The service was worst then poor we went in at 2:00PM on a Tuesday only two other tables had customer it took ten minutes to get a drink order and it wasn't even our server once our server came to take our drink order which we had given to another server so she took our order over five minutes later we asked for our drink we she finally went and got them. The food took forever once we got our food we asked for refills which we never got until we asked for the check. This would be a great place for a Applebee's. POOR POOR POOR. read more

Seated before estimated time with a packed parking lot; seated by a new host unfamiliar with table seating and server name. Drinks ordered with water (served in 10 min); margarita next (16 min); 2 beers, server didn't know if draft or bottle (came as chilled bottle like at ice house, no glasses), no bar napkins (20 min). BTW - Presidente Margarita was ordered on the rocks but when "served", the salt rimmed glass had no ice; it was in the sealed carafe and poured out by server at table. Our server was pleasant, but still struggling with menu knowledge. When advised that they ran out of steamed broccoli, substitutes required a new menu search - no suggestions by server. I liked their Roasted Corn. Their mashed potatoes was tasty and fresh. Sirloin and Ribeye were cooked to perfection. Bottom Line: management is visible and interactive. They're making the trooper effort to get their teams on an efficient rhythm. Food quality was excellent. Bar service will improve in time. Establishment is new and clean. Give them a try. read more

Haven't been too chili's in over 10 years due too having a bad experience back home. So me and my brother decided too give it a try considering it's been a while and they're might have been a change. First thing I noticed when we walked was that we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server Joanna has been extremely helpful with making sure we were attended to and making sure we weren't forgotten. The manager Braeden Wesley helped us with the menu options and genuinely walked us through which was good on menu and what pairings went well with it, definitely treated us like family and made us feel loved. The food runner Javier brought out food nice and hot and gave us everything we needed. Me and my brother are some really tall and big dudes so we eat A LOT!!!!. All around a very pleasant experience; I will definitely be coming back to this location based on how we were treated. read more

Not the first time we have been here and service is lacking...but my goodness this is ridiculous! Only one family waiting to be seated when we arrived, was clear to see several empty tables in dining room. But since my husband and I were alone we opted to just sit in bar area. We had to ask and wait for one of the EIGHT DIRTY tables to be cleared so we could sit. The table they sat us next to clearly had something spilled earlier, no idea why they just placed a couple of cones around it and left a wet towel on the floor instead of just cleaning it up, honestly just one mop stroke and it would have been fine! It never got cleaned the entire time we were there! We got no appetizer plates with appetizers. Was wondering if waitress forgot us because it took a really, really long time for her to come back and take our order. The floors were filthy and bathroom needed cleaning. This place is in dire need of some training and upper management! Chips were stale, but at least our entrees were fine. Really sad because we usually love Chili's and we're excited to have them open near us . Doubtful we will return unless we see a sign showing new management. I've given several reviews over time... but I think this is my first 2 star review. Hoping they will work towards improvement. read more

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had! I understand it's a new restaurant but the management and staffing here is ridiculous! Where to start? First when we came in I told the lady we had 5 people. She told me to have a seat and then informed the lady at the desk we had 5. I heard her. About 5 mins later the woman at the desk looks at me and ask of I had just arrived and how many I had like she didn't even acknowledge the other lady or me and my son. We get seated and it takes almost 10 mins for our server to come see us and ask for drinks. Another 10 mins go by waiting on drinks. No alcohol, just teas. We then proceed to order and the waitress keeps messing up the orders as she's writing them and we have to repeat them back to her numerous times. Not a good sign. We ordered chips and guacamole as an appetizer. About 20 or so mins later they bring us chips and salsa and said the guacamole was on its way. Another 20 mins go by and we are out of chips and still no guac. We finally catch our server and ask where it's at because it's going on 45 mins and I'm sure our food is almost done at this point. She comes back about 10 mins later, tosses the tiny bowl on the table and says "Here ya go" and proceeded to walk away. The guac is partially brown and has been sitting. We where all upset by this. She finally comes back about 10 mins later and ask if it's ok. We inform her it's not and we are unhappy with her attitude and we don't want it anymore. Her face drops at this point. She takes it away as we ask where our food is. At this point it's going over an hour of being here. She goes to check and comes back to say they are finishing the last couple of things. Another 20 mins go by and still no food. We asked the training manager and he comes back and says it's on the way. Food FINALLY comes out after waiting for over an hour for it. It's cold and messed up. My mom and aunts food is cold, the triple dipper plate is cold, they gave him the wrong sauces, my chicken tenders and waffles where so cold it was enraging. The real kicker was they didn't give my 4 year old cheese on his burgers like he ordered and they burnt the meat. He was so upset he pushed his plate away. We FINALLY catch the server again after 15 mins or so of this mess and inform her of the issues. She said she'd get it fixed. I said the main thing I need is cheese for my sons burgers so he can eat. It takes them 20 mins to bring out half a slice of cheese on a plate. At this point I'm beyond upset and ask for a manager. It takes another 20 mins for him to get to our table. We explain all the issues and it didn't feel as if he cared. He doesn't really apologize for the issues, just says he will take care of it. We wait a little longer to hear something from him but never do. At this point we notice the table computer order had been erased. The server trainer comes by and apologies and says the manager wants to come talk to us again before leaving. We wait around for 10 mins or so before just leaving without hearing from him again. Also, the restrooms are RIDICULOUS! There is only 1 stall, 1 urinal, and 1 sink in the men's room. People have to stand outside the area where people are eating to use the facilities. I will never return to this location, or possibly any Brinker owned establishment again. read more

Very bad service at this Chili's. Walked in and sat down in the bar area, most tables were vacant. After 20 min of waiting, I saw 2 other tables get up and leave because they have not been waited on. After asking for a manager our waiter showed up to take our order. But after finding out we had asked for a manager she was extremely rude and snappy. After the manager showed up he didn't seem to care and blamed everything on how busy they just had gotten, even though more than 50% of the bar tables were empty. Very poor customer service! This Place gets better and worse every time we visit. The service was better but we still waited 15 minutes before we even got an order in for drinks and an appetizer. Then waited another 10 minutes for the drinks to come. Our server was friendly. We finally got our appetizer but it took another 10 minutes to get a refill on our drinks. The food came out 20 minutes later and was good. They always do ribs good! My corn was cold while his was hot. We were refilled on our drinks and enjoyed the meal. The service was a lot better than it used to be even a month ago. All in all it wasn't to bad this time. We will try again in a few weeks and see if it improves. read more

Avoid this place...I go back several times thinking maybe just a bad day... dissatisfied every time. This last visit we just got there and my wife moved a chair with something sticky all over the seat. Absolutely a great dinning experience!!! Let me tell you. After reading the reviews and noticed it only had 2 stars we decided to check it out ourselves. As soon as we walked in greeted with a smile and a hello. We asked to seat in the bar area. "Oh yes of course it's opening seating wherever you would like"! All the tables clean and booths wiped down. As soon as we sat Cassie came over introduced herself and took our drink order right away. My fiancé and I wanted to wait until happy hour started but decided to grab a tall cold beer anyway. And yes it was very cold!!! As soon as the beers came she asked if we wanted appetizers but we wanted to wait again for the happy hour menu she asked what we wanted and said as the time comes up I'll put them in for you. About 5min after come over and took our full order. Food was spread out correctly nothing came out cold or was cold. Cassie always had our drinks full and cold her attitude was just absolutely amazing. I read a few reviews and a few said they changed their menu and where upset and gave this place a bad review. Shame on you that's not the servers bartenders or even managers fault. These ppl work very hard for their money. Don't rate them because something you liked wasn't on the menu. Rate them on their service. The manager came by happy to hear about our experience!! I didn't catch he's name but thank you for stoping by our table!! I think when I saw Cassie taking a table that walked in at 9:50 only 10mins before they closed, she went up to them with the same smile and excitement, and gratitude as she did us. Will not be returning. Was disappointed with slow service the last couple of times. Decided to give it one more shot and had a terrible experience that left us fearful of getting food poisoning. To start with, there was food all over the floor near us from a table that had left. No one came by to clean it the entire time we were there. We order chicken nachos as an app and our server asks if we would like to order anything else. We went ahead and ordered entrees too, thinking that the server would turn them in separately. She had even stated she would have the nachos right out. Instead, she brings out the nachos rather quickly (which is great) but then says our entrees are ready as well and asks if we would like them. Obviously we don't want them to sit there so we tell her to bring them out. We were shocked that they were ready so fast. She apologized and said they have the same cook time (Could have easily been avoided had she not put everything into the computer at once. Our fault for trusting her to know to do that) To our surprise, the food was not hot. We weren't expecting that with how fast the food came up. We decided against complaining, but 3 nachos in each, I discover undercooked chicken. This was obviously alarming. I showed the server the chicken and she immediately agreed and got the manager. The manager's response was unsettling. He agreed that the chicken looked dicey (his words) but said it's dark meat and that there can be random pieces that look pink and odd. Seriously? First off, the chicken was slimy and not just pink but second, they have obviously gone down on the quality of chicken used for the nachos and his explanation of it only made it more unappetizing. He comped the app but I just hoped I wouldn't get sick. The server came back to apologize and says "Hopefully you don't end up in the hospital, but if you do, it's not your fault but theirs." Real comforting. To top this off, I noticed SEVERAL other tables with issues. One man was waving his card in the air (granted you're supposed to pay with the machine on the table) but not everyone knows this or maybe he had a problem. From past experiences, the servers seem to disappear after your food is brought. I heard another table behind us say they are never getting out of here, and noticed someone from yet another table get up and grab the manager. Seemed like problems all around. I'm just thankful we have not gotten sick but have felt queasy since our visit 2 days ago. I have to wonder if they do not have things already prepared and sitting there for how quickly our food came out but was not hot. Seems they have had a lot of complaints on cook times and are trying to get the food out quicker but at the risk of your health. Will not be back. From the time we walked in for a table the experience was horrible! Our table was dirty, and it took our server 20 minutes to acknowledge us. Then another 15 to order. Every single request was met by eye rolls and acting as if we were the biggest inconvenience of her day! She was more focused on chatting with her friends then caring at all about doing her job. Finally after 40 minutes of waiting for our food, we finally asked how much longer it would be. We were then told "I guess I'll go check on it, I don't know where it is". Chilis used to be our go to place. I dont know what happened to it. However the family went to this one, the service was great. The food was blah. OFC we ordered the burgers, and they were burnt over cooked around the edges, wife could not eat hers. The fries, were like they were in a bag closed up for 20 minutes and then served. Even my kids left the majority of their food on the plate. We were going to get desert but with the poor food, we just left. The hostess at the front seem annoyed with with the fact that I didn't want to sit at the bar area with the tall tables and chairs, but she could clearly see I had children under 10 with us. So I said no I have small children that could possibly drop something or fall off these tall chairs, so I said I would prefer a booth and she huffed about and and said hold on and then came back and gave us a booth. We've kind of given up on this place. We've been about 7 times, only twice have we had good service. Dealt with rude servers a lot, often don't get all of our food but get attitude when we ask for what we're missing or to just have the no show items taken off our order. We've just decided to go elsewhere. If they wouldn't put so much pressure on the servers, I think they might be a little better at their jobs but the servers are obsessive about the surveys they get. Really good food, though. Could benefit from staffing a little better. That's probably the bulk of my complaint. read more

He took our order and brought our food out and then the girl who said she was not our waiter took over and at that point we were just ready to leave so we asked for the check and she said we'd get a discount. Yeah, we did not, and we were charged and additional drink that we did not order. It took us another 10 minutes to bring it to attention because she was just standing around talking. anyway we got another lady's attention and she was great she fixed our ticket and got us out of there. Not sure if they just didn't care tonight but y'all need to be better. Was told to sit at the bar area for faster service. We went to a table. All the empty tables were dirty. We stood there for 15 minutes. No one even seen us I'm guessing.
