Came here while in town for a quick dinner with my mom. We had the southwest egg rolls, Nashville hot mozz logs and honey chipotle crispers. Everybody loves a triple dipper, right! The food was hot & fresh!! Our server was amazing! We sat near the bar area and it was pretty busy for a Monday. Our server did a really good job navigating it all. The ambiance is laid back and there are TV to watch your fav teams play!

I know this may sound a little biased, but I have always loved Chili's. Was craving for some burgers so, I got the traditional burger and my partner got the black bean burger with Santa Fe sauce which was spicy according to him. The food is good as usual. Been coming to Chili's since I was 12. Highly recommend.

My wife and I went here last night just after 10 pm. When you enter, you are in the middle of the restaurant. To the left, there was one long table with about 20 people. The rest of that side was closed. To the right is a partial wall and the bar with a few tables and booths. That side was open. When we entered, the hostess was sitting at a table directly to the rear of the restaurant. She saw us, got up, and came to seat us. I asked if we could have a booth. She looked around, sighed, and said, "Is a table ok?" I replied."Do we have a choice?" Both of those statements are verbatim. At this point, she seemed confused and frustrated. She looked around (I'm still not sure at what) and said something to the effect of they only had one server so no booths are available. I said a table would be fine then. As we turned right, facing the bar area, just on the other side of the wall were four booths. the bar was past them facing us along the end of the building. Between the booths and bar were a few tables. Two of the four booths were occupied. The other two were piled with dirty dishes from previous guests. I do not think anyone was in the center tables. To the right, along the front of the restaurant, were three (or four) tables, one was occupied but left as we got there. So, to recap, there were 2 booths and a table occupied. The other two booths were not yet cleaned, and all the other tables were empty. Let's be fair and say there was another table with people that I didn't notice, so of the entire empty space, 2 booths and 2 tables had people. We were seated in the front corner at a small table (see photo). We sat with our backs to the wall, so the front of the building was to our left, bar was to our right, and we we looking towards the middle of the restaurant and that table of 20 people on the other side. We quickly decided what to order and waited to be acknowledged. And waited. And waited. The waitress went to one of the booths and took away some dirty dishes. We waited some more. Then, a family of 4 came in and sat at the table by us. Because of how we were seated, we were looking at their table. Within a few seconds (yes, seconds), the waitress took their drink order and went to get their drinks. We never got acknowledged. My wife and I looked at each other and left. Absolutely pathetic all the way around.

Sadly I won't be EATing at chili's anymore.. strictly the bar for me. I had an appetizer only! & before I could even pay... I started getting heart burn. Concerned, so I went to the restroom and YUP threw up my entire sampler! I couldn't believe it bc it didn't taste bad, or maybe I was just really hungry. idk. I returned to my table, told my server, whose response was "i don't eat here bc I see how the food is prepped" she then got her manager Anthony whose demeanor clearly implied I was just saying this for a 'free appetizer' or something. He refused to accommodate and didn't bring the "meds" he condescendingly offered me. Horrible hospitality on his part. my server was great. attentive and quick. She had a better attitude than her manager. Give her a raise.

    Salmon with rice and broccoli.

I was working in the area and ended up at this Chili's next to my hotel. Arrived around 8 pm for dinner. Decided to order the salmon with rice and broccoli. The service was good and quick. I was seated immediately and served quickly. The salmon was flakey, rice was good and broccoli tasty. Also ordered flavored tea and chips and salsa. The salmon was covered with a nice spicy sauce.

Pasta was served cold and very dry

Worst service and food I have ever eaten at this chain. I recommend the pub a block away instead. Quite horrible.

Food sub par for a chilis. Had to wait 15 minutes in an empty restaurant due to staffing issues, always a tell of what's to come.

Upscale without being stiff, comfortable without losing that polished feel. I ordered the jambalaya, and it was a standout. Well layered flavor, not overly heavy, with a nice balance of spice and richness. The proteins were cooked properly and the vegetables still had structure, which matters in a dish like that. It felt intentional, not just thrown together for a brunch menu. Across the table, the Eggs Benedict was equally strong. The hollandaise was smooth and properly seasoned, not overly lemony or thick, and the eggs were cooked right where they should be. That is often where places miss, but this one didn't. Dessert was where things really elevated. The strawberry cheesecake was clean, bright, and not overly sweet, with a good texture that held together without being dense. The chocolate Rasberry glutin-free dessert torte, was rich in the right way. Deep chocolate flavor without crossing into heavy or overwhelming. Service was attentive without hovering, and timing between courses was well paced, which is not easy on a busy holiday like Easter. Overall, this is a place that clearly pays attention to execution. Not just presentation, but flavor, balance, and consistency. That is what separates a good brunch from one you remember. We will be back.

Server wasn't much help and said she was new. Service was slow and embarrassingly bad. Our food was subpar and nothing to write home about (we didn't even take photos) - the best bite was the Thai Chili sauce Brussels. 3 out of 4 at our table had a that a veg side and everyone liked them! My wife had a the filet, which wasn't very tender. We came for dinner based on advertisement of a James Beard award winning chef. We've been to many restaurants (not in LYH) that have a James Beard award winning chef- don't be fooled this one wasn't!!!

We came in for breakfast, missed the cutoff, and ended up ordering lunch instead. That shift ended up defining the experience. **FOOD** At the table, we had three different sandwiches, and each one had its own issues, but they all pointed in the same direction. I ordered the Handcrafted King Burger. The name suggests something made in-house, or at least something with a bit of character. What came out looked like a prefab patty. Perfectly round, evenly flat, with the kind of surface you usually see from a frozen product. Flavor was fine, but it didn't match what you expect from a brisket burger. The toppings were standard, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, but the lettuce portion was skimpy and the tomato was sliced so thick it threw the balance off. I ended up cutting it down myself just to make it easier to eat. The fries were fine. Nothing wrong, just nothing memorable. My wife ordered the French dip. It came out dry, which is the one thing that sandwich really can't afford. It didn't seem like it had been dipped at all before serving, and the meat leaned overcooked. The au jus on the side helped once we started using it, but by then you're correcting something that should have been handled in the kitchen. We ended up swapping meals, which usually says enough. My mom went with the BLT, and that was the most disappointing of the three. The bacon was overcooked to the point where it broke down into small pieces instead of giving any real texture. It ate more like bacon crumbles than strips. The tomato had the same issue as mine, cut too thick, and needed to be adjusted at the table. She did like the house chips. Those were crisp, not oily, and easily the most complete item that came out. Across multiple plates, the Swiss cheese stood out, and not in a good way. It had the look and texture of a lower-end processed slice rather than something you'd expect from a deli. It showed up more than once, which made it feel like a standard shortcut rather than a choice. **SERVICE** Service was steady. Our waitress stayed on top of refills and checked in without hovering. Orders were taken correctly, food came out in a reasonable time, and nothing got missed. **AMBIENCE** The space is clean and organized, and it's clear they take care of it. It's a little smaller than it looks online, but it works. Nothing feels out of place, and it's comfortable enough to sit and eat without distraction. **CLOSING** This feels like a place that might do one part of the menu better than another. Based on this visit, lunch didn't hold up. Too many small things were off across multiple plates, and it adds up. We'll likely come back and try breakfast, but there's not much here that would bring us back for lunch. **RATINGS** Food: ** Service: **** Ambiance: **** Overall: *** Personal Disclaimer: I value small, independent restaurants and want them to succeed. This review reflects a single visit and may not represent every experience. EVERY RESTAURANT IS WORTH TRYING FOR YOURSELF. Go, see what you get, and be honest in how you evaluate it. I've worked as an executive chef, restaurant manager, and owner. I tend to hold places to a higher standard. Execution matters. Freshness matters. Effort shows. Cutting corners usually does too.
