I have not been to a Chili's restaurant in 15+ years and while visiting from out of town, we decided to try it out. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alexander, who gave us a huge smile and a heavy dose of positive vibes. He was welcoming, funny, and very professional. We started off with southwestern eggrolls and margaritas, and it was absolutely fabulous! We did not wait very long for our food at all and the bartender, Daniel, was so kind and friendly, and treated us very well. They were both very attentive to us, and then we ordered baby back ribs, jalapeño cheddar, sausage, french fries, and mac & cheese, and the food did not take long, and it was incredibly delicious, I give it 10 out of 10. Although Chili's is a chain style restaurant, I felt like the dining experience was top-of-the-line. I will try going to another Chili's in my location where I live But I am sad that I don't live around here because the service I got was exceptional. So-so this time. We really we not impressed with the food. Our service was great. I want to include that our waitress was pretty awesome. The food itself took away from the experience. I ordered salmon but it was really lackluster. The salmon fillet was tiny and didn't have much flavor. I scarfed my plate so fast because the portions were just small. Not worth the price at all. I hate that they charge for the chips and salsa now. It's used to be free and it still should be free lol The mozzarella sticks are the real showstopper here. They were gooey and delicious! Love the mozzarella sticks. However, that's not enough for me to comeback. I need something other than cheese sticks lol Ambiance was busy but not crazy crowded. Came here for a late lunch on a rainy day. Perfect set up for comfort food right?? We ordered the 3 for me combos. We both got burgers, with fries on one, broccoli on the other. Fries were stale, so they rushed out another order. Well done! Our server Mariah was very pleasant, and spot on in bringing refills and taking care of our order. The music selection was '70's based with a mix of current stuff, so everyone is happy they hear a song they know. This spot should be getting 4'sto 5's. Very disappointed experience at Chili's while celebrating a special day with the family. The food was poor quality, the pasta was hard, the chicken wings were extremely hard and old and my margarita was served incorrectly. When I spoke to the manage, he only offered a discount and seemed uninterested in addressing the food quality issues. What bothered me most was that employees were spraying large amounts of desinfectant on nearby tables while we were eating, even after we expressed concern about breathing the chemicals. After she took my drink order, served it and then out my order in. Took only 15 min for my Ribeye. As always, Amazing. My go to for a Ribeye steak. The atmosphere is not like it used to be. It's been a while since I've been to Chili's and thus far I've actually missed it. Lots of changes especially the chicken crispers, they're no longer fried in tempura batter which was disappointing but I ordered the trio fajitas instead and I was not disappointed. The flavor was there and it came out sizzlin and that was the best part. Our waiter was awesome. He refilled our drinks without being asked which is a super plus and his tip showed it. Chili's has always felt a live vibe and can be noisy at times especially when the game is on but other than that it was jam packed when we went. I get that your busy I was polite I was respectful and they quickly fixed it but the one thing you don't mess up is my money. Your profit my loss. Our server, Tyler, was amazing. Very attentive and accommodating. Having two toddlers with us was challenging but he was patient and understanding. The ambiance was great. It wasn't loud. Talking was at a conversational level. They were several TVs on showing different things. The floor underneath our table was sticky but nothing major. The food came out and was hot and delicious. On Sept. 24, around 2pm there was a large amount of human feces smeared at the entrance. The staff and manager were notified and did not clean it or mark the area, leaving guests at risk. Manager stood by allowing costumers without being warned to walk in and out of the restaurant stepping in the disgusting mess as it dried. Very disappointing from a health and safety perspective and makes you wonder about what's happening inside the restaurant if hazards like this are ignored outside. We had a good family lunch at this Chili's in Lake Elsinore off the 15FWY yesterday. Service was great, great people with great people skills. We didn't use the bathrooms but the inside was clean and what you expect at Chili's. Haven't been to a Chili's in a while. We stopped with the intentions of having a budget friendly lunch while still getting the food we wanted. Harder and harder to do these days but everyone knows that and businesses gotta stay in business. The kids meals are affordable and my kids liked their cheeseburger sliders with fries (4/5 Stars). My husband ordered the 3 for Me Cilantro-Lime Carne Asada for $16.99 and he liked it (3.5/5 Stars). I got the Steak Fajitas with Extra grilled veggies instead of beans and rice and it was good, what you expect from Chili's (3.5/ Stars).
