Just had Chili's for the first time since the fall of 2020 and it was a bit disappointing. My now former favorite appetizer, Southwestern Egg Rolls, were nothing like they used to be. The egg roll filling is now about 1/3 to 1/2 of what it used to be and costs more. Also does not taste as good. Welcome to my review. I do enjoy Chili's but this restaurant's quality of customer service is terrible. It took 10 mins for them to get us greeted at the door. Then another 8 mins to get us seated. Looks like there understaffed. Then we got to the table. The tablet does not work. I wish they change it out or make sure they work before placing it on the table. Then it took another 15 mins to get our drink order in. Then we order and no spoons and napkins we had to ask for it. I had to ask twice. Chili's located in a plaza and there is enough parking. I wish I could just post a voice memo with details but here it goes... 1. Waited at least 5 mins to be seated though there were only 3 people at the bar and only 3-4 tables occupied with 4 or less patrons. 2. Waiter smelled as if he had finished a cigarette IMMEDIATELY before greeting us at our table. 3. Appetizers (2) came out separately and it took longer than expected, even for the first app (free chips and salsa)! 4. Entrees were delivered over 45 mins after the orders were please. The waiter said something about the computer mixes up the order in the section we were seated in. It must've been a one table only section; the patrons to the left, right, and behind us all came in after us and still received their apps, drinks, AND entrees before we got our entrees. The manager tried to resolve this by offering a discount of 50% but we were not onboard with paying for lost appetites due to the delay and and poor service. The order was cleared but because the manager delivered our apps...and was aware of the huge delay but didn't check in, my rating stands. 3 star rating based on two prior positive to go/pickup order experiences! read more

We had a really wonderful lunch here at this location today. I'm not sure why, but I think the scores for this location or unfairly low. The service was really fantastic - and we got a ton of attention from our server throughout the entire meal. We were even there for an extended period of time, and never felt rushed or unattended too. Obviously, from a menu perspective this was the same offering they have it every location across the country. The nice thing about Chili's is you know what you're going to get as far as the menu. They don't deviate much, but they do a good job with all that they serve. The facility was clean, and the bathrooms were well attended to. If you don't mind sitting in the bar area, you can walk in & seat yourself. Hopefully, you'll get Rhonda. She's fantastic. The food is great, the burgers are juicy & Rhonda's service is excellent. The drinks are good too. However, if you want sit in dinning area it's not so good. You can get seated quickly but food takes very long & glasses are empty more than filled. Just order dinner Via DoorDash from this Chili's. The food was cold but worst of all was the "cups" of chili. Barely received 3 oz. of chili. No sour cream or tortillas. When we called the manager James... he stayed we needed to call DoorDash... but DoorDash didn't do this.. your restaurant did. He seems uncaring and that was the end of the call. DoorDash did give us a credit. Chili's should be embarrassed of the product they are sending out and more embarrassed by their management and their lack of concern regarding issues. read more

I have ordered carryout online from this Chili's about 10 times since the pandemic started. Of those times I've only had 1 messed up order. According to my calculations, that's a 90% success rate. Pretty good in my book. Chili's has always been my preferred casual dining destination over it's similar competitors (Applebees & Fridays), but I just tried their smokehouse combo and I was impressed. I ordered brisket, brisket quesadillas and jalepeno cheddar sausage. The brisket was more like "pulled" brisket as opposed to sliced, but it had a good flavor and was super tender. The sausage was equally impressive with a little kick and large amount of melted cheddar throughout. The street corn side was tasty also (I am a big fan of their corn on the cob). The menu stated that the smokehouse combo came with garlic pickles and I believe my quesadilla was supposed to have some kind of dipping sauce, both were missing, so if you count that it would be 2 incorrect orders out of 10. I enjoyed the meal regardless hence the 4 star rating. If you're a fan of Chili's and in the area, this destination shouldn't disappoint. read more

This restaurant has a really hard time keeping help which means it's unpredictable in terms of service. They often close the dining area and serve in the bar area only. Tonight is a 45 minute wait with the only explanation as the kitchen is backed up. Apparently they are backed up with carry out orders because hardly no one is in the restaurant. read more

Ordered take out dinner for my wife, son and myself. Picked it up and drove home which takes me about 20 minutes. On reaching home I realized that they had forgotten to pack one of the dinners. Mistakes happen. Called back and instead of an apology and offer to make it right I was told that I would have to make the 40 minute round trip to pick up the now cold food or I could get a refund on the missing entree which meant that one of us would have dinner that night. Manager stated the same. Called the Brinker hot line and a customer service director called me and told that the staff followed policy. What a joke. I ordered 2 burgers to go, was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrive at the restaurant 20 minutes later and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to the TO-Go counter. I had to go to the bar and ask the lady there to send someone to the growing line at TO-Go. By the time I get to the counter my food was ready but my order was wrong. How hard is it to make 2 burgers. Apparently rocket science. I asked the lady for the burgers to please be re-done because they are incorrect. She went to the back and brought me out the things that were suppose to be on my burger in a container. I told her NO I want them re-done they are cold and incorrect and if I am paying $30 for 2 burgers I want them made right. She caught an attitude and gave me a pen and paper and said well write down what you want on the burgers since they are sooo wrong. I'm sorry what ????? I told her I don't know what comes on the burgers all I asked for was everything EXCEPT cheese. Just take the dang cheese off. Simple. She said you know what I'm just going to get the manager for you. I was like this can not be real life right now. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE AT WORK THEN DO US ALL A FAVOR AND DON'T COME IN THAT DAY. The manager came re-took my order and then I had to wait 1 HOUR for 2 burgers to be remade. Trust the reviews. Even on your most hungry day, DO NOT EAT HERE. Honestly.... HORRIBLE. I have never been to this Chillis before and I was excited to try the Curbside service. It was awful. The ordering was the best and easiest part. The good stuff stops there. We placed our order at 7:45pm for a 9:00pm pick up, giving them plenty of time. We got there a few minutes before 9:00pm and our order didn't arrive till 9:21pm. We live .06 tenths of a mile from this location. It took literally less than 2 minutes to get home after we FINALLY got our order. Our food was ICE COLD. When we bit into the burgers, it actually left cold grease stuck on the roof of our mouths. My husband ordered the Oldtimer burger with cheese. He asked for well done. It was still pink inside. No mustard, add mayo, no tomato or onion, only lettuce and pickles. They gave him mustard, no mayo. They gave him onions and tomatoes, no lettuce or pickles. EXACTLY what he didn't ask for. And my food? Let's just say our dogs wouldn't even eat it and they eat just about anything. Will never go to this place again. This location has been horrible the past few visits. It clearly needs new management. Each time we go, we're sitting 20 minutes or more before a server even comes to the table to take a drink order. Food takes forever to come out, and the wait staff is poorly trained. Years ago this was a fantastic location. We used to visit weekly. The shift manager is nowhere to be seen when a table of teens is screaming obscenities for a solid 30 minutes in the same section as several families with small children. We have ordered from here before and have most times had good experiences... but tonight wasn't one of those nights. I ordered a 6oz sirloin by phone, requested extra garlic butter on my steak and received a sort of tomato salsa with green sauce and avocado slices??? I requested my steak medium and it was more than well done with an extremely off taste. I'm pregnant and decided against finishing my meal. My husband also had beef nachos that were horrible as well. I've given this location of Chili's the benefit of the doubt far too many times. It seems smaller and less clean than other locations. The service is hit and miss - they have some good waiters, but they also have some clunkers there, too. The last straw, though, is their botched COVID-19 related take out service. I've been trying to support a variety of local restaurants, including some of the chains, which means even giving 20 to 25% tips (that's table service amounts) even just for take out. But it doesn't matter at this location; every single order has either had wrong items, missing items, of just been badly prepared (raw steak once when ordering medium rare, although it's usually over cooked). The last time I ordered from this location, using their automated system that texts you when to pick up your food for curb-side delivery, I arrived and texted "here" (as they request), and got the automated response that my food would be right out. 25 minutes later I got frustrated and went in; waited with another couple for another five minutes with NOBODY at the curbside/takeout register. NOBODY came by to even check who was waiting. Perhaps I was out of line, but there were orders just sitting on the shelves behind the register, so I went and looked, and sure enough there was my order - just sitting there. I looked in back to someone filling up a drink and said "I'm taking my order," and left. It was, of course, all completely cold by the time we were able to eat it. Were they busy? I often sympathize (having worked at restaurants when it's busy), but in this case it wasn't even an excuse - the food was just sitting there, ready to go. I will not give them another chance. Normally I wait some months (or years, I've lived here quite a while) and try again, hoping for new management, new staff, something that has improved, since this is the closest Chili's to my home, but I've been going to a different location now and been a LOT happier with the service AND the food. Look, it's Chili's - it's not fine dining, but the food is usually really tasty and hits the spot, and some locations are simply better than others. So if you want Chili's, I implore you to go to a different location. If you're a Chili's fan, the best thing that could happen is this place gets condemned, torn down, and a new, larger, cleaner one with new management opened on the spot. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! There was a ROACH in my food!!! Cooked into my food!!! I haven't been to Chili's in years because every location is always nasty dirty. Now when I finally do go, there's a roach in my food. This location probably has a roach infestation in the kitchen if it actually gets cooked into the food. I only ate one piece of my quesadilla and was in the middle of packing my food to go when I noticed the roach. Clearly I left my food there, idk what the hell else could've been cooked into it. As usual this is another negative experience at this particular Chili's. Food took over 45 minutes after being told it would be 20 to 25. 10 minute ride home and everything was cold. Cold cheeseburgers, cold quesadilla. Not even lukewarm, straight up cold. Like sat on the counter under a ceiling fan cold. Rarely have I had a positive experience here which is why I only go every six to twelve months. That's how long it takes for me to forget the agony and misery that is that particular Chili's. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had dining in any establishment. Fifteen minutes to get a water, another fifteen to see a server. We're talking about half an hour and a half full restaurant to even speak to our waitress. Our drinks remained emptied. When we ordered margaritas, the waitress did not ask how we wanted them served. Our appetizer was fine, but our meals came out staggered. My husband sat while his dinner went cold for fifteen more minutes before my dinner arrived. Fajitas. We had to wait and find our waitress in the kitchen to get any tortillas. At that point we just asked for boxes and our check. ...we were charged twice for one of our entrees and our server argued that the $15 extra was first because we sent our food back and then tried to argue it was sales tax. Not in this state. Manager dismissed us. No tip. Never returning. This was not a fluke. The table behind us was riddled with inconvenience and complaints as well. Entrees before salads before appetizers? Empty drinks? Unbelievable. We'll be calling corporate tomorrow. read more

The other reviews are spot on. Placed a pickup order. Was supposed to be ready at 6:45. I got there at 6:40. Order finally ready for me at 7:45. Got home 5 minutes later and the fries were cold. Not warm. Cold. Like they had been fried yesterday and stored overnight in the fridge. Burger was supposed to be pink. It was well done. But also cold. I brought my godkids here as a treat for good grades. We arrived just before opening on a Saturday afternoon and were seated promptly. The restaurant only had about 3 tables at this point, but I really wish that they would give us at least a table in between instead of seating everyone along the same wall in the same row. Kinda makes you feel cramped and claustrophobic in what is a pretty open dining area. Originally I asked for and got 2 kids menu along with my menu; but my godson asked for a burger from the regular menu. I asked the waiter and he smiled and gave us a kids menu without any hassle even though that would have bugged other servers. Our food came out pretty fast and hot, but keep in mind the restaurant had just opened. This was the worst Chili's experience ever. The host disappeared the moment we walked in, telling us that he would go clean off a table for us. He reappeared about five to ten minutes later but at the bar, talking to the bar tender. When we got his attention he came back and informed us that they only had three servers and would need to wait for 20-25 minutes to even have our order taken. There were only under 10 tables seated at the time. For the life of me I don't understand how 3 servers can't handle 10 or less tables! This young man was trying very hard to discourage us from staying so we obliged him by walking out! If I could give minus stars I would! Slow service and good has gone down hill. I wish I'd read reviews prior to selecting this location for lunch. I literally had a flag down a waitress after waiting 12 minutes after being seated to give them my order. They should know that people at lunch are in a hurry and need fast service. Wait staff was friendly just non-efficient. One young lady refilled my tea but offered no ice so all I had was warm tea with no chill. The food portion for the Mango chicken was a joke. My 4 yr old eats more than what they gave me. I blame management, I even saw him often delivering food but not once did he check on my experience.
