Haven't been to this location in YEARS as the last time wasn't a good experience. Decided to give it a shot recently and was left extremely disappointed. My boyfriend's burger was drenched in grease; it was inedible. My veggie fajitas came with a black bean patty that was so burnt I couldn't get passed the first bite. We couldn't even eat half of the 2 appetizers we got because they were so greasy and the batter for the fried onions was raw in the middle. It was an overall terrible experience. I did speak to the manager who offered $10 off of our total, which I appreciate but we didn't even put a dent in our meals. I will not be back to this location and I do not recommend it. As always there is plenty left over to take home.The awesome blossom didnt seem too awesome at this location though, it was a little more oily than usual. I went to Chili's with my family last night. The service was horrible. Our server, Jessica, gave me major attitude when I called her over to place a to-go order and ask for the check. Yeah, I get working in the service industry can be stressful, but don't take it out on the customers, especially when you depend on tips! Not only that, she was also pretty inattentive to our table overall. I ended up talking to the manager about her unprofessional conduct. My brother and grandpa went to have a drink and get some dinner and wanted to sit at the bar, they waited and waited to be helped and no one assisted them. Instead one of the workers that was supposed to be working in the bar area was sitting down chit chatting. So they decided to go the front to where you order food and no one was around, it looked as if the chilis wasn't even open. They ended up leaving and having to go to a different location because no one wanted to help them, it seemed as if they were invisible or the people working didn't want to help them. This chili's has improved there customer service excellent! I am very impressed I came on a Thursday night we had table-side guacamole Crispy asparagus I had burger. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD! Phoned in an order of 2 desserts "To Go" showed up 20 mins after the call and had to wait for another 25-30 minutes before the desserts were ready! Considering that when you order a dessert to go from chilis that you have to prepare it at home, this is unacceptable...can not rationalize the amount of time it took for them to put 2 desserts in styrofoam boxes...what's the point of calling ahead if you're just going to have to wait while they prepare your order. Ok, when you're eating in a town called Los Banos you're gonna be nervous. Hi, I'm eating in a town nanes "the bathroom." But this Chili's is THE BEST CHILI'S IN THE WHOLE WORLD. First, the host let me plug my son's iPad in up front. Even moved a tiny artificial Christmas tree out of the way to do so. So sweet. Then, there's Lisa. I could write epic love poems to Lisa, but that would be highly inappropriate - even for me. My husband has Celiac Disease and she went out of her way to make sure nothing he ordered had gluten in it. So sweet. And her eyeshadow was AMAZING. Everyone who worked there was super nice and rad. We stopped by to give this place a chance even after seeing the 2.5 stars. We got seated right away and even got to pick where, it was noon on a Saturday. Our server was quick and very attentive. Our food came out quick and was delicious. I ordered the Chicken Burrito Bowl and would definitely try it again. We ordered a refill of drinks to go and the server was happy to help. Very disappointing experience! I ordered a soup and salad and my husband ordered the Big Mouth bites. It took 45 minutes to get my salad after I had to flag server down ! Came in on Saturday and was able to get seated right away in the bar area. Customer service was great, attentive and got our food in a reasonable time. I was surprised, they brought back the mushroom burger, last time I visited a Chilis this was no longer on the menu. This location imo is pretty big. I've been to this chilis multiple times, love their margarita grilled chicken and the margarita chicken bowl. The food is always great, never complain about the food. When it comes to the servers, they kind of suck. Some of them might be super friendly and refill your drinks when they see you're almost on empty and some don't even check on you unless it's to take your order, deliver food, and give you your check. The only reason I keep coming back is because of the great food but their customer service could use a makeover. read more

Very disappointing experience. Went to Chili's 11/29 around 7pm. Server sounded like she was over her job. She did not check on us once. We paid on the touch screens that are by the tables. On top of that she did not even get our food order right. She did not check if the food was good and we had to pull her for refills. Her section was in the dining area. Very upsetting experience. Meh, I'm not a big Chili's fan if it wasn't for their happy hour. You see, we came in the middle of the night all hungry and asked the hostess if it was happy hour and she said that she believed so.. we continued to the bar to order but the bar servers said that they didn't do happy hours on Saturday late-nights so we had to stupidly strut back to the dining area since it was quieter. I placed an order to pickup due to covid. The worst ribs ever. I ordered dry rub and some bbq sauce on the side. Well I got the ribs with a very salty dry rub and no sauce whatsoever. The ribs were SOOO dry that it even tasted and looked like dry chicken. The mashed potatoes were ok but the broccoli was over cooked and mushy. I've never eaten at a Chili's in the bay area so my opinion comes from a different perspective. I generally go for a different style of restaurant when I am traveling and avoid food chain restaurants ;) For what is available locally in the rural parts of the central valley, Chili's is a good place to go for a casual lunch or dinner . My husband and I enjoy eating here because the food is always hot & fresh, the service is always great, and we don't burn a hole in our wallet for a meal (like we tend to do). We tend to go here it's for a late lunch generally on a weekend. And the times we've gone, it's generally busy enough that it doesn't appear deserted, but not so busy that you get ignored or overlooked by your server. We've never been dissatisfied. Be forewarned, the bathrooms generally don't smell that pleasant though! LOL. read more

Our server was great, the restaurant was clean and they provided kids menus/activities for the kids, but they must have a potato shortage because my sandwich didn't come with any sides... it came to the table a la carte (I verified online from the corporate menu that it should have come with fries) but cost much more than if you went to a sandwich shop. The dishes that we ordered that did come with fries, the portions of the side was kind of stingy. So it wasn't that great of a value. It was a good alternative when Black Bear had a wait list and we didn't have time to wait around but it's overpriced for what you get. read more

Went there last weekend and forgot to do my review. We called ahead for seating and were seated right away. Our waitress was great she got are drinks right away and was very nice. She took our orders and made my wife's salad perfectly the way she wanted it. I and my two daughters had pasta and the wife had a soup and salad. We had the unlimited tortilla chips that were great.
