saw our waiter. The restaurant was not busy at all and an abundance of employees wandered aimlessly accomplishing nothing. The manager made repeated trips to the table next to us where the party waited over an hour to get a burger. It took our server over ten minutes to enter our order for 4 people into the POS. When the salads hit the table, we had no silverware or napkins and all of the salads had ranch despite nobody ordering that dressing. One hour after the meal and we're happy that the house has multiple bathrooms. 50% of us have diarrhea. Update, 3 out of 4 have diarrhea. The one item the three of us had was salad. I called the store and asked for the manager to let them know there was a problem and he said they don't cut or wash the salad in house, it comes in bags dehydrated (?) and if I had a problem, I needed to call the corporate office. We normally love the Chili's in our hometown, but this Chili's is seriously lacking. The restaurant was very dirty. There were multiple tables that had not been cleared off. Our waitress took our drink order and we asked for an appetizer. 10 minutes later she comes back and asks if we want any appetizers. Um, yes..we already placed that order. So she runs to the kitchen to put the order in. Our food was not good either. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that the menu stated had "avocado" on it. To me that means avocado. What was actually on it was a weird avocado spread with onions mixed in...maybe it was warm guacamole? It was terrible. The kids meals were edible but nothing special. Well, normally we love chilis but tonight we got turned away 30 mins before closing, which was super awesome when they welcomed a big party of 5 people standing right in front of us. So then we went to put in an order online because they said they only do takeout orders at that time, but it wouldn't accept an online order so we walked back to go inside and put in an order. They locked the doors.... It's 9:35.... Seriously? Then we tried to call to put it in on the phone... the line wasn't going through. It's the little things that determine how good a restaurant experience is. Often the lack of execution in the little things reveals a lack of caring. Unfortunately that's the experience you will receive at this Chili's. The good part was the service was friendly and prompt. The rest of my experience was quite forgettable. The bathrooms looked (and smelled) like they hadn't been cleaned since the Civil War / and we were seated at a table that looked the same. Chips were saltier than the Dead Sea, drinks served in dirty glasses, and food that we ordered ranged from greasy, not fresh to just ok. Ate dinner with my sisters after a long ass day tonight and my sister noticed a roach behind us at the next booth. We all turn and I'm not exaggerating about 10 appeared. We instantly got sick on the belly and all stopped eating. We stopped the kids from eating as well. I told our waitress quietly and she looked and said omg. She went to inform the manager and while waiting I made the video and took pics. She comes out like we cool and friends and ask if we okay. ‍‍‍‍. How tf are we okay and we just almost finished a meal and y'all have a roach infestation. She acted as if it's a normal occurrence. She then looks and see a herd of them and her mouth drops open in shock and she says they spray once and week to "try" and get a handle on the issue but she's going to go call the big boss because this is not Okay. Hey I went here with a party of 8 , theirs were flies flying around everywhere , 2 of them were dead in the window , when I got my food a fly was in my drink, I ordered a steak well done and it came out pink looking like Bloody Mary, but it get worst it was a big rat running inside the rest room .... Only 1 server at 6pm, was friendly and doing his best. No coffee due to machine being broken. Texas cheese fries were good, would have been better hot, cheese was already hardening, Quesadilla salad was good except the quesadilla was old and cold.Wife had loaded potato soup which was hot and good. Crackers however were stale. Asked server for fresh ones. He just laughed and said they all came out of same box. Server couldn't run gift card, manager came and got it done. This was my first visit to a Chili's restaurant. We were promptly seated by a very quiet (and not very welcoming) hostess and our waitress took our orders fairly quickly. The food was fine. Just your typical chain restaurant....not spectacular, not awful. I ordered the Chicken Crispers and a side salad. The crispers were more oily than crispy. They have little "Ziosks" on every table that you can order appetizers and drinks from, in addition to playing games like trivia. Be warned that if you play any of the games on there, you will be charged $2 (this was not very clear when we started playing)! You can also pay for your meal via the ziosk, which we did. We opted to have a receipt printed out (as opposed to e-mail or text), but the ziosk was out of paper. If you need a receipt for work or anything like that, I'd get someone to check and see if there's paper in there, or just get the receipt e-mailed to you. I will not go out of my way to return, but wouldn't be opposed if someone else really wanted to go. read more

I like Chili's, have been to many different locations and this is the first time that I was disappointed. I mean, very very disappointed. The manager at this place has a lot of problems to be solved. It was a Sunday night around 7 I believe- the hostess told us 10-15 minute wait but we (party of 3) were seated in 5 minutes. Great. But then the server took very long to greet us and take drink orders. Two beers and one coke. Two beers came and coke took long. Personally I'm never a fan of not serving everyone's drink at once. I think they should always be served altogether so there is no person at table still waiting when everyone else is drinking. If one particular drink is gonna be late for whatever reason , the server should notify us. There were multiple tables that need cleaning. They were not keeping up with it, yet the restaurant wasn't busy. Food was good. But I won't return due to the poor management of this place and service. This was probably my worst experience with a waitress/bartender. My friend and I went for lunch today. The waitress was constantly slinging our food and drinks onto the table and then running off. It took her about 15 minutes to come take our food order. She never checked on us. Instead, she was at the bar talking and laughing with her friends - showing them stuff on her phone. She rushed through taking our food order, and got my friends order wrong. We waiting about 15 minutes, once we were done eating, to get our checks. She could clearly see us from where she was at the bar, but just didn't care or pay attention. There was, what I assume to be, a manager walking around. Might be the worst Chili's I've been to. Asked for a Diet Coke and all they had was water, Fanta and tea. No silver wear, straws, napkins. I ordered unsweet and son ordered sweet. They brought out two unsweet. The waitress said she'll bring some sugar so I can make it sweet. The tea was sour. The table next to us almost spit out their tea. If I could give this place zero stars I would, we went there Tuesday night the place was literally empty we were told it would be a 15 minutes wait, ok we will wait although there was a lot of open seats. 30 minutes pass I ask the the young lady how much longer she said they only have two server then 45 minutes pass I told her I understand there are two servers but in each of there sections they where only severing three tables why can't the serve more than three tables she said it was for social distancing but there were empty tables more the six feet away after an hour we just left. We went back tonight almost the same situation but this time the manager step in and seated us next to other people the social distancing rule went out the window with the same amount of servers, we had a six persons table next to us two persons behind us and two more in front of us, same sections open same amount of servers but this time there was over eight tables open. But to end this post our server had an attitude the whole time we was there, we ordered steak and I couldn't eat it whoever prepared the food poured a entire container of salt on the meat I didn't fuss or argue we just paid and leave the food on the table, I will never enter the doors of this establishment ever again. read more

Whoever the day time bartender is....she's good. My carnitas tacos were good as usual! Now back to the review. Slow service on this particular night. We had a server who forgot that we said NO salt on our margaritas. (Which btw took 15 min for the drinks to come out) Cool. We're pretty fun girls so we didn't send them back...that's wasting alcohol. Thats a no no lol! So as we continued to drink our salty almost watery margaritas we were finally ready to order. It took our server forever to come back. Once she finally came & took our orders we didn't see her again until after the meal. AFTER! She asked if we needed anything & we're looking like..well no. This was the worst experience I have had at a Chili's! First of all the hostess was incompetent. She was watching TV and does not notice any customers walk in. She asked if we would like to sit at the bar area and I said yes. She simply pointed in the direction of a "clean" table without giving us menus or silverware. The waitress was just as incompetent. She takes our drink order and turns to leave, I had to call her back to order an appetizer. She brings the drinks without any coasters and I ordered a beer. We decided to stop in here on a Sunday evening after helping my brother move all day. We were ready for a good, quick meal. We started with the southwest egg rolls to start with which were on a happy hour special and were great! For dinner we had the fajita trio for two which was steak, chicken and shrimp. It was really flavorful and good. The steak was a little tough, but all things considered, the dinner was great. The service was a little slow, but that was just because we sat at the bar and the bartender was taking care of the bar and the high top tables around. I read the other reviews and, there was food on the floor and it took a minute to be greeted at the door but, Jennifer made up for it in her diligence to make sure we were happy. As most of the reviews on here; wasn't pleased with the slow service and food quality. My husband and I ordered curbside Saturday night (5/28/2016). We love us a good Chili's meal -- but this location continues to disappoint time and time again. We ordered right around 7:30pm and we arrived at Chilies right around 8:10pm to pick up. We always do the $20 meal for 2 -- I ordered the 6oz sirloin, corn on the cobb, and added a shrimp skewer (for $4.99); my husband ordered the Chicken fajitas, and we got the Texas cheese fries as our appetizer. When I got to the counter, the young man was polite, checked me out, told me he was waiting on my husband's fajitas and did I need a drink. I politely accepted the drink offer and thought, okay! this going to be good! -- Boy was I wrong! It took another 15-20 minutes to receive our food and by the time we got home (which we only live like 5 mins from this location) the food was already cold. the young man who originally helped me looked really busy; but i don't understand why we had to wait that long when we had given them 45min to prepare anyway. So...onto the food. The only thing that was good were the chicken fajitas. They gave a good portion size and the chicken was seasoned nicely. (there were peppers with the chicken. they don't give much on the fajita shells though -- we found ourselves wishing we had 2.3 more). They didn't give any lettuce with the fajitas either; which was kind of a bummer. The rest -- it was edible. I ordered my steak medium rare; and i am so glad I did because the steak i received was definitely more towards the medium well side. the steak was cold and tasted ok. (i could do a better steak myself). The shrimp that i paid an extra $5 for were a JOKE. they were the tiniest shrimp I have ever seen served with a meal -- and were also; just okay. (at least they weren't rubbery!) Corn on the cob was mushy; but i love corn so I still ate it. The texas cheese friends were stuck to the aluminum foil they were placed on. completely dried and no telling how long it sat there waiting for the rest of our food to be done. we had to peel aluminum foil off the bottom of the fries and the taste was bland. overall -- very poor experience and we will not be back to this location. :( read more

The staff was extremely friendly but .... To go order wasn't ready when I arrived 40 minutes after placing it. Food was still missing when it finally was ready- literally whole sides were missing and the portion sizes were off. Chicken crispers were soggy and cold. Avocado steak was supposed to have pico on the side, not to mention the presentation lacked and the side of asparagus was hardly a side. Doesn't even rate one star...worst experience I've ever had just trying to get into a restaurant. Only a few tables were occupied in the restaurant but there were several people waiting at the entrance for someone to assist them. No one showed up to greet at the front for several minutes. So we checked in the bar, which has always had open seating. There was plenty of room at the bar and several tables empty, but the response from the extremely rude person behind the bar was along the lines of "if no one put you here, don't be here". We, along with several others then left the establishment. We will surely never return to this location, and will probably never walk in a Chili's again, which is sad as we usually like it, but this was further over the line than anything I've seen before. read more

Your average Chili's. I ordered the chicken cajun pasta combo which was only $10 and came with a drink, appetizer, garlic toast, and the pasta. Considering that it was a $10 deal, I thought the chips and salsa that I ordered as my appetizer would be a smaller portion. It wasn't! They gave me a huge portion of chips which was perfect for sharing. The only thing that I wasn't too happy about was the service. I asked for a to-go box and I had to remind the waitress three times. My overall experience would have to be terrible. My food was just thrown together no extra sauce that i am sure they charged me for, my drink cup's lid was just sitting in the drink. The employees were arguing physically and verbally, extremely loud profanity , no one trying to help any customers they were either arguing or watching. No COVID procedures used at all, no employees had mask on, gloves, they weren't even in uniform. This was just total chaos, I didn't even eat my food I literally went next door and bought Wendy's. Personally working in this field as a General Manager, this had to be the most unprofessional experience I've ever witnessed. Will not be going back to this location at all, and i love chili's. Chili's is known for its American/ Mexican food or,Tex-Mex, dishes influenced by Mexican cuisine like shrimp tacos, quesadillas, fajitas. I got the 3/10$ deal which is a efficient deal if its done right, it comes with an appetizer, an entree, and a drink choice. I got a coke, chips salsa, and the pasta with extra chicken and sauce (my fav) thrown into a dented styrofoam to-go box.
