Personally I go to Chili's a lot with my family therefore it is very hard to understand why our waitress would say something like that. Our waitress name was Max and even since the beginning she was hovering around not taking our drink order until eventually she finally did. Even after we made our drink order we were waiting for about 10-15 minutes for 2 margaritas and when we asked her where was the process on our drinks she just said "I was at the restroom I had to step out." Not even an I'm sorry or an apology. My mom orders the presidente margarita every time so whenever she is about to be done she orders a new one and no server has ever complained. Our server Max said "I'm sorry I cannot order a new presidente margarita until you finish that drink first." We have never had this issue in the past before & my mom orders the presidente margarita every time we eat at Chili's. She barely checked in on us throughout our whole meal, therefore it did not seem like she was interested in serving us. Also the food area did not look as clean as it needed to be because there were little trash in some places. read more

Service was very very good! Food came out timely and hot (we've had another Chilis bring everything out at once and it was cold ugh!). I dropped an entire plate while trying to put leftovers in a box and staff came quickly to clean up and put in a new order for my meal. Management came quickly to let us know and check in with us before we left. I appreciate this kind of service. read more

Haven't been to Chili's in a long time, so gave it a try for lunch. Ribs with the dry rub were just ok, not the best. Chicken fingers were just so so. Fries were the best thing about the lunch. I think the Mexican corn would have been better but was just barely room temperature. I will say the service was very good. Won't be back. read more

My drink was never filled, had to ask for a refill on my dr. Pepper, and still didn't get it until I had to ask again. She just seemed like she didn't care. Horrible customer service manager was a dick head the worst food I've ever consumed your better off eating food off the floor at hooters. The burger my girlfriend ordered was raw in the middle, the chicken crispers were stringy it could've been pulled apart like string cheese not to mention that it was as tuff like biting on a ultra rare done steak. And the Texas cheese fries are not as they're described they legit just put some trashy greasy cheese over my French fry's that were practically cold and missing any type of fried texture and left them soggy.
