Went there when they first opened and the service was terrible. SLOW. Second time we went the manager was escorting the waitresses around, I assume to insure that service was acceptable. I think he asked us three times if everything was ok. As I recall, food was warm when served, not hot. Third time we went I thought the place had developed somewhat of the local banger family clientele. The bar area was extremely noisy altho I realize that's to be expected of any Chili's, but this time the food was barely warm when served. Have never been back since. I suppose if I need to go to Chili's I might go to Temecula, but I usually liked the baby backs, and you can get as good or better at Wood's Grill or Lone Star. read more

Went yesterday. Ive been to Chilis in other cities. I have to say the beginnig f my meal not so great. My steak was well done instead of med well like I asked. I really felt bad for sending it back but did so anyway. The manager ended it up bringing it out to me and it was a little under cooked but tasted fabulous! I will be ordering my steak that way from now on (medium)! We had drink which were awesome, appetizers which were awesome then dinner and desert awesome awesome! The staff was very attentive and made what could of been a not so good dinner a fabulous dinner!! Had dinner there this past Saturday night and ordered for Fajitas.we waited and we waited and waited and finally they show up.when the runner asked if there was anything else he could get us we should yeah the tortillas and all the other things to go with it.he says I'll be right back with them and then we waited and then we waited and then we waited. Filing the server passes by and asked how was everything?we let her know that we have nothing to eat with the heaters and they are now all cold can we get a new set?you finally get everything to the table and was able to eat but no manager ever came by just to check up on us and see if we are happy or not. This place is lame. Even though there are plenty of available tables, they make u wait 15-20 mins for absolutely no reason. Food takes forever to get to the table and management doesn't seem to give a care. Not cool. Drive 20 mins to Corona or Temecula instead.....they are way better locations. Horrid service. Took about 5 mins before someone came for our drink order and another 20 before the drinks and salads came. Then the food came out in waves, with the child's meal coming out last and about 10 mins after the rest of the food. The manager came out to deliver the child's meal and didn't even wait to see if there was anything else we needed. We had to keep asking a different waiter for assistance because ours was so unavailable. Then the waitress has the audacity to complain that they are understaffed. We just left this place. We waited 15 min for a table. Noone acknowledged our existence. I had to yell out HELLO! And still not one of the wait staff paid any attention. Gross and disgusting! Walking in you can clearly see how dirty everything is. No one was in a hurry to clean about ten tables that were full of dirty dishes. There was food on the floor that had been stepped on. We sat at what we thought was a clean table just to have to wipe the onion ring dropping off again with a towel. I came in with my brother son and brother in law. Drove 1 hour to visit with family and we ended up here on Sunday. Wait was 20 minutes not too bad right?! The front hostess didn't look too happy super busy I assumed. We get seated and our server Barry was very happy from start to finish. He checked on us to ensure our needs were met. I wish I could give no stars, came in with the family for dinner after my baby sister's first communion and there were multiple mistakes made throughout the dinner. First, the waiter forgot to ask me what I wanted to drink so I waited while my other family members have received their drink and everytime I would try to ask the waiter would turn away. Second, my mom's ribeye was well done when she asked for medium rare and they took it back but when she got the new one after we were all done eating her new one was very rare. Third, my baby sister's steak was medium rare when hers should've been medium well but she was hungry so we let it off. Lastly, we paid through the new kiosk that they had on the table and still gave the waiter a 10% tip even after all of the mistakes and it said to "pay & go" so after we paid and printed our receipt we left but the waiter chases after us out of the door and sternly asks us if we paid already, my dad was upset and said, "we paid through the kiosk, do we look like we would not pay for our dinner?" And she argues back and takes the receipt from my mom's hand and takes it in with her, while we were walking away she yelled, "Ya, runaway, runaway!" Very disappointed with the service and will never ever go back to another Chili's, the food is not even that good. Another thing, they said they would take off my mom's ribeye steak for the trouble but still kept it on the receipt but we decided to just pay for it anyway. If I could give zero stars I would. I was driving through California and decided to stop for dinner. Worst mistake ever. I waited well over 45 min to be seated. I heard the hostess say, "Oh my gosh! I forgot about them!" They put us in the bar, I explicitly told them I didn't want to sit in the bar and she said, "Well, this is all I've got." An out and out lie, and walked away. Why am I reviewing Chili's? It's a damn chain and I do not frequently review chains - certainly not one like Chili's as everyone has already been to one and they are very consistent - using the same processes, suppliers, training, etc. but I have to say - when you have two little ones and the waitresses are so amazingly wonderful it is refreshing. Our 2 year old loves this place. Porsche our regular waitress is a hero. For the convenience- and the fact our 2 year old says lets go to Chilis we are here maybe too often. My wife takes the two kids here for lunch when shopping and one time the waitress helped her carry the baby supplies to the car after a mishap - just an amazing and brave group of servers. I like the table side guacamole - you have had everything I am sure - but that guacamole is all I need - kids happy - wife happy - servers amazing at making us feel so comfortable with the little ones. read more

I went here for lunch on Labor Day with my best friend & her 3yr old daughter. Come to find out we were seated across from an already drunk woman. When she gets up to leave she touches my friend & I tell her to remove her hand from my friends arm immediately. So she leaves flipping me off through the whole restaurant. Ten mins later she randomly storms back in shouting at me, calling me a dyke & ect, keep in mind children are all around. I get up & tell her she better back the hell away from me & then finally Chili's staff kick her out of the building. Just went here today. The atmosphere was nice. Staff was very friendly. We were having a Bridal Shower. Our group was large. The chips and salsa was delicious. I love how the salsa tasted like it was just made, very fresh tomatoes. My son ordered pizza and salad, it looked great. I had the Grilled Chicken with Mac and Cheese. It was delicious! The cheese was perfect. I loved that it was baked so the cheese and bread crumbs had a crispy, oooey, goooey, cheeeewy top. Our group really had a great time. Our server was awesome too. I love this location. The rib eye was incredible. I love the table side guacamole, they make it right in front of you and it taste great. Our servers were fantastic as well.
