Ok, have to admit, I have not been to a Chili's for about 5 years. Think last time I went was in 2021 in Georgetown, and saw still under "COVID protocols", so was not that great of service, and food was just "meh". Well, this location and this visit was the complete opposite! We were greeted right away at front door and they held the door open for us. They asked us if we wanted a table or booth (*thank you, as I hate always being shoved into a booth). We sat at a great table and was met very quickly by Bradly! We ordered or drinks and looked over the menu. We decided on a couple of "new" items. My husband got the "Bacon Rancher Burger" which came with fries. It was a little dry (not much Ranch), so he added his own mustard (which Bradly kindly brought out for him). I took a bite, and it was VERY good. He liked it too! Great flavor and cooked perfectly. I got the Deluxe Big Crispy Chicken Sandwich. (I asked for "no tomato", but think since "issues with lettuce" lately, they left that off too. ) The chicken was cooked PERFECTLY! It would rival some fast food chain ;) !! Mine was also a little dry (again, not much Ranch), so Bradly brought me out a side of Mayo. The fries on both of our meals were outstanding! It has been a long time since fries have impressed me, as most of the time they are either "limp" or "over done". These were done just right. We finished them all. Only complaint was the my side of mac and cheese was "very thick" sauce. But, want to compliant Bradly on also coming by quickly with refills on my husband's soda and my ice tea! Only complaint, was after we got our drinks and finished our meals, he didn't come by to ask us our our meal was. We just paid on the table screen and left. We did not get a chance to thank him for the service, as we did not see him again. But, we will be back and try more items at this location again! read more

I always go with the Oldtimer Burger, and every time it comes out cooked perfectly -- juicy, flavorful, and exactly what a traditional burger should be. The seasoned fries have just the right kick to them and are always hot and crispy. And let's not forget the ice-cold Dr Pepper to wash it all down... honestly the perfect combo. I haven't been to Chili's in awhile but I was dog sitting for someone and decided to try out a newer location nearby. This area is busy so I was nervous, on the wait time. We pulled in, parked and was seated right away! First impression: clean, nice decor and an absolutely wonderful staff! Our waitress, Dani, was out right away. Helpful with our order and suggestions and had our drinks out immediately! I was already super impressed and it was just to start of our visit. Our salads arrived right after our drinks. We sat, talked and finished our salads then our meal were out directly after. GREAT timing. I ordered a burger with broccoli. The burger was perfect, not just saying perfect but......The person who made it, did it absolutely perfectly! By far, the best burger I've had in awhile!! I had a good portion of broccoli and before we got our drinks down halfway, she was bringing us refills. This location of Chilis was, by far, my favorite and I can't wait to go again. It's a good hour drive but a good burger is a good burger and I want to see what my next meal brings to the table! lol. So we get a new Chili's restaurant in the Leander area about 8 months ago. I use to love their Baby Back Ribs, but that was about 20 years ago. We were glad to get a nice restaurant in the area, but can't quite wrap my hands around what's happening here. We tried to use their mobile app, with very little success. Today, tried to order two of their "3 for $10.99" burger specials with mixed results. The app took a little to get use to. I processed the order and received an error code, "your payment was not complete" or so I thought. Drove to the restaurant, completed my order in person. Just as my payment was completed, the Chilis associate runs out to tell me they did have my order. Even though it showed incomplete, it pushed through. Their manager processed a refund request. Just have to wait 3-5 days to insure it gets refunded. The mobile app needs a review. The kitchen needs help processing Togo orders on time. Always 10-15 mins behind. Staff is always resourceful and apologetic. I just wish they could pull it all together. Chilli's has some great food, great deals, and we welcome them. I so want to give them 5 stars. Well this was a pleasant surprise. I gave Chili's another shot but went to the newer location. 1st the restaurant looked pretty nice and the restaurant as a whole was vclean. Our waiter was amazing did have to ask for anything he would just bring what we needed and wanted without asking. The food was great the mozzarella sticks were great super cheesy like I like them. The ribs were on point. My kids got pasta with shrimp and chicken and they loved it. My son got the chicken strips with fry's and he was very pleased. My wife got the 3 meat skillet and also loved it. She wasn't too happy with the rice though she said it was seasoned with taco seasoning and that's no good. So excited this location is open, we needed a good neighborhood spot. We stopped in for Sunday dinner, just a bit after dinner rush. The restaurant is clean, well lit and has a nice family feel. They are just opening and working on all the things, we could not have had a better experience. Our waitress Renee was so kind and very attentive. She was supported by a team that wanted to make sure we had a good experience. We ordered the chips and salsa, came sure fast and the chips were warm and salted. For dinner we ordered the triple dipper and original chicken crispers either a side of garlic toast with house ranch. Our food came fast, was a good temperature and tasted great! The restaurant is open so yes it can get a bit loud, but honestly the whole feel and vibe of the restaurant is great. The booths are comfort and I love that the tables have good solid chairs. My kids and I went to have dinner for Valentine's Day yesterday we thought the restaurant was going to have a long wait time, luckily it didn't. The staff there were so welcoming, as soon as we walked in we got greeted and seated right away. Everyone was super friendly. It was our first time going to this location and we felt so welcomed. Our waitress was going above and beyond with service us. She was attentive of what we needed we didn't have to ask for anything. I know there are mixed feelings about having a large chain open up in our small but ever growing neck of the woods. In my opinion, a clean, well-run, reliable Chili's is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Service was great. Food came out fast and with all the classic options that have become staples of any visit to Chili's (I'm looking at you, skillet queso). Chilis just opened and it's jamming. Very nice & clean, and ice cold AC. All the workers are very friendly and seem to be on it. Could be a great local spot. It is a little small but I guess after the hype dies down a little it won't the as crowded. Hardly any parking spots open. There is fast free WiFi that connects quickly. The bar is a great spot with a lot of TVs and social feel. The restaurant has an open feel and yet still cozy. I did see more than a few empty margarita glasses and it was a bit delayed getting napkins and ketchup. And bussers routinely brought out orders unsure of who they went to. But little hitches as such are to be expected during a grand opening. The food was delicious. I got chicken quesadillas and the cheeseburger sliders and both were very good. I've always been a fan of Chili's because it's a versatile spot that typically has something for everyone. If they stay open late too this will be great for locals to cruise over to when everything else is closed. Wishing this Chili's location tons of success! I repeat: ice cold AC = awesome. read more

Very pleased with my first visit here! Took a few folks out to lunch, and wanted to try the new location. Inside was very clean, we were seated quickly, and it wasn't overly busy when we ate around 11:30. Our server Hannah was very attentive, made sure our beverages were full, and provided us with great service. The food was good! It's been a minute since I've been to Chili's, but happy with how the food turned out. Got the surf and turf with the steak and shrimp, and it was very good. Steak was cooked just as I ordered it, and the shrimp had great flavor and wasn't overcooked. My guests had crispy chicken fingers and a sirloin steak, and they enjoyed their food as well. Awful experience. No structure, no delivery of food. Wait staff was slow to even pay attention. They seemed to be running in circles doing nothing. We sat there for 45 minutes and received nothing (we only ordered a side salad and mozzarella sticks) and that was it. We left after the bartender told us 4x over 20 minutes the food would be coming out soon. You should not be going to any chilis anywhere, but if you look yourself in the mirror and can bring yourself to do it, go to any of the other ones in Austin/round rock/cedar park. I waited 1 hour and a half for my to-go order. They didn't make my order correctly so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to remake my burger. The service by many employees was unacceptable. This first red flag that I noticed right away was the to-go person bringing out the to-go orders, wasn't naming the orders for the 10-15 other people in the crowded to-go section. She just left the orders on the shelf and made everyone else look at the ticket for whoever's order. Other Chili's restaurants, name the order as they bring them out. Rosa, the person I told my order issues to, didn't make it an urgency at all, to making my remake a priority. Waiting 30 minutes for a remake is insane! And to make matters worse, in the 30 minutes of waiting, someone came inside and stole my remaining order from the shelf, while I was by the doorway to the kitchen trying to get someone's attention about my remake order. ‍ So I had to wait even longer for my whole order to be remade, literally a nightmare situation. Another lady came out and told me the general manager (ginger) would come out to talk to me, but he waited 20 minutes to come talk to me. He was told that I watched someone take my order and walk out, as if I'm security for my large order. I didn't see this person walk out with my order, I looked over there and it was gone while I was waiting 30 minutes for my remake and trying to get anyone's attention for an update on this remake. The to-go manager lady I forgot her name but she was the only employee to apologize over and over again. I spoke to 3 other employees before her and none of them apologized once! I get that it was a Friday night and they were swamped but the absolute rudeness and lack of communication and urgency was super awful, the worst ever! No one offer a discount or credit, nothing for all the awfulness I was forced to endure while I waited an hour and thirty minutes for my to-go order. The to-go manager was able to get my order out in less than 5 minutes after speaking to her. She was the only employee who was apologetic and kind. I will never ever go here again, the absolute worst experience and service ever at any restaurant. If I could give zero stars, I believe that would be appropriate. read more

The broccoli was under cooked with age spots... how can you mess up broccoli. So disappointed. Never thought I'd be excited about going to a Chili's but this last experience was incredible due to the far and beyond efforts of the staff and its manager. Our waitress, Allison, was personable and attentive. She noticed my partner asked for no cheese on her burger but it was delivered with cheese. We refused to accept a new order; said it was fine, these things happen. Next thing we know Andrew, the manager, appears with an apology and another offer to make things right. I gave them another shot after my first horrible experience. I was just as disappointed this time as I was the last time. So, I sat at the bar and the bartender took my drink order. She obviously forgot about it. Patrons sat to the left and right of me...they both order drinks, and received them...I still never got mine. One of them ordered an appetizer, received the appetizer and that's when I had enough. I walked out without ever receiving the marg I ordered or the glass of water I ordered as well. I hate to make this a race thing, but I was the only black person in the bar once again, and once again everyone else received amazing service while I was totally ignored. I think the bartender assumed the other patrons would tip better than me so she ignored me. I called the manager and her response was, "I'm sorry but what do u want me to do about it?" We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Chili's on 9/18/24 with server Taylor and manager Ellie and I think their efforts combined with the overall good service and tasty food makes this location our new favorite. We had some minor mishaps with our meal and they both went out of their way to rectify them. Our grown up meals had large portions and were delicious. My children were delighted both with their food from the kid menu and the attention they got from Taylor and Ellie. I really appreciate how hard these ladies worked to show us a good time. I'm giving this place a 5 star! We did have to ask to clean the seat and the tablecloth but they took care of it promptly. We then received two full plates of chicken pasta and chicken/shrimp pasta, although the waitress Brook ordered what we wanted correctly--one plate of chkn/shrimp combo to be split. They said sorry, they'd take it off the bill. Shortly after, Andrew the manager brought us another full plate on the house! So I recommend that you check your bill before paying on the Ziosk machine on the table. They are adding $2.99 for the Ziosk machine, saying it's for games. Now when I questioned this charge, the waitress told me that usually kids play the games without parents knowing, but I was eating alone, so when I asked do you see any children at my table, her reply was it was probably someone before you that sit here. AGAIN, you don't open until 11:00am and I arrived and was seated at 11:30am, so again please explain, because this is total bs that you are adding this to every ticket and only those who check the details of their ticket are catching you doing this. She said oh it's not a big deal and I will take it off your ticket, YOU THINK!! I will never go back because of the morals this chain has stooped to make extra money.
