I WOULD REALLY LIKE A CALL FROM THE GM ASAP!!!! let me explain why my experience was soooo horrible & i wish there was a negative star rating for restaurants like this one. our orders: 1.kids chicken strips & fries 2.half rack of ribs, broccoli with cheese, loaded mash, chili-cheese fries no jalapeños, cookie desert, quesadilla. 3.full rack of ribs, fries, loaded mash 4.pasta, with extra alfredo sauce, salsa & dip 5.Fajita trio platter w/ extra steak, & another order of shrimp, grilled onions, loaded mash, & broccoli with cheese instead of the rice & beans. 6.we also had three of the special hennessy drink. 2 sprits & 3 strawberry lemonades HERE WAS THE ISSUE: EVERYTHING!!! not one order was correct! not only that but it took over 20 minutes to get our appetizers. then when the chili-cheese fries no jalapeños came out it just had cheese & jalapeños on it. we told our server (breanna) i believe was her name that it was missing the chili & it was not suppose to have jalapeños she replied "BIG FACTS" & took it back only to bring the same dish back with chili all over with jalapeños on it!!!! at this point we were hungry so just ignored it. now they messed up my dish horribly not only did they not give me my substitutions, they also forgot the grilled onions & the guacamole, sour cream, cheese dish that comes with the fajita trio. by the time i got all my stuff all my food was cold. we asked multiple times for refills & had to get another waiter to assist us with the drinks... finally we got our drinks & NO DAMN STRAWS!!! we asked our waiter & the manager & STILL NEVER GOT OUR STRAWS!!! we were still waiting for other portions of our food to come out that never made it out & we have now been at chili's for an hour & a half.... finally i got fed up & the manager "DARRELL HENRY" was a straight dick who walked away twice while we were in mid conversation with him. he sat two gift cards down for $5 to compensate us for the trouble... we were going to spend over $100 on our ticket. that was complete bullshit! $10?!!! my meal alone was damn near $30. then after voicing my issues after saying we weren't paying for anything since WE STILL NEVER GOT ALL OUR FOOD he insisted i paid for the alcoholic drinks which one the waiter spilled... (3) before leaving. then also said i said "sorry" what else you want me to do. then he starts grabbing all the togo trays off the table. If it was possible to rate it lower I would!!! Words cannot convey my experience at this Chili's. I ordered curbside pickup at 4:55 with a. pickup time of 5:30 due to congestion on I-35 I actually arrived at 5:38 and texted "here' to the restaurant as requested in their text. By 5:50 I texted here again and got a message to call the restaurant if I thought there was a problem. I waited and called the restaurant at 6:36 and when i FINALLY reached an employee the phone was hung up. I called again at 6:38 and reached an employee that said the problem would be looked into then promptly hung up again. I called a THIRD time at 6:41 and finally the meal was delivered to the car. When we felt the bottoms of the take out containers the food containers the food was cold, so we asked that it be replaced. The manager then showed up at the car and we requested either a new meal, or a refund. We were told that a replacement meal would take an HOUR and a refund would take 3 or 4 business days. At which point we accepted the meal and decided our best course of action would be to make a complaint to the corporate office. As we were leaving the manager told the customer in the car next to us that WE HAD GIVEN THEM THE WRONG NAME!!!! I don't appreciate the fact that your employee was more than willing to lay the blame on this fiasco on us rather than on the restaurant. When I reached home I attempted to call the corporate office and got a message directing us to make our comments using this email. As i was reviewing the reciept to get the information you require I saw that the person who marked the receipt for pickup had written my first name and not my last. This is real life, not literature, so the odds of anyone having an identical first and last name (as Major, Major Major did in Catch22) is EXTREMELY LOW. Undoubtedly your employees do not know the difference between a first name and a surname. This also is not my fault, but it IS INCUMBENT ON YOU TO ENSURE YOUR EMPLOYEES KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. My comments on the food are equally critical My hamburger (which I ordered PINK) was OVERCOOKED to the. point of be completely unappatizing and more fit for the trash than consumption, The cole slaw was limp and unappatizing as well The Cheesecace I ordered for dessert was the best part of the meal and it. was only FAIR. My wife couldn't finish her meal and just threw it in the trash after a few bites, including the cheescake, opting for a pimiento cheese sandwich instead. Current time 8:52. We walk to the front of the door and it's locked. So we walk to the side of the Togo door and it's locked. They wave at us in a motion that they are closed. Are you kidding!!!! This was by far the worst experience at a Chili's I've ever had. I placed an online order and arrived to pick up the order about 5 minutes before the time given for the order to be ready on the app. The server arrived promptly asked my name and went back inside to check order status. A few more cars pulled in and she came out again this time to the other cars she returned to my car asked my name again realized she already talked to me then went inside. I totally understood it was getting busy and she had a big responsibility. She arrived about 5 minutes later to my car with my order. Apologized for the wait and went inside. I was pleased with my curbside service. That pleasant experience was short lived. I arrived home which is 20 minutes away and served my family their meals. While taking a few bites of the burger bites my son ordered he asked if the meat should be pink. I went over and was completely disgusted. The patty was noticeably raw! I checked my other sons burger bite and it was exited same. We were disgusted. I had to throw away two kids meals. My husband took one bite of his chicken tender and spit it out. He said it tasted frozen. I ordered the chicken pasta and didn't bother tasting it I was too disgusted. I immediately went to the website and found corporates info and filled out a customer survey. Once I completed that I called the location. I was able to speak with a manager. This conversation wasn't helpful. I called to notify him of the staffs oversight of the food they were serving and could possibly get someone sick. I told him that I did contact corporate and his response was that since I had already contacted them they would handle it and he didn't need to do anything on his end. He acknowledged the food wasn't satisfactory but stated that I needed to bring the food back to the restaurant to receive a new order or get a refund. (I never once asked for a refund! ) He then stated again that since I contacted corporate he would let them handle it. This meal could have gotten my entire family sick. I hope they learn from this experience and continue to safely serve the community. However, if this is a common practice it may be a good idea to think about closing its doors. read more

Our waitress was the only positive thing about this location. When we enter there was no one to greet us. After waiting 9 minutes for one of the hostesses to walk to the front we were told that our online reservation was not accepted because they don't use that system. We put our name on the list which sent me a text message from the same system "they don't use". Our wait time was 20 minutes for a party of 6. Knowing the industry, we were patient with most of the restaurant being empty tables. We waited 45 minutes and my husband asked about getting a table. The hostess got very annoyed and told him "you can use your eyes and see that we still have big parties sat. I can't make them get up or finish faster". We were tired and just wanted to eat so we waited for almost an hour on a 20 minute wait time we witnessed both hostesses eating, talking and leaning/laying on the hostess stand. One keeping her back to the door as she leaned on the stand. They both took their time to greet patrons as they entered. During our dinner there were many issues around us. One being a young man vomiting on the floor as he walked to the bathroom. When the hostesses were told they did nothing about it. Our waitress tried to address the mess but had tables to care for. Even the manager didn't address the vomit that was making patrons sick. At the end of our dinner all the large table were still seated, vomit was still on the floor in the dining area as well as the restroom. If you select curbside pick up be prepared to get down because no one will be delivering your food to your car. If you like cold food and don't mind waiting an hour this Chili's is perfect.
