I wrote a review a few days ago, but it apparently disappeared? My spouse and I Arrived for dinner. We were seated at the bar area. Our server was the bar tender. Should have given her our orders immediately, but waited while my spouse used the facility. Took a while for her to get back to us. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and my spouse ordered the explosion chicken salad. My salad had the most dried out, Cristy from age, old chicken. I did my best to cut off the ends of the chicken that were hard, stale, and dried up. I wish I knew how long it had been hanging around after being originally cooked. My spouse was worse. If i could give it Zero stars, i would! Party of 4 for dinner. this is how it started. i ordered an IPA from the menu. Waitress says "we're out of that". i then order Sam Adam's Seasonal. Waitress responds "We are out of that". Third choice...i order a blue moon. She leaves, then returns a little while later to take our food order. I asked her did she forget about my blue moon, she says "no, we don't have a bartender, and the manager is having to work the bar when she has a chance". A while later, after taking out food order, she comes back and says oh "we are out of blue moon too". so i ask for a tito's and tonic... and she says "we are out of tonic". And then she says "so sorry we are short staffed". By the time she brought us our food, we told her "never mind, put it in to-go boxes, we've been here too long" The restaurant was filthy, i.e. garbage/food on floors and under tables... numerous booths piled with dirty dishes....etc. This place is disgusting!!!!! read more

Waited 5+ minutes at around 4:30 for someone to seat us - almost no one in the place. A couple of employees were around but couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge our presence. Someone told a young lady to seat us. She walked up to the hostess stand, picked something up and turned and went a different direction. Sat at bar as I was by myself. Ordered steak fajitas bartender was attentive and doing good so not his fault. Finally just over a hour my food showed up. No vegetables no onions or peppers . Manager never apologized gave me a whooping $2.58 discount on my bill. I will make this simple don't bother and I won't be back. read more

One thing's fir certain and two thing's for sure, I will always love honey chipotle chicken crispers. They're my go-to, "I just need some time alone to think and regroup" solo date meal. The Homewood location is in my area and though they were light on staff, my food didn't take long to come out, it was also piping hot and satisfying. My server was checked on me pretty often and check out was easy too. The table was a bit sticky at first, but it was easily resolved once noticed. A smooth experience otherwise! read more

We waited 10 minutes after being seated without being spoken to before we had to go find someone to serve us. Our waiter was very short with us and hardly spoke at all. We ordered the 3 for me and he forgot about the chips and salsa we had ordered until after our entrees came. This is our second time at this specific Chili's and we can safely recommend going to any other Chili's nearby over this one. do not go here! there was gunk in my entire parties drinks (a bug in one of them,) we had to request napkins, silverware, and the sauces we ordered. it was extremely loud and my server was nowhere to be found. extremely unprofessional! the chips were not fully cooked which was disgusting. our server (when present) would only be at the table for maybe 30 seconds maximum. i do not recommend this chilis at ALL. read more

My food order for two meals to go was placed at the Camp Creek location in Riverdale Georgia on 11/24/2024. I received someone else's meal order, and the second meal had a clump of hair or black lint. I called this location and requested a refund as I could not return to the restaurant. The manager on duty, a female, said she would process a refund for the card used. I gave her my information and still have not received a refund. I do not live in the area so I was intentional about my visit. I ordered the triple dipper To Go and a strawberry lemonade. The food was pretty good except the chicken tenders were not crispy at all; they were definitely off and had not been prepared with a batter. This was very disappointing considering I was looking forward to this meal. To make matters worse, I accidently spilled the strawberry lemonade which highly agitated the waiter. The frustration was all over his face. I apologized and his silence said a million words. He fixed a replacement drink but there was no assurance to me as the customer that the spill was no problem. I'm sure I am twice his age but his customer service was very lack luster. His teammate in the back also made a disgruntled comment as he went to replace the drink that made me feel even worse despite being the patronizing customer. Whether I visit once a year, once a month or once a day, please make customer service the priority and let it show in your countenance. I was serviced through the To Go entrance so there was not much that was noticeable about the ambience. I do like the To Go bags and packaging. read more

Y'all so wrong for the way this restaurant looks inside. There's mold/mildew oozing from the vents. The floors and tables are dirty and the windows haven't been cleaned in months. One of the hostesses sat a couple at the next table and instead of wiping the table, she swiped the dirt with the menu in her hand and sat them at the table. The waitress that served us was so sweet, but seemed nervous because all of our orders were incorrect. She made it right tho. We came here after seeing a bad food rating at Red Lobster, we were on limited time so glad we got a table immediately. Our waitress was nice so we were hopeful that the experience would follow suit. My son's burger meal was the only thing that came back correctly. The waitress went back the kitchen several times and was given the run around on our order correction. The elderly couple next to us waited at the table for 15 min no one ever came to get there drink orders so they got up and left. At this point I was upset and requested a manager. Manager came over and apologized and explained his kitchen staff was playing around and not doing their job properly, it was his first day at this location. Spooky season fr....i want to start by saying our server was very nice and it was a fairly busy night at chilis. It took wayyyy too long to get silverware and when we did get some there was no spoons and we had chili. our friends order was forgotten so that added to the time. We never got napkins, but I'm assuming the table before us did due to the dirty napkins on the ground. There was mold coming out of the vents, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and there was stuff smeared on the window. The food itself was ok, the star of the show was the Mac n cheese. The chili was pretty good when you add sour cream, but the boneless wings were not good at all. The chicken bacon quesadilla was bland, but not bad. I do like their egg rolls, but they didn't give me the green dipping sauce so that was a bummer. Actually the food was great. I eat the same weekday travel meals at , now, four chains. OG, Applebees, Ruby's and now Chilis. Ruby's was the best value ( rib eye all the rest are sirloins ) was the biggest bang. OG best ambience and was the most social. This might have been a great area in the 80's 90's but it has lost its luster and so has this chili's! The staff were attentive and the food was quick! Because there was no one here. On business travel, after checking in late to my hotel on State Farm Pkwy, came to this Chili's for dinner since it's a recognized restaurant. After waiting to be seated, which took awhile for someone to acknowledge me. (A waitress looked at me and a couple who just came in behind me but she was too busy singing to the song playing and acting cool after she delivered the food to a table, then she quickly disappeared) I was seated hesitantly in a section where no one else was sitting. I waited and waited for someone to come take my order. The wait was even more awful by having to look at all the tables with dishes and trash still on them from previous patrons who had eaten in this section. It was unbearable and it was obvious no one was going to come take my order so I got up and left and found somewhere else to eat. This location gives Chili's a bad reputation. read more
