Absolutely delicious food, great service and yummy drinks! I had the Bacon Burger, and added guacamole to the burger that had come with my husband's Fajita Trio. The Trio was marvelous! Steak, chicken grilled shrimp with grilled veggies and a delicious seasoned rice. I could have eaten a huge bowl of just the rice alone. SO GOOD. The Watermelon Wave margarita was huge and refreshing. The Strawberry Marg came in a small martini glass with a big filled mixer next to it. Our server Mikayla was cheerful, knew the menu & food well, and was attentive but never intrusive. She was perfect! We are so glad we chose Chili's for dinner tonight. This was a pretty mediocre experience. I started off with ordering a margarita, which they didn't have so I had to go to my second pick. This wasn't a bug deal because it was pretty good and big enough I only had to get one for the whole meal. I got a 3 for 10.99 and this is where the disappointment came in. I got a rootbeer and a Caesar salad and the chicken Cajun pasta. Well I got the pasta and it had a nice half black and half blonde hair on top as a garnish. When I told my server about it she immediately picked up the plate and said she was going to take of it. It was very weird that I wasn't even asked if I wanted something else or if I wanted anything else at all. I got a new plate in a decent amount of time but this plate has a lot less of a portion of pasta and didn't come with the Texas toast I had on my plate BBEdits hand. The picture below is the amount I packed up after taking about 5 bites. Very disappointing. Also, another issue was having to keep asking for refills. If you got a water you were stuck with one for the whole meal. The prices are decent and I don't expect fine dining but I think a hair in food in avoidable. If I decide to come back it will have to be a long long time from now. If you're in the area I wouldn't recommend it because there are a handful of other options in the area that I've never had a problem with. read more

Really good drinks! I had a pineapple berry marg and it was delicious. Ordered steak fajitas, guacamole and chips. It was all disappointing. The steak was slathered in an unpleasant chipotle butter. The tortillas were ice cold. The soup was super salty. Service was meh. Our server was super polite and friendly but never checked so i was unable to communicate that the tortillas were cold, we didn't get the soup (i did get her attention about it when she was taking care of a table near us) and never got refills. After a long day of travel we stopped and made a curbside order. We were staying at the Holiday Inn which is less than a 3 minute drive away. All of the food was cold when we got to the hotel. One order looked like the scraps from another order. Most of the other orders were wrong or missing something. One of the side salads had about 5 pieces of lettuce. We asked for utensils and got two when there were four different orders. Also no napkins were provided. Overall very, very disappointed and I would not recommend going to this Chili's location. A classic. This is the place I'm always craving when I'm away. I've tried everything from the bacon ranch chicken quesadillas, loaded baked potato soup (something was a little off in the soup compared to other Chili's locations I've tried), the California flatbread, loaded Texas cheese fries, Cajun chicken pasta. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Perfect for carryout. Level of busy-ness is hit and miss. Fajitas always smell good. But, please bring back the Dr. Pepper ribs! If I could give my experience tonight at Chilis a 0/5 stars I would. We walk in, get seated. A waitress who was supposed to serve us, asks her coworker to take us instead, in front of us and then loudly says "thank you" when our server takes us. The girl who was originally supposed to take us, Kate was her name was giving me and all my friends extremely dirty looks and glaring at us during our meal. Our server, Izzy seemed to be entertaining it as well. Not only did they stop and talk poorly about customers in front of our table, but other tables as well. If you're going to have a salad I'd suggest not wasting your time with the blue cheese dressing, it's a thinned out mayo at best. I wrote a review a while back giving Kudos to this Chili's. However, recently a new crew has been hired and they need some really badly needed training. About three weeks ago I wanted a Prime Rib Burrito really bad. I was seated at a high-top in the bar area. I was never acknowledged, but was look at several time. After 10 minutes I walked out. Usually someone would call from corporate or locally, but I haven't had any communication since that visit. I guess Applebee's, Corona Village and Born in a Barn will be getting all of my business. Great staff and great food! My family went to dinner late, maybe 1 1/2 hours before closing. We were given the same great service had we been there for dinner rush. Our waiter was friendly, helped us with keeping our 1yr. Old happy. The food was wonderful, the kitchen made sure the quality was what they would like to eat. Visited this location for the third time today. Placed a Togo order online then arrived to stand at the counter as 3-4 waitresses make eye contact with me and ignore my existence. We were giving Chilis another chance. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Won't happen again. We normally spend around $70 anytime the 5 of us go to dinner & that is without tip. The food is good, just like any chain. Just like most of the other posts we have read the service is horrendous. We weren't tucked away in the back, we were at a large 6 top at the front of the restaurant where we watched 7 different waiters/waitresses stand around, talk, look at their phone, anything but come & see what we would like to drink. As we were leaving they meekly apologized. DON'T GO THERE. When you go out to dinner you pay for an experience & good food. Give your money to an establishment that takes care you. I order wings multiple times weekly on DoorDash. I ordered boneless wings, 22 pieces split between Buffalo and garlic parm. today 03/31/22 aroubd 8:56pm. I got the order, went home, and noticed upon opening the boxes that I had received bbq instead of buffalo. I drove back to the store with my food. No one was at the to-go kiosk so I asked the bartender, Sydney, to grab someone for me. She walked to the back and was gone for a few minutes before returning and saying "I don't know where they are, how can I help you?" I showed her my DoorDash receipt, the printed receipt on the bag of food, and explained I got the wrong flavor. I specifically asked her to make sure my order was remade correctly and I didn't want the same 45 minute old food. She assured me she would take care of it, said she was going to take the order back to the cook and she'd be back. She returned a few minutes later with two more orders of wings. I had a feeling because it had only been about 5 minutes that these wings were not fresh. I checked them in my car in the to-go parking and behold, the cook sloppily topped the incorrect bbq wings with Buffalo sauce. It was the exact same incorrect, cold wing order I handed them. They took the wings back into their kitchen and then reserved them to me, with the same incorrect sauce under the Buffalo. Like I can't taste the difference? Like I can't see what you did? I took the order right back inside, asked the bartender Sydney to get a manager and a minute later he met me at the to-go counter. I told him I order these same wings almost daily, I can see they just slapped Buffalo sauce over the bbq. The colors are different, the bbq has some herbs in it visibly not present in the Buffalo sauce and the bbq is darker, transparent in color while Buffalo is more orange and opaque. The manager agreed with me that they were as they appeared, he apologized for not checking the order before bringing it back to me. I asked him if he would just redo the whole order with the correct items and he agreed to do so. I ordered a drink at the bar to get the bartenders name, she lied to me and I asked her to make sure this exact thing didn't happen to me. I told this to the manager too, and I heard him ask her if she had checked the order before she gave it to me. I didn't hear her reply. But honestly, what the heck guys? How absurd, your cook seriously needs to be taught basic food safety and I can't believe it took an hour and a half to finally get my correct order. I understand mistakes happen but this is a serious safety issue, they take food back into their kitchen and serve it even if it's over an hour old in room temperature conditions. I'm disgusted, seriously disappointed and highly inconvenienced. I feel like I am a joke to this establishment, I feel like this place is a joke itself.
