I have not been to a Chili's restaurant in 15+ years and while visiting from out of town, we decided to try it out. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alexander, who gave us a huge smile and a heavy dose of positive vibes. He was welcoming, funny, and very professional. We started off with southwestern eggrolls and margaritas, and it was absolutely fabulous! We did not wait very long for our food at all and the bartender, Daniel, was so kind and friendly, and treated us very well. They were both very attentive to us, and then we ordered baby back ribs, jalapeño cheddar, sausage, french fries, and mac & cheese, and the food did not take long, and it was incredibly delicious, I give it 10 out of 10. Although Chili's is a chain style restaurant, I felt like the dining experience was top-of-the-line. I will try going to another Chili's in my location where I live But I am sad that I don't live around here because the service I got was exceptional. Pretty darn good! I was pleasantly surprised by the food at Chili's. It has been years since I've had their food. I remember it being decent, but nothing I needed to run back for. I placed an order on DoorDash, because we had company over. I ordered three burgers, wings, mozzarella sticks, pasta, chips and guacamole, and cheese dip. The mozzarella sticks were a hit! So much cheese!!!!! Delicious cheese sticks! Those were a crowd favorite. 10/10 for the mozzarella sticks. I want to go back for those alone lol The cheese dip and guacamole were good for everyone to share. The burgers came out good as well. We got two regular burgers and one veggie burger. Came here for a late lunch on a rainy day. Perfect set up for comfort food right?? We ordered the 3 for me combos. We both got burgers, with fries on one, broccoli on the other. Fries were stale, so they rushed out another order. Well done! Our server Mariah was very pleasant, and spot on in bringing refills and taking care of our order. The music selection was '70's based with a mix of current stuff, so everyone is happy they hear a song they know. This spot should be getting 4'sto 5's. It's been a while since I've been to Chili's and thus far I've actually missed it. Lots of changes especially the chicken crispers, they're no longer fried in tempura batter which was disappointing but I ordered the trio fajitas instead and I was not disappointed. The flavor was there and it came out sizzlin and that was the best part. Our waiter was awesome. He refilled our drinks without being asked which is a super plus and his tip showed it. Chili's has always felt a live vibe and can be noisy at times especially when the game is on but other than that it was jam packed when we went. After she took my drink order, served it and then out my order in. Took only 15 min for my Ribeye. As always, Amazing. My go to for a Ribeye steak. The atmosphere is not like it used to be. Seems quiet. No manager presence in the Restaurant either. Prior visits, managers were always on the floor helping the staff and checking on tables. Tough times. I hope they stay open. read more

On Sept. 24, around 2pm there was a large amount of human feces smeared at the entrance. The staff and manager were notified and did not clean it or mark the area, leaving guests at risk. Manager stood by allowing costumers without being warned to walk in and out of the restaurant stepping in the disgusting mess as it dried. Very disappointing from a health and safety perspective and makes you wonder about what's happening inside the restaurant if hazards like this are ignored outside. Our server, Tyler, was amazing. Very attentive and accommodating. Having two toddlers with us was challenging but he was patient and understanding. The ambiance was great. It wasn't loud. Talking was at a conversational level. They were several TVs on showing different things. The floor underneath our table was sticky but nothing major. The food came out and was hot and delicious. So I ordered online dinner last night for the family the bill was $85 plus tax and it asked me to leave a tip I put no tip because I normally don't tip when I go to pick up something only when I eat in and then it asked me to round up to the nearest dollar or St Jude's which I did I go to look at my bank this morning and the charge for Chili's is $111, somebody went in there and manually changed my order and left a 20% tip which took my bill to $111.00, beware and look at your bank charge as they are scandalous read more
