I want to start by saying we go to Chili's a LOT and usually have the best service and the food is on point, but we also go at lunchtime and before 6PM. Tonight, we ate at 8PM on a Friday. Our party of five of was seated earlier than predicted so that was a plus. When we were seated, we could hear another table complaining about the service and food so I should have trusted my gut and left then. The server came and took our drink orders. About 10 minutes later, a large party of 13 sat by us. He delivered our drinks and left. We didn't see him again (anywhere in the restaurant) for another 20 minutes. He then took all of our food orders. Approximately 20 minutes later, he appeared again and we asked for refills and the appetizers. He said, "Oh no. I had a large party seated and completely forgot about that". Within five he appeared with the appetizers, chips and salsa, and the salad". Our drinks sat empty for nearly 45 minutes! Finally, the sweetest young woman appeared and delivered our food. My Mac and cheese was so cold that there were clumps of cold cheese starting to harden with the liquid. One of our orders didn't even come and she said, "I think he left off someone's order because this is all that was up there". I then asked for a refill as everyone by now was empty. She took our drink orders and went to fix the food order. She brought back the wrong drinks and apologized immensely. She then fixed the drinks and said she'd check on the food. Mind you, we still have not seen our server! The whole table was finished eating and asked for boxes and the one order STILL had not shown up. Finally, 25 minutes later, the food showed up with a replacement (and warmer) Mac and cheese. While we waited for the last party to at least get a few bites down, lo and behold, the server appears. He proceeds to give a list of reasons why he wasn't attentive and messed up the order. When you're unhappy hearing excuses is the last thing you want to hear. That conversation should have occurred with the manager at the table apologizing. Instead, we got an inexperienced server that had been there for two weeks and clearly needs more training. When then looked at the bill, we were charged for the late order at the regular price not the 3 for me price and then we ordered a kids meal and was charged for a regular drink. When I questioned the server on this he replied, "I thought the child wouldn't want to drink out of a child cup so I brought a big drink". not his decision to make, that would be mine. I then states, "he's human and makes mistakes sometimes". He then said he'd have his manager fix it and would comp the messed up meal. We get the new bill and the drink is fixed and the meal is there. By now, I'm pissed. I ask for the manager. She proceeds to say in a condescending tone, "Well, You got your food and it's not free". What she could have said was we changed our policies and we no longer comp meals completely and what we offer now is a discounted price. Instead, she proceeds to try and justify the poor service. By far and away, the worst experience ever at this Chili's which ruins all the good experiences we've ever had there. Whomever you manager was at 9:30PM on Friday night, that young woman needs training in customer retention, service recovery, and crucial conversations. BEWARE!!!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! We went here many time but tonight was the crappiest service ever. We were seated and it took literally 1 hour to get our food. The waitress Sophie had no clue on what her job description was. She was asked many times for sweetener for the tea, chips and salsa and when our food finally arrived mine, my wife's & my brother in laws food was nowhere to be found. We waited 10 minutes till we asked her where our food was and she was like what did you order? We were like this girl has no clue. Then the main reason we went there was to celebrate my nieces birthday and when it came time she just brought out the cake with only 1 fork and didn't get the other staff to sing her happy birthday. Oh my niece is 7 so she was really sad. I don't think I will be going here to this location again. All in all we were there for over 2 hours and that was at the table. We ordered the fajita platter. The rice was hard, and the server told us we will just heat it up. I thought shrimp couldn't be reheated? The food wasn't great and the SERVER WAS HORRIBLE!!! The manager gave a small discount. With this kind of service it should have been free. We could hear other table complaining as well so we knew it wasn't just us. If I could give this restaurant a grade it would be a F- If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Good food, made fresh and decent prices. One of our family members did not get her food for 20 min after everyone else. Honest mistake but the manager was like it happens human error. We understood but not to offer any discount or compensation until we asked was not received well by us. Very clean restaurant and lots of room to sit down with any size party. Food was okay. Waited probably an hour for our food. So long the waitress brought us complimentary chips and queso. Burger was overcooked. Random person that was not our waitress came and dropped our food on our table. Literally. The food was delivered hot and fresh and the flavors were there minus the heat of their spicy tenders. Our waiter was lacking in customer service. We had to ask for extra napkins as the only ones we had was what comes wrapped around your silverware. Drink refills? Had to ask. Lots of seating with both booths and tables. Here is the part I found most rude. Most wait staff drops the bill and says no hurry let me know when your ready and drops a book with the receipt. Ours comes up and say you do know how to use the table payment system Ziosk. You can also order off this system. Following like McD's and several other fast food restaurants. You can even order food on these things. You're still expected to tip when soon all they would do is bring your food and clear a table. You're a restaurant that I would not deem as fast food. If that is the look you're going for, you got my vote. You'll lose my tip. Overall still nice restaurant. Just don't ruin a good thing. read more

I've been to this Chili's multiple times as a minor and have never been told there was an age restriction. Today, on my birthday, my group of 9 was told we couldn't eat here because none of us were 18, and that this is a "weekend rule." That has never been enforced before, including when I've come with just one other person. It felt extremely inconsistent and unfair. Visit started great. Friendly greeting as the staff opened the door for our party. Seated immediately. I was expecting a slight delay as it is 1pm on Valentine's Day. But we sat at our table while one server in our section ran back and forth from table to table. And at one count five people were at the door. We sat for over five minutes without being acknowledged. We put our menus aside, as we had so much time to peruse the menu we knew what we wanted. Waiting waiting. I would have expected the managers to at least grab drink orders or run food if they were overwhelmingly busy, but really not that many people in the building. Off day for Chili's. When we arrived, the door greeter asked us for our drink order. My girlfriend had a menu question, and he quickly responded that he was only here to get our drinks. We both ordered the 3-for-10. She got chips and salsa. I got chips and queso. We only got one basket of chips, and they were either stale or soggy. I asked for a new basket, and some of the new chips were also soggy. My girl's quesadillas were overcooked. She told the server the issue and moments later the manager came over to ask the problem (they were overcooked). The server asked me twice, from the midway point of my meal, if I wanted a refill on my drink. It never came. All around bad day in terms of food and service. After we ordered our food and we're trying to enjoy conversation with our friends they sat a group of 8 young men reeking of weed and probably not of legal age. There were empty tables available. You take care of those customers that are already seated. I'm just glad we didn't have our kids with us. This is a family restaurant, not a pot house. Had a great time here! We got sat very quick and our server Lily was super attentive and hasty. We came in during the rush yet food still came out hot. Lily was very caring making sure our waters were topped off and stayed very close by doing a great job managing and keeping up with everyone. By far the absolute best service I've had in a long time. Gentleman behind the bar (Josh maybe?) was the perfect balance of professional, friendly, attentive, and hustle. He ran the entirety of the bar which was full and met the bar orders coming from the floor. He made it look effortless. We ordered chips and salsa, a triple dipper appetizer with southwest egg rolls, sliders, and wings, and a chicken salad of some sort (maybe quesadilla salad). Everything was perfect. Order came out quickly without error. We also had two of the signature cocktails (captains castaway and new cocktail special) and our water glasses stay freshly filled. Should've read reviews before stopping here. Should've realized by the low-crowd parking lot. Hostess was friendly and sat us at a table that she laid our menus on high condensation glass marks left by patrons before us. I had to ask for a wipe of the table. I forgot to ask for a wipe of the sticky seat to my left. The little game kiosk/payment tablet was blinking out of paper but was sticky and dusty--this wasn't un-wiped from just one day. The bathroom floor was slippery, and I was sliding. The waitress looked exhausted, and a couple manager-appearing individuals were walking around with that look of looking busy but not really performing a task. Manager: after you have at least three recent reviews that indicate, "This place is filthy," don't you do something to make a better difference? My platter was missing two of the three meats I ordered and most of the items luke warm to cold.
