Mediocre to bad service, mediocre food - we're done. We've been frequenting this Chili's for years now just because it's convenient, and at our last visit we decided we've had enough. The service has consistently gone downhill, and during the last visit our food took an extra long time (20+ minutes) to arrive at our table. The food itself was sub-par: dry ribs, old corn and under cooked fajita onions. Advise to management: you need to hire better servers and kitchen staff - but the servers are worse. Your servers have minimal skill and behave very unprofessionally in the dining room floor. During one of our visits we witnessed one of the servers spill food and their cleanup efforts were terrible - they barely cleaned up their mess. Our last server was a soft mumbler and very hard to understand - why would you hire someone like that? read more

Stopped in at 12:30 seated in bar area, ordered a simple triple dipper appetizer, waited 20 minutes still no food, waitress apologized. Two minutes later tables seated after us received their complete orders.Asked to speak to managed when Brittany approached the table she ask what the problem was and I ask how all this was happening and she basically made up some different zone in the kitchen situation and couldn't explain herself and said we were welcome to leave, never once apologized for anything. So we ate here on Christmas Eve night after a movie and had a FABULOUS time. The food was hot, the waitress was kind and she got our LARGE order (there were 8 of us) right the first time! We ended up eating there a few days later (just 3 of us) as we had a basketball tournament in the same area and again - SCORE! Great food, hot, crispy, juicy and wonderful! Food is usually good. My concern is the way I was greeted upon my arrival. With the first person you see being the face of your establishment, you would think they would be trained that the customer is important. This was not the case! We were talked down to and made you feel like we weren't wanted there. We almost left. The waitlist was at 14. The get in line online feature was turned off. It was a Friday night!!! Went to try and eat out with the family and was received by a not too pleasant host. He did advise that the wait could be anywhere from 30-45 min with no explanation because he didn't give me a chance to ask when he cut me off. I did however notice that he was sitting other smaller parties before me and they had just pulled up to the parking lot right after me. When I asked the host why this was happening he got upset and stated that they only had two servers and they couldn't accommodate but it made no sense since he kept sitting new comers down. When I asked to speak to a manager he refrained from calling him and then who I thought was the manager came to me and belittled me because he was the host's father. When the manager finally came to the front she didn't have a care in the world since she had her mind made up that I was causing trouble. She refused to give me a full name and stated that I could call whomever I wanted because Chillis does not serve customers like myself and the host just started laughing in my face. This really upset me and when I mentioned this to the manager she could care less. I will never spend another red cent at any of their franchises. Now im only reviewing this current location because I've been to others and the service was superb but one bad apple spoils the whole barrel of apples. read more

Food is pretty good like most Chili's, but don't waste your money on mixed drinks. I saw the bartender literally pour water from a glass sitting out at the bar in my drink just to fill it up and make it look like a full drink. For what a drink costs, that is unacceptable. read more

Came in and the host was very nice. Seated kinda quickly. Wanted to order the Cesar salad but didn't see it in a full size just the side order. So I ordered the southwest chicken salad just without some stuff on it and was told just to get the Cesar salad cause it's the same thing just without the extra stuff in it. So I was like okay, got the salad and it was the side salad . No biggie. Just asked the guy who brought it out if I could get the bigger salad cause I was told that I was getting the regular size salad. (I'm starving lol). And they take it back, flatten it out on the plate and my server brings it back right back to me. "They said something was wrong with it?" "So I just brought it back out here." "What's wrong with it?" Told him I wanted the regular sized salad and he was like well that's the only Cesar salad we have. And if he would've said that in the beginning that'd be awesome. Would've ordered something else but the fact he just "brought it back out to me" and they smushed it against the plate..... like really..... And after that he never came back to the table. It's 2014 and they still allow smoking.....Ya, it might be only in the bar area that smoking is allowed, but that's the only place i the restaurant to go to eat and watch the game. This place has gone down hill so much. The tea taste worst than lake water. There salsa is like tomato soup and the queso tastes burnt. The service is not great. I really am very disappointed. I have been going to Chili's for several years. They are starting to change though. I was surprised to see that now they put a suggested tip of 18% on all invoices, including to go orders. You may also want to check your tickets if you use a coupon. They have a nack for forgetting to take these charges off. I usually always have a coupon on my phone, because I do all the surveys. The food is still ok for the most part if you don't feel like cooking. Just be aware of the tip added even on to go orders. It's only 18% which is fine with me, because I normally give 20%. I just don't think it should be automatic. It does say suggested though. read more

Too long of wait for quality of food. Took 15 minutes to get dessert which is ridiculous because it was just ice cream. It's. Or busy at all at the moment and it took a good 15 minutes for appetizers as well. Got here at 1pm. Not leaving till 2:20pm. Way too long. This place is terrible if I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your time or money here . They rip you off from the jump 6 ounce steaks they charge u for are 3 ounces and the and the 10 ounce they charge you for is a 6 ounce. I pointed this out and the manager which was a lady acted as if I did something wrong because I wanted what I payed for . I then tell the lady we can weight the meat on a scale and she supposedly did that to realize I was right and she was wrong. This is common at any chili's they are false advertising. The place itself inside was clean and nice. The waiter Andrew S was great, kept our drinks filled and made good recommendations. The food was really good, had bacon cheeseburger & my wife had the fajitas. Now the negative, we sat close to the kitchen and heard some profanity, not happy about that since my 10 year old daughter was with us. The other thing was the bathroom, it was kind of trashed. The last time I was here the service was meh, I wanted to give it another try since we were in the area and heard they got most of the issues fixed from last time... boy was I told right. The service was fast and friendly, it was a lot cleaner and didn't smell like smoke. Just smoking hot fajitas. My drink stayed filled (major issue last time) and was even offered a to-go tea for the road. Used to work at this establishment, and it is the worst restaurant I've ever worked at. The servers are unsanitary, and break health code violations constantly. They eat food, dipping it in containers of ranch and queso drop kid's cups and send them out. I wouldn't even let my dog eat at this establishment. read more

I've come to this Chili's twice in the last month. Hoping the second time would be better... I was disappointed. The first time my table was only checked on 3 times. 1 time for drinks and appetizers 2nd by a different server with our food and finally for the check. We did not receive refills nor were we checked up on. When I asked for a to go box I waited an additional 10 mins before i got it. Again given to me by a separate server. I saw my server 2 times on the first trip. The second time was no better. We were sat and waited 22 mins before being waited on. The food came out with the appetizers even though we ordered them 15 mins apart. And when the food arrived we tried to clear the table but instead were met with dishes being shoved in our face as the waiter impatiently waited for us to grab them. The quesadillas my sister ordered were COLD AND TASTELESS. I will not be returning to be treated horribly. Hopefully this is corrected in the future. read more

When we arrived at 6pm we were told that it was a 20-25 minute wait. We were a party of 5. Three adults and two children. It took an HOUR AND A HALF before we were ever seated. No one apologized for the wait. We got to our table and low and behold! There were SEVERAL empty tables that could have been seated at. Then it was another 15 minutes before someone came and asked us for our drink order. We ordered our food at the same time as our drinks because we'd already had plenty of time to look at the menu. The server then asked if we wanted our salads first before our meal arrived, to which we said an enthusiastic YES since we'd already waited so long. Yeah.....we got our salad seconds before we got our entrees. Which was over 30 minutes AFTER we first spoke with the waitress. Had I known that it was going to take over 2.5 hours for us to eat a meal I would have NEVER went there. As far as the food goes, the ribs that were ordered were horrible. The meat was hot, but the kitchen had put cold bbq sauce on it before bringing it out. It was not cooked with the sauce on it. Which made them dry and tasteless. The steaks that were ordered were not cooked right, they were more medium rare than medium, but after waiting so long there was no way that we would have sent them back. It could have taken another 45 minutes and there was no guarantee that it would have been correct. On top of that they tasted like nasty Grill Masters steaks with soy preservatives. Just horrible and not truly meat. I will NEVER AGAIN visit a Chili's, even if someone does give us gift cards. Completely horrible experience. read more
