Food good, service was fast even with it being busy. Only gripe is that this location is so small it's really nowhere to wait for your food. The seating is limited. Back a second time and they've added outdoor seating.

5 out of 5 stars! Great customer service, delicious food, and the presentation was on point. Everything looked very clean and well-maintained. Definitely recommend coming here, especially after a night at Wolf Lounge when you're looking for a good late-night dinner after the kids are asleep. Will definitely be back!

Went to nations this morning for the first time and ordered their breakfast. It was amazingly good however we got the sliders. Also I would not recommend getting the sliders. They are dry. There was no meat on the little quarter Patty. It was horrible dry and not very tasty at all the cheese was on the hamburger and the hamburger was so dry. It felt like you were eating the Sahara desert.

    Great cheeseburger!!

Fantastic long time Bay Area burger and breakfast place! Had a fantastic visit to the new Nation's burgers and Pies in Manteca. Burgers were great, fries were cooked to perfection chili was great, custard pie was fantastic! The owner Sulbha is awesome. I used to go to the Nation's in San Jose / Berryessa in the 80's when she was at that location. Was so nice to see her and reminisce a bit. What a wonderful Lady! Do yourself a favor and stop at this Iconic California restaurant! All their breakfast , burgers, pies ...... grilled cheese....etc. are delicious . Good location, plenty of parking, clean, friendly, fast personal service !! Try them! You will not be disappointed! Thanks for bringing Nation's to Manteca Sulbha!!

Paper thin dry pancakes. Gross didn't eat.

ZERO RATING!! DON'T GO!! We went for breakfast Sunday at 8:45am. First off they ran out of coffee and never made a new pot. Gave us 2 different sets of dirty knives with dried egg stuck to it. Paper thin pancakes. Staff was nice young ladies but said they were surprised the'd be busy Sunday morning for breakfast. Super disappointed. A couple walked in and with only 4 tables had no where to sit so they left. I felt jealous and wished I could turn back time so I could've gone somewhere else. They don't know how lucky they were.

Nations Bacon Cheeseburger isn't what it used to to be let Manteca tell it.

I was excited to a Nations closer to me other than Tracy or Stockton. 1st time I went 2 weeks ago and I was disappointed with the cashier. No greeting just stood there waiting on me to order, very unfriendly and I told her she need needs to work on customer service skills. The cheeseburger was undercooked and I ended up throwing it away. 2nd experience yesterday, same dry unfriendly cashier and now also the cook. Jimena took my order,1 bacon cheeseburger with no tomatoes and the other had tomatoes both well done this time. Luckily I was watching as she had tomatoes on both and I spoke up and she pulled them off 1. She came and tossed the food on the counter in front of me and walked off. The person that ordered behind me had the same issue and said she ordered no tomatoes and they were dragged off her burger. If you apply for a job that involves interacting with customers, be customer friendly. Word of advice, look at the ticket order and make what it says otherwise make the corrections with a smile on your face because Nations is now to high with their prices for your nasty attitude to ruin my day after I worked and commuted to get there. This new Bacon cheeseburger look you guys are making is not what the menu board looks like nor is it what other Nations Bacon cheeseburgers look like. Where is the Bacon , lettuce, mayo/dressing, tomatoes or onions on this?? What a neat plain cheeseburger I could have gone elsewhere for cheaper.

    The counter

Food was great people were kind great place easy parking very nice and clean inside. I'll definitely be coming back.

Pies and Cheese Cakes as far as the eye can see!

Such great food and fast service! Loved the cheeseburgers and cheese cake! I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

I'm not sure how busy it gets on weekends. The coffee is always fresh, and the menu has all the classic café breakfast options you'd expect. My favorite is the chorizo omelette with a side of strawberries. The omelette is flavorful without being greasy, and the strawberries are always fresh and delicious. The toast is decent, though I think trying a different bread brand could make it even better. The servers are consistently friendly and attentive. Orders come out quickly, and coffee refills are always topped off without having to ask. Overall, Frank's is a great spot for breakfast and definitely worth checking out.

The place is narrow, with a long counter running down the length of it and additional seating tucked away in the back. Grab a seat at the counter and the grill is literally right on the other side, so you get a front-row seat to the action while your breakfast is being made. And honestly, the entertainment is half the experience. The cooks and wait staff are constantly joking, talking, and giving each other a hard time. Their friendly banter is so natural that I found myself wondering if this was a family-run business. Whether it is or not, they definitely have that kind of chemistry. They also seemed to know just about every regular who walked through the door. Between the conversations, laughter, open grill, and familiar faces, I couldn't help thinking I'd somehow wandered onto an episode of Cheers, only instead of sitting at the bar with a beer, I was at the counter with coffee and a seriously impressive breakfast. I ordered The Moose Omelet, and apparently the moose isn't just there for decoration. This thing is a beast. Four eggs packed with crisp bacon, linguica, sausage, ham, green onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and thin-sliced potatoes that reminded me of scalloped potatoes, all folded into the omelet and blanketed with melted cheddar cheese. Their homemade pico was delicious and went perfectly with the omelet. What I liked most about The Mangy Moose is that it doesn't feel manufactured or overly polished. It's a real neighborhood diner with character, generous food, friendly people, and the kind of atmosphere that's becoming harder and harder to find. I may have walked in as the new guy, but it definitely feels like the kind of place where, after a few visits, everybody really would know your name. I'll be back. Five stars.

I ordered a plate of crispy hashbrowns topped with tender pulled pork, smothered in rich, creamy gravy, and sprinkled with fresh jalapeños for a perfect kick. It was comforting without being heavy, like a warm hug you didn't know you needed. But the best part? They had fun flavored mimosas that made brunch feel like a celebration. We tried a few different flavors, and each one was bright, refreshing, and paired perfectly with the savory food. (Rachel Green would approve.) The staff was friendly, kept the coffee refills coming, and made us feel welcome without hovering. The prices were fair, and the portions were generous enough to leave you full but not overly stuffed. If you're looking for a cozy spot with great food, good vibes, and a reason to say "How you doin'?" to your mimosa, this is it. Can't wait to come back and bring friends for a brunch round two.

Given the multitude of licenses at stake in such enterprises, I wish to share my recent experience at this location. This morning, my husband and I visited, and we were somewhat disappointed with the quality of our orders. He ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk, while I ordered an oat milk latte with an extra shot of espresso at a temperature of 200 degrees. He also selected a ham, cheese, and egg croissant, and I opted for a bacon and cheese croissant. Regrettably, the items did not meet our expectations. The beverages lacked the desired strength; although the temperature was correct, I was informed after placing our order that they were out of oat milk and had to substitute it with almond milk. Given that we had already paid approximately $30, this was quite disappointing. Despite these concerns, we did not request a discount or refund, and we accepted the substitution that was communicated to us approximately 10 to 15 minutes after placing our order. On a positive note, the staff were very courteous, and the establishment was clean. However, I suspect that the items we ordered may not represent the best offerings on their menu. While the service was commendable, there was a notable wait involved. It would have been preferable to have been informed of the oat milk shortage prior to payment, as we might have chosen to leave at that point. Unfortunately, our dissatisfaction led us to seek alternative options, and we subsequently drove to Stockton to visit Peet's Coffee, where we consistently find lattes prepared to our liking. While we may not return to this location, I do not wish to portray it negatively. It is clear that the establishment has potential, yet our experience did not align with our expectations.
